Plesioth is still as awful as ever. Yeah, his hitboxes are fixed. But his hip check still hits almost as hard as Teo's supernova- which is freaking insane- and he's still a little b**** who spends most of his time in the water. And his tail swipe still has crazy reach.
But despite all that, my first Plesi hunt in MHG went surprisingly well, despite stupid Royal Ludroth's interference. Had to use a lot of meds, but I didn't cart and broke most of the parts on his body. Killed him in around 12 minutes IIRC(Wasn't really paying attention to the time) and I got both a Wyvern Gem and a Large Lobstershell(Plesi's new unique "Gem" in this game) from the rewards. Really lucky.
That said, I refuse to fight him ever again. I HATE Plesi.

I was goung to ask if anyone wanted to go hunting later tonight like around 7 or 8 at work now til 6.

Lurk, there's much better armor in HR5 to farm. There's Garuga, Rathian, Naja, Zamtrios, Lava Plesi, Plesi, Owl, Uragaan, Shogun, and a few others like Snarf and Bunny. Personally, I want either Rathian, Garuga, or Naja. But I'd prefer to farm Rathian. She's probably the easiest of the bunch too, despite probably needing at least one gem for her HR gear.

Also, holy crap. Have you guys fought Redhelm Azuros? That thing is absolutely terrifying. It's on a completely different level than normal Azuros.

Naja's a good choice. It still has the capture thing, right? Makes farming other stuff a bit more efficient.

Now that i got the complete set of Rath armor with everything up to lv. 4. What should be the next thing I farm?
I already have a pair of good DB they have electric elements.

Actually, High Rank Kirin is unlocked in HR6. I kinda just want to attempt to blitz through HR5 so I can farm HR Kirin for the armor.

I was doing the slay 50 Bnahabra quest. Using my maid "armor" because Fate. Also archery. For bugs.
"Oh, it's about time for the Danger monster to pop up. With my luck, it'll be a deviljho..."
10 seconds later, deviljho popped out of the ground.
I shot a paint arrow and just dipped, barely dodging his bite. If he can 1-shot my Astalos armor...
With 49/50 done and the area I was in empty, I was like "oh, I'll head to the swamp area. He hasn't patrolled there at all. Probably not in his pattern."
Killed the last one, dramatic camera angles and music over its exploded corpse in the thick grass. Couldn't see myself at all. Snap back to my POV.
CHARGING DEVILJHO
10 FEET AWAY
NOW IS A PERFECTLY REASONABLE TIME TO PANIC

But I'm making some new armor now. Then walking Dog. But maybe later. Like, 8 or 9. I don't have to go in tomorrow, so I can hunt for a good while.
