"If you're claiming that I don't love my sister, you've got another thing coming." Pearl was saddened to see the way they reacted to each other after just meeting. Wha-Wha noticed this and hugged her, "What's wrong Pearl? Why are you sad?"
"Because two people I love won't stop fighting. I don't even know what you two are fighting over but please stop it. For me"
"Ok Jam, you know you can count on sister for anything."

"Raghh!" Jet's arrow ripped straight into the center of a closer target. "That brings me up to 110. Could still go your way."

Elia took a deep breath, and suddenly the words of the old poem came back to her. She began to recite it in her head, and then aimed at a distant target. Using the rhythm to help her focus, her next arrow landed in the inner ring of the target.
"I'm at 90 now."

"It's alright Pearl." Arcturus whispered into her ear as he hugged her around the waist, resting his head on her shoulder and giving Wha-Wha a leer.
Suddenly, a smiled grew on his face.
This should cheer her up, and hopefully get her back.
He arched his fingers as if playing the piano before running them quickly over Pearl's stomach to tickle her.

"Hey you're getting better at this." Jet now in her own groove shot one of the distant targets directly in the middle. "Now I'm at 210. Almost halfway there."

"Wait mast-" Pearl suddenly goes into a fit of uncontrollable laughter as Arcturus tickles her belly. Wha-Wha gives him a 'this isn't over' look before storming off. When Arcturus finally stops she begins gasping for air and looks at him with a smile. "That was mean master. I might just have to get revenge somehow." She places a deep kiss on him as she wraps one arm around his neck and the other under his arm.

"If you were upset, then why did you laugh?" Arcturus teased her as he pulled out of the kiss.
Well this is awkward.
He paused to look around at everyone who was string at him.

For the most part attention was focused on Pearl and Arcturus. There were some exceptions like a group of nymphs who were in the middle of playing music of an ancient tale,

It is more than a game

Now I'm in between these lines

Pearl in turn ignores this and focuses on the man holding her, "Because you were making me silly. And I enjoyed laughing." She resumes planting her lips on his as some people return to their previous activities.

Arcturus pressed his mouth deeply onto Pearl's, cradling her in his left arm before tickling her again with his right.

Pearl laughed into his mouth before pulling away and laughing on his shoulder. "Master if you keep doing that I'm gonna make you eat my pie." She brought up a plate from the table with a slice of blueberry pie. She didn't know there was another way of interpreting that.

Elia fired another arrow, again hitting the inner ring of a distant target.
"150."
That's solid, but I'll need more than just a few decent shots to win.

"A little trick I used to show Cream during our training." Jet fires an arrow in the exact path of Elia's last one. It splits it down the middle and sticks where it hit. "270, I think I got a few more trick shots left up my sleeve."

"Neat, I might have to practice that shot sometime."
But when could I? Aside from occasionally sparring with Graecius, they don't let me even touch weapons. They must still worry that I'll rebel again.
Elia took a moment to clear her head before firing another arrow, which landed in the center of the distant target. It may have been rather close to the edge of the inner ring, but it was still in the center, and Elia was happy with that.
"That's 250," she said as she smiled.

"Uh..." Arcturus blushed as he looked at Pearl's face and then down towards her hips before looking back at her face.
This just got really weird.
He then sighed as he realized that she was talking about the actual pie when she brought it towards his face.
"Why thank you." he recovered as he took the plate and a nearby fork before placing a bite in his mouth.

"Check this out." Jet fires the bow in a 67 degree vertical arc. It lands in the center of a distant target sticking up rather than sideways. "370 and rolling, I'm on fire."

"So how is it master?" Pearl ask while eating a donut. She relaxes on his shoulder and then looks up at him.

Jet lets loose another volley into a closer inner circle.
"400 even. I didn't think you'd get this good after those first few practice shots, but you turned out surprisingly well."

"And you supposedly were a little rusty as well. Seems like that didn't last long," Elia said before she fired another arrow, hitting the center of a distant target again. "Well that was a nice surprise. 410."
All she needs to win is one well placed arrow. But I've done better than I thought I would.

"It's alright." he spoke truthfully as he swallowed the first bite. "I'm just not a blueberry fan. For pie, I usually go with lime or pumpkin."
Arcturus smiled at Pearl with blue stains from the pie dotting his relatively straight teeth.

Jet fires her last arrow dead center into the farthest target. "And 500. Well It's a wonderful thing about muscles, they remember. I get not liking parties, not much of a party girl myself, but I do enjoy Cream's cooking.
Oh I just thought of a place you might like to visit, but we'll have to walk through the water if that's alright with you."

"You have something here master." Pearl moves her lips to his, and after a few seconds pulls her tongue out of his mouth. She then bites into a lime pie and smiles at him with even more lime stains than he had blue. "Do I have something master?"

How am I supposed to say I can't swim without sounding like an idiot?
"Maybe you could show me whatever it is tomorrow. I'm starting to feel tired," Elia said to avoid having to tell Jet about her swimming skills, or lack thereof.
