So right now present time they are in the cathedral and waiting to see Barons dad. Well maybe Sam can be like Hmmm it's sure taking a long time so he asks a random NPC what's going on. Turns out unexpected business came up and he had to run. So they would come back later. Sam wants to tell them something but forgets what it is. Then as they leave he remembers that if you leave the Cathedral without getting someone's blessing your memory of the entire day will be erased.


I know Smexy said the location is constantly moving so for convince we can say as we leave it's right at Barons village and before they even realize there memory has been erased they all fall asleep. (Batie at his place and Talia some local Inn or wherever) Next day they wake up and don't remember meeting with Fennekin or Talia and as far as they know they been in the village the entire time. Sam still remembers everything except he wouldn't say anything. I guess he would remember Talia but Talia would be like who's the talking cat.

So this way Baron would be like I think I was suppose to go someplace but ehhh if you need help young lady that can wait. Catie would be Catie and would want to tackle and tickle June.... I mean Talia to the ground because Yay new friend maybe.

Hmm we can say it's a particularly powerful spells more like defense mechanism of the cathedral to keep unwanted guests from finding out about it.


From there I guess Talia and Batie talk get a chance to talk a bit and they can reintroduce themselves. Then maybe we go with what your planning. (Or we can do the sequel to 50 Shades of Arstur called 50 Shades of Arsturer.)
