"That is an interesting question," Baron replied. " One of the reason I travel is because I like to see the world," Baron said . " The other part is I am looking for someone that person is my father," Baron said. "My mom avoided the subject most of my life saying he died in an accident,". Baron continued, " Not until she was on her death bed did she tell me that he was a vampire,". "Sam is no help because he is forbidden to speak anything about him, if Sam mentions one letter he will lose all his powers and become a normal cat," Baron said.
"The person I am searching for my not even be alive and the only clue I have is he is a vampire," Baron said. "Unfortunately I am not familiar with any popular vampire hangouts," Baron said. "I guess the best place to start is where I originally grew up my hometown," Baron said. "Before you think this is about revenge it isn't," Baron told Vincent. "I just want answers like why did you abandon me and mom?; why did you never try to find me?; and ...," Baron was too upset to say anything about his dad after that.
"This is why I was thinking about going back home back to the place I grew up so many decades ago," Baron said while wiping the tears out of his eyes. "You mean the place you and your mom settled down after you left the capital" Catie asked Baron who nodded his head yes. "I figured my hometown might hold some clues to his identy," Baron said.
"If you have any suggestions Vincent, I am certainly open to any ideas," Baron told Vincent while his new fiance was clinging to him.

Back aboard the red wing Rosa, Emily, Jarod, and Aron were contentedly playing cards on the kitchen table below decks. Aron then slaps down four cards and then tosses one more. "Gin! Ha! 100 points! Oh yeah! Arons back in the game." Aron exclaims with fervor. "Don't get cocky Aron. You still trail me by 45." Emily retorts smugly. Sudenly Rosa holds her hand to her forehead wincing. "Mother, what's wrong?" Asks Jarod. "Foul emotions aproaching, I expect bad news." Rosa replies. "Lets head on deck." Emily interjects. "But I was just gaining ground." Aron whimpers as everyone starts fileing up the stairs. "Ah man. Hey! Wait for me." Aron calls as he jumps up.

"Can I ask you something?" Shalla asked. They were in the midst of walking through a long forest. "Sure, ask me anything." The Prince replied back lazily. "How come your not good with magic? Every person on This continent is. If I didn't know better, I'd say you're lying about being from another continent..." She trailed off. Serlen's eyes shifted quickly. "What makes you think that? He chuckled nervously.
"For one, you don't know our customs, two, you I've never heard of a Begonia. Tell me the truth please."
Serlen stopped in his tracks causing her to bump into his back. His head turned to look over his shoulder. "I'm not from this dimension really. I picked up a tome around my home during the battlefield, and found myself whirlwhinded here. The best part? Begonia doesn't even exist in this dimension." He continued to walk, this time with visible annoyance.
Shalla ran to catch up with him. "H-hey, I said no lies! Can't you remember that for a minute?!" She yelled. "I'm not lying, it's the truth! Make what you will, but I'm trying to find a way back home. I'm sorry if I wasn't truthful at first. Take my apology or leave it." He replied.
"I'll accept your apology later, but don't think for a minute I'll believe your words after that lie." Shalla stated. Serlen shrugged. "Very well, I'll let you choose what you wish. Right now I'm focused on finding a way back home. I'm very out of place here."
An awkward silence befell them. "Um, what's your empire like? Like ours?" Shalla attempted.
"No, it is ruled by the emperor, empress, or both. It has no use for a senate. Nobles decide and make the laws along with commoners. We've been engaged in war with a group of entities since my birth." He answered.
Shalla nodded. "I always wanted to be a royal." She smiled.
Serlen gave her one last look. "You don't want to be involved in the power plays and struggles like me. The political world is not for the soft hearted." With the icy words he disappeared off the small hill.
"I'm not some soft girl, I can handle rough and tough stuff!" Shalla called after him.

Ceridwen~
Esther residence:
Ceridwen returned home, lad that her stuff was packed. She made sure anything of note was packed in her personal bags. "Hrm, I believe everything is packed for tomorrow. I do hope they have good rooms aboard that machinery." She muttered to herself. Once she was sure she had everything packed, she dropped onto her bed. That is until she saw the short sword in the corner.
"Oh, I can't believe I forgot Azure." She exclaimed, placing the weapon into a regal looking scabbard. It was House Esther's heirloom after all. Content, she returned to her place on her bed. She racked her brain trying to find something to do. Not finding any, she fell asleep.

In Zephyr town square Mid, Cecil, and John are nearly back to the red wing. John's head is hung low, Cecil is eyeing Mid wearily, and Mid is druming his fingers on his bag of enchanted nails again, as they approach the red wing. On board the rest of the crew, save one, are coming through the port hatch on to the main deck. "Looks like my wife saw the storm clouds brewing, aye Mid." Cecil says with a lite chuckle. "Not. In. The. Mood." Mid states clearly unamused. As the three climb aboard Aron catches up rushing through the port hatch. "Hey! I said to wait up." Aron groans. Then looking at the clearly peeved Mid, Aron asks, "Woah, cap whats with the face I---!" He was promptly cut off as a high speed nail suddenly pins Arons collar to the wall striking less than an inch from his neck. Mid doesn't break stride as he walks to the hatch and down the stairs, calling his nail back as he descends. "What happened at the council? I haven't seen Mid in such a foul mood since I broke his first proto-type steam hauler." Asks Emily. "Yah did the coucil bale out or somthing?" Jarod added. "No. We got the gig, that went smoother than we expected. The problem is the rep that the council is sending." Rubbing his throat Aron speaks up. "So to what kind of monster do I owe that most recent near death experience then?" "Do you guy's remember the noisey princess from this morning?" Cecil responds. "Don't tell me. She's our rep? No wonder Mids on the war path." Jarod adds. "That aside for the moment, we need to get the airship to the northern depot to start loading cargo. Emily, Mid taught you how to pilot right. Can you get us there?" Says Cecil. "Sure I'll take the helm." Replies Emily as she heads for the control room. "Oh and honey could you try and calm Mid down. We can't have him moaping the whole trip." Cecil directs to Rosa. "Of course. I'll do what I can." Rosa replies heading down the hatch. "Alright everyone brace your selves, its time for take off." Emily anounces over the speakers, as the propellers begin to whir.

Ceridwen~
3 hours later:
Ceridwen awoke and tapped her foot, waiting for the stewards to pick up her things. She quickly walked to the town square, and entered the store. She would be in there for awhile, getting her hair done into ringlets.

Later that evening Rosa sat out side The door to Mid's quaters. She wasn't just sitting though. No she was using her type 4 abiletties to gague Mid's mood searching for a train of thought that would help calm Mid down. This wasn't the first time she'd done this sort of thing, the men of the Heirlīn family had always been a volitial and eccentric bunch, and she should know being Mid's aunt and all. She'd spent most of her life dealing with these kinds of situations. Her father Sid would be in an ellated frenzy over a new idea one day, and blasting holes in the moutain side over an iltimed gear cracking the next day. So for her Heirlīn mood swings were nothing new, and psychic treatments for them was equally routine. That didn't make it easy though. This time in particular the difficultly was very high. It wasn't how anoying the rep was alone, soothing that would be easy, it was the fact that though he had many options to avoid the anoyance the rep would bring, Mid couldn't pursue any of them, because they all would result in ending the life long dream of conquering the sky. Mid faced the daunting task of weeks of represing his bile in an inclosed space, where one small slip up could cost him his dream. This was the true source of his black mood, and even with all her experiance Rosa could think of nothing that would ease this stress.
Meanwhile outside the ship Cecil was playing his part. Discussing logistics with the depot Forman. It seams the cargo was to be one ton of glass sheets, half a ton of steal, half a ton of wheat, and asortmant of other small quantity trade sundries. The Forman seemed reasonable enough. So at least loading the goods should go smoothly in the morning. Maybe their will even be some time for sight seeing.
Well thats all for today J. R. Signing off.

Ceridwen sighed as she got ready for bed that afternoon. The appointment had went nicely, and she had learned how to do her own ringlets. A maid peeked open the door quietly, staring nervously at her, as though awaiting admonishment.
"M-milady! I'm sorry, I thought you were gone." The maid said, biting her lip.
For once, Ceridwen waved her off with a small smile. "Sorry about that Naha, I was briefly agitated earlier. But please, can you leave?"
The maid nodded, a look of relief and joy flittered across her face. Ceridwen caught what she said and felt embarrassed. "N-not like your my favorite maid or anything! Wipe that look off your face this instant!" She yelped.
The maid hurriedly closed the door in fear. Ceridwen breathed out a sigh of exasperation. "Good heavens, I'm getting soft on these low borns."

Mid-night and Mid lies awake in bed, twirling a nail in mid air using his magic. (Why does it have to be like this? I finally completed the red wing, father was lost for this mission, grandpa worked himself to death for this, and I've dedicated my life to this, but now it could all be invalidated by the whims of a spoiled little girl. Is this some cruel joke by the powers that be, that the Heirlīn's are doomed to fail at this enterprise. To whatever god can hear this, please give me some sign this is not a doomed mission, some tiny sliver of hope. Oh what's the point?) Mid mulls over these things from his bed. After what seamed like an eternity the nail Mid was spinning finally fell over onto the flour as Mid drifted off to sleep.

Vincent allows himself a small smile. "A quest for answers, is it? That brings back more than a few memories..."
His smile abruptly fades, and he sighs. "I like you, young vampire. So I'm going to give you some advice. You are a rare breed. There are very few vampires who hold such sentimental values as you. Most are mindless monsters. It is highly likely upon meeting your father, he will kill you. Without remorse or regret. You need to be prepared for that outcome."
Silver lands next to him, shifting back into human form, as the snowy mountain path ends, changing into the familiar forest of scattered trees. He leads the group back towards the hidden door, silent, his thoughts preoccupied with memories of the past.

It took him awhile, but Serlen managed to create camp. "Alright, Serlen, I thought about your words earlier."Shalla finally spoke up, twirling her staff around. He looked up, eyes shining with intrigue. "Have you now? Regardless, I'd rather not drag you into the world of politics. It can be very dark and backstabbing." He laughs at his choice of words.
"Ha! I told you I've faced worse. I can- no, want to learn more about the world you nobles play in. It seems more interesting than our boring life as commons." Shalla admits, not meeting his eyes.
Serlen studies her face seriously. "...I can't stop you from wanting to learn, Shalla, but I guess I can instruct you in it." He relents. He finally starts a fire, and began roasting the game he had hunted down for the both of them.
"Thanks, your not so bad after all." Shalla answers softly.
"I'm not that cold. Just world weary." Serlen protests slightly, a smile on his face.
"Be quiet blue blood, I'm not going to even reply to that statement. You know what? Forget my earlier comments, you are a cold heartless person." Shalla said quickly.
Serlen gives her an amused look. "That was quick how you back pedaled, Shalla. You should probably go to sleep, I'll take patrol." He volunteered.
Shalla nodded, getting up to sleep in one of the tents.
Later, Serlen stepped over to find her asleep in his. "For seriously? I guess I should sleep outside, but she's on my weapon sheathe." With no other option, he layed down beside her, making sure there was enough space between them. He only prayed he didn't accuse him of something the next morning.

"Thank you for the advice Vincent," Baron said. "Yet it feels like something I have to do," Baron continued. "He might be a ruthless killing machine but he was I would probably never been born," Baron said. "He probably would just killed her on the spot and left her for dead," Baron continued.
"There is one important lesson you taught me and that's not to make judgments based on what others may say,". " Yet I can't be foolish or naive to think he might be a welcoming me with open arms," Baron said. "So before I go on this search I want to make sure I am prepared," Baron said. "Make sure i am welled stock and hopefully get some training in and if worse comes to worse me and Van can always use or Fusion Bond," Baron said.
"Baron I know we just got engaged but would you mind if I spent the night with Sil," Catie asked. "I don't know the next time me and her will see each other again and I really want to spend as much time with her before we leave," Catie pleaded. "If its okay with Silver then you can spend the night with her?" Baron said. "Here take this hun just in case you want to 'change' before you go to sleep," Baron said tossing Catie her necklace. "Okay thanks babe," Catie said as she put on her necklace.
"Catie I saw this while I was visiting the village and thought it could be something you could share with Silver," Baron said. One was a basic necklace it was made from basic material and at the bottom had a copper wolf. The other necklace was made from the same material but had a copper dragon on it.
"Thank you so such sweetie," Catie said tackling Baron to the ground as the two were kissing passoinatly for a couple of moments. "Don't worry I will make it up to you," Catie said with a mishevouis grin. Afterwards Catie went chasing after Silver hoping she could spend the night with her. "Sigh I can not wait to tell Sam about all this when I get back to the hideout.

Silver laughs at the heartwarming display, smiling, as the silly wolf practically throws the copper dragon necklace at her. "Fine, fine. You can spend the night with me, Catie."
Vincent smiles at the exchange, though he quickly raises a hand to his forehead, as another migraine overwhelms him. Damn... It's all returning too quickly, far too quickly... At this rate, the barriers he placed so long ago won't hold... Dammit!
Why are you so worried? You'll obviously still be in control. It's not like I can break free or anything. Besides, you knew this day was coming.
That... That isn't the point. And you damn well know it. Vincent places his hand on the cool rock, and the stone slab slides open. "Silver, I'm going to rest for a bit. Don't disturb me unless it's absolutely necessary."
She nods, clearly concerned. He walks on ahead.

Dawn breaks and already the streets of Zephyr are alive with activity. Merchants setting up shop, craftsman working there trades, and the tow guards patrolling their rounds. All in all, its quite the site to see, but for the crew of the red wing its time to go to work. The side panels of the red wing have unlatched and lowered creating ramps right into the cargo hold. Emily is busy cooking breakfast in the galley, Jarod and Aron are helping the depot workers load the crates of cargo, Rosa is directing the flow of workers using her experience and type 4 skills, Cecil is directing where to put the cargo for best weight distribution and safety purposes, even Mid is up and about operating the gear lift in the hold. And what am I doing you ask I'm concocting elixirs in the medical bay, and of course writing my log entry while the reagents act. Its only been an hour since we started work this morning and already we're over a quarter of the way done, looks like we can relax this evening. I'm still worried about Mid though, sure he's up and about and working, but you know the old adage, "A snake seems calmest right before it strikes."

Ceridwen woke up just as the sun light gave her a health dose of rays of light. She blinked owlishly at first, and then began getting ready for the long process of getting ready. Yesterday's events hit her full force. The realization that she wouldn't be home for a long time also hit her. For some reason she began feeling...sad.
She sighed and began to shuffle her feet moodily. She was slightly agitated, but she would live. She walked to the dresser and began pulling out the needle materials. Next, she left her room to bathe.

Mid day in Zephyr and the last few items were being brought aboard the red wing. "Ok, gently, gently, there. Whoo thats the last crate." Mid mumbles from the control panel of the gear lift as he slides the last crate, one filled with sheets of glass, into position on the fragile cargo lane. "Aye, Aron hurry up and secure the straps! We don't want to arrive in Amara with a bunch of glass dust, now do we." Mid shouts as he locks the gear lift back in the neutral position. "Hmm... Master Mid that sure is one handy little contraption you were using. Wish I had a couple of those for here at the depot." Muses the depot forman. "Ha! This old thing. Tell you what after the expidition you can make an order and I'll assemble one for you, bear in mind they don't run cheap." Mid replies hautely. "Heh, if this trade ventior of your's works out we'll all have the plenty of money for big expenditures." The forman laughs. "Alright everyone stand clear I'm going to close the hatches!" Mid shouts. The heavy chains then pull the hatches up. Mid then proceeds to slide the bolts into place to seal the hatches. "Ok everyone that was a good days work, lets use the remainder of the day to take in the sights of Zephyr and do some last minute shopping for food suplies, we won't be stopping at any cities between here and Amara." Cecil calls out. "If you're interested in sites I recommend the wayfairer's fountain by the bazzar, I like to visit there when I get a day off." Says the forman. "Well wherever we all go lets all meet back here at sun down. I'll stay here and watch the ship." Mid states. And with that everyone heads out for some r&r.

Ceridwen finishes with putting her ringlets in place. She has never cared for a parasol, but they do look nice. Regardless, she doesn't bring one, and opts for a stroll around town.
"Ughhh. So hungwy." A small child tries to say, waddling around. Ceridwen watches as the child tries to get some food off a passerby that coldly dismisses him. "For the gods are these people cold." She breathes, fishing out her own coin. Not like she is doing it because she feels bad for the orphan. Of course not! "Here, and don't spend it all on one go. Run along now." She waves, watching as the child stares at her in surprise.
"Twanks!" The boy chirps, running off happily.
She smiles slightly, and goes about her way. At least one less child of a slave won't be going hungry tonight.

(Ok I have few hours to my self now. Time to make some adjustments to my quarters. But first lets switch on the perimeter alarm.) Mid thinks to himself as his crew walks out of sight. He then walks over to a control panel and pulls down a inconspicuous lever. Suddenly there is a brief rattle followed by a crackling sound, then silence again. Mid then lobs a nail at the railing, which causes a sharp shrieking noise when it makes contact. Mid then recalls his nail and the sound subsides. ( Good it works. Now to head down stairs and get to work. I need my room soundproofed and secure with 'that one' coming aboard.)

Alibab Fountain:
Ceridwen sat there for a few moments, contemplating where she should go. She eventually decided on the fountain. Her footing was quick paced, as she walked to perhaps drop a few coins in. When she got there, she took a moment to stare at the fountain. There was a lot of people around, so she sat on one of the benches, closing her eyes. "Ah, peace." She exhaled with a smile.

Cecil and Rosa sit cuddled up next each other, cuing sweet nothings within view of the Alibab fountain. They opted to spend some quality time together during their down time. After exchanging a particularly long kiss the two sit up look across the fountain. "Oh if it isn't our fine representative. What brings you here to the fountain my lady?"
