As long as Pearl and Arcturus don't make any more scenes, I can continue with my plot. But as it is, they've attracted so much more attention than I was prepared for, so now I have some serious problems I have to find a way to address.

I was talking about the (SPOILERS IF GX HASN'T TOLD YOU YET) the Type-4 causing everyone to act strangely. However, it was Alucard who was telling Arcturus "Not a chance."

He's not pulling your strings, he's pulling Jam's. He has plans for her that Arcturus would not like at all.
Also for future reference, jam has a somewhat thin membrane in her water form that let's her retain the same shape, and her hair becomes dark blue like the ocean.
