Yes. It should be noted that your character should only be able to absorb radio waves from radio antennae or radio players unless you choose the route of having her absorb them slowly over time to balance things.

I just realized how long it will take for Mova to conclude at the rate it is going.

Sure. The more the merrier- *Shot by shadow* I'm having some really bad flashbacks to Shadow the Hedgehog right now....

I actually had a really fun time with that game, despite how awful it was. I got all the endings and beat the true final boss, but I still beer played this one level.

My bad memories come from the fact that I was horrible at the game. The only thing I'm worse at is Mario platformers...
My brother was the one who played it. He really enjoyed it, and took the time to get every ending including the true ending as well.

Sorry that you're terrible at Mario.
Also sorry if I came across like an ass with that comment.

Your character could absorb radio waves being picked up by antennae and manipulate the frequency that way. After all, Cole was able to make sticky bombs made of electricity.

Well, any way you want it is fine, as long as it isn't ridiculously OP.

Oh I wasn't saying from a balance perspective, just that she could never use a cellphone or a TV if she didn't have the ability to adjust frequency absorbed.

She should be able to adjust the frequency she absorbs, but she would need something that receives radio waves to do that, unless you go the slow regen way. It's the same reason that Cole can't absorb electricity from the air, and Delsin can't absorb video from the air and smoke from the ground. They need a sort of "conduit" (Pardon the pun) to absorb the element from, unless its a raw resource like paint or neon.

Well cell phones do have antennas, "smart" phones have them too. She'll never have bars! I blame MEGA KAAAAAHHHNNNNN!!!!

It's KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNN!!!
(KHAN)
I know they do, but they'd be like Delsin absorbing Neon from an OPEN sign as opposed to him absorbing Neon from a gigantic HOTEL sign. Size is always comparative to energy absorbed in inFAMOUS, even when it wouldn't necessarily make sense.

Damn silent H's! Also Mega Kangaskhan rage from a showdown battle in Ubers.
Yeah I remember being annoyed in inFamous one a lot because the only nearby power source was a lamp post and a ton of Reapers were after me. Good times.

Yeah, inFAMOUS 1 is really hard to go back to. Same with the second one because of the lack of traversal powers.
Anyways, I've figured out my character's apartment complex (will be destroyed) and workplace (will not be destroyed).

So, GX, what have you been planning recently? Trying to figure out where in the city my character will live.

Your character's home will be out of the blast, correct?
House, apartment, or condo?
I could help you find some good locations.

A place that won't be destroyed in the blast. I'm really looking for a super modern apartment in a trendy neighborhood filled with young people, with plenty of places to shop nearby. And not in Midtown.
