Can I be a Templar like guy who went rogue from the First Sons whose only power is to reverse his aging by drawing the life from people with the same blood type as him?

No.
I believe I already explained what a Conduit is. A Conduit has the ability to absorb one form of matter or energy then redirect it with extra oomph. Powerful and experienced Conduits can directly control their respective domain without absorbing it, but this process can be accelerated a number of ways. Then there's artificial Conduits who are kind of crazy and only have a very small range of powers and are generally very warped and twisted, except until the DUP perfected the process by using those who already had the Conduit Gene, creating a line of secondhand Conduits, much like the failed Vermaak 88.

Well there was supposed to be a guy in inFAMOUS 1 who as telekinetic but OK.
Back to the drawing board...

He was a ferrokinetic or metallokinetic, as he could only control metals to a great degree.
Plus, he already had non-Conduit psychic abilities, which were the First Sons' main focus before the discovery of the Conduit Gene.

How does Linda Miravalles sound? I believe that if you want a unique name for a character, you should find a balance between normal, common names and an usual name. That being said, this is very close, but Linda is slightly too plain and common around here. This is just my opinion though, so take it with a grain of salt.

Well in spanish Linda means beautiful, so that was my aim with her name since she's suppose to be the hot reporter. But Maybe the feminine form of my name, Maria, would work?

I think Maria would work, but you'd have to change the last name unless you want to have a Lois Lane or Vicki Vale.
Plus, Linda's too close to Lida.

Are you insulting my initials? Because my initials are also MM(Middle initial omitted because it changes that into MAM.)

No, I was just pointing out the fact that a lot of reporters in fiction, especially love interests, have the same first and last initial.

Ah. Well regardless I like my initials so I think I'll stick with the double M's.

Ah. Well regardless I like my initials so I think I'll stick with the double M's. Then I would suggest making the names have pretty much no similarities beyond their first letter, and make sure one is a good deal longer than the other. That should help break things up. You might even consider coming up with a middle name that she could go by. My brother goes by a shortened form of his middle name, for instance. Or even having two (short) first names as one. An example of that would be a girl I know who's name is Marybeth.

Guys, guys, Allisa Miravalles, sound good? An alternate spelling of a fairly common name, paired with a more unusual surname that adds an air of mystery to the character. I like it.
