A guild is a group of specialists trained in one area (be it Magic, War, Espionage/Treasure Hunting, Mercantile, etc.) who take on jobs for clients in order to get "dat cash money yo".
Guilds are generally named after fantastic creatures and almost always have an emblem that their members bear.
Legal Guilds are guilds that are officially sanctioned by the government and are under the authority of the local Magic Council (in the case of Mage Guilds).
Dark Guilds are illegal guilds that often take jobs entailing illegal activities.
Independent Guilds are rare guilds that are not officially sanctioned but do not partake in illegal activities.

Any extra info (like about specific magic) will be linked to you, often with a video of battle so you can see how things work a little better. |

Using magic, you're a mage, and since you're a mage who will be fighting using magic you will be part of a mage guild. But even mages can swing a sword. Warrior guilds are for non-magical characters, which are an option.

Yep. And the only guilds out of those that have PCs in them currently are Sylph Wing and Silver Chimera.

Kinda of don't want to join FT outta of spite because it tends to grid lock Oz and holds up a poster cough cough. Partially because I got a great class its an advanced magical blacksmith but way more powerful. Yet when I asked I kept on getting yeah we would explain it then nothing >_>. Despite all of that still have interest on joining.
Now have an idea for a traveling Anna like merchant that sells her unique talents. (Hey you want a sword , gun, etc. infused with elemental weapons, hey Emppy you want to weild a magical gun hint hint wink wink just got to pay my price, oh broke even better.)
Now I know nothing of tails and fairies and not sure how my class breaks any lores or anything.

None of the dark guilds have a name I like... I'm in the Major 3 Dark Guils of the Nebilim Alliance. Khaos(Tartarus)- Mage, Dark, Massive, Ultimate Black Lotus- Mage, Dark, Large, Extremely Powerful Silent Skull- Mage, Dark, Small, Extremely Powerful This is the Balam Alliance equivalent of the RP. It is the first "Alliance" of Dark Guilds ever recorded, and in a way, is the original Balam Alliance. It is called "The Nebilim Organization". Current Guild Masters Khaos: Unknown Black Lotus: Amon Silent Skull: Morrigan I'm still working on the Fairy Tail equivalent. Although, I am very tempted to just make it Silver Chimera... But then again, I like the idea of being in a small guild that doesn't have the spotlight... It will make it that much more fun when we win the Grand Magic Games and defeat 'Fairy Tail'.
