I guess they'll be having some SMEXy fun time if you have your way.

It's too early for that, but some light petting wouldn't hurt.

It's just shoulder-leaning. Plus, Arcturus doesn't want to admit it, but he's infatuated with Pearl. It must be from when she used "Attract" earlier.

Which time? Because if she isn't causing havoc or getting angry, she's pretty much trying to please master.

You know, when she used "Flash".

Not when she used "Captivate" "Baby Doll Eyes" or "Covet"?

Well, "Flash" was Super Effective.

Just got home and finished catching up.
Arcturus: Is he in on it?
...Maybe, maybe not. Consider the evidence and decide for yourself.

I kinda assumed Jacob was in on it from the beginning.

I kinda assumed Jacob was in on it from the beginning. Considering you knew quite a bit about my plot before it even really started, it's easy to see how you would arive at that conclusion so quickly.

I have to go do laundry soon, but I did just had a thought: Golurk seems to be playing a regular RPG, GX is playing a point and click adventure, and it would appear I'm playing a Japanese Eroge game. Can't wait to get to the ashikoki scene ;p

Well, at first I assumed it was going to be a priest or something, but when you first introduced Jacob, I knew you were going the childhood friend route. Then there was the part about lurking in the shadows, and Jacob appeared. Finally, Jacob disappeared for no good reason and Elia was captured.

Then there was the part about lurking in the shadows, and Jacob appeared. Finally, Jacob disappeared for no good reason and Elia was captured. Now, two questions remain to be answered. What's his role in all of this? Can we skip forward a little while so Elia can wake up and somehow end up going to the cave with Pearl and Arcturus?

Sure.
SMEX, can you write Pearl waking up to find Arcturus asleep too and have her wake him up again? That way, there's a little less time confusion.

Just did. And the reason Elia can't remember what happened starting with her outburst has to do with the Type-4 mage's interference, not the mist. And Arcturus didn't deal with it long enough to suffer the same effects, just so you know.

I know, it was just that combined with his burning mark. He just had a headache, and Alucard's dickishness didn't help either.

I know, it was just that combined with his burning mark. He just had a headache, and Alucard's dickishness didn't help either. I'm talking about why she can't remember all that now. And my excuse for the reason Arcturus and Elia were both so drained after that is that the mage was being to forceful at that point. That in turn caused the adverse effects. Plus part of Arcturus' does come from him being stressed and everything with Alucard.
