(Since I was told (by myself) to hurry and finish screwing around, I set it all in one very long post. Since I don't want people to have to scroll all the way through it every time...) Franklin gives Ignius a small wave. "It's been nice speaking with you, Mr. Wright. And you, General."
"Mm," Horatio says noncommittally.
"Come back soon, Franklin," Ignius says.
"I will. The library's part of my patrol route, after all..." Franklin adds quietly.
"And don't worry about the thing with that girl. These things have a way of working themselves out."
"Right... Thanks," Franklin says as he exits the library.
"Could you bring me a small book of... poetry I could keep overnight?" Horatio asks. "I believe it's about time for dinner."
"Of course, of course. I know just the one." Ignius shuffles off down the aisles. He makes sure no one's in sight as he rummages for a small book of poetry. "Gee, I wonder if the witch's apprentice is around," he muses loudly.
"I wish you wouldn't call me that, you old fart," Geraldine says as she peers at him from the other side of the bookshelf. She adds a playful tone to the insult. "Even I don't deserve to be compared to that monster." Ignius pretends to ignore her as he keeps acting as though he doesn't know exactly where the book is.
"I'll stop when you stop with the old fart business." "What do you need, Ignius?" "Did you hear about Franklin and Alice?" "Franklin and Alice?" "Franklin and Alice." "Don't tell me it finally happened?" "Well, something happened." "Which one?" "Alice, sounds like." "Their little game this morning?" "Yep." "How bad?" "Fixable, I'd say." "I see." "Crying shame." "Indeed." "Bit of a doofus, that one, but a sweetheart." "You could be talking about either of them." "Exactly." "Hm. If you'll excuse me..." "Oh, of course, of course. Play nice, though." "Oh, Ignius. Am I ever anything besides nice?"
"Do you really want me to answer that?" he asks. He slides the book out and turns away.
Geraldine steps around the corner and stops behind Alice. Alice is knelt in front of a chair in the dining hall, diligently scouring out every scuff mark, rushing to finish before the Outlanders start arriving for dinner. Geraldine silently observes the quality of Alice's efforts on the rest of the chairs with a satisfied smile. Then she folds her arms and gives the back of Alice's head an icy glare. Within a heartbeat, Alice snaps around. "Ah... Hello, ma'am. Um. I'm almost finished in here. I'll be gone before the Outlanders-"
"I heard you had a fight with Private Delano?"
"A... fight? No, no ma'am! More of a... misunderstanding?"
"Hm." Geraldine tilts her head slightly. "You know, he lied to my face. Tried to take the blame for your little incident this morning?"
"I know..." Alice mutters.
"You must find him truly annoying to scorn him like this." "N-no, it's not... like that. Really." "So what is it like?" "I just... Well, I made a bet that if I won he'd stop... flirting with me all the time..." "And you won?" "Yes." "And you wanted him to stop flirting with you?" "Well... U-um... Not... Not really..." "So you're saying you are interested in him." "W-well... Um... He's really nice, and... pretty cute... sometimes..." "I asked if you were interested, not if he was cute. Yes or no?" "A... A l-little..." "Yes. Or. No." "...Yes..." "Say it confidently." "Y... Yes, I am interested in him." "And right now he thinks you aren't." "I..."
Geraldine bends down to Alice's level. She jabs a finger into her chest. "Fix it." With that, Geraldine stands tall and stalks out of the room.
Alice watches after Geraldine storm out. She bites her lip and hurriedly finishes scrubbing the last chair. She places it in its spot just as the first chefs start wheeling in tonight's dinner and arranging it on the central table. She spots the head chef leading the way, barking orders about how the bananas should be placed further from the apples and closer to the grapes and threatening to put another on cleaning duty for a month if even a drop of gravy spills onto the tabletop. Alice has a moment of inspiration. She hesitantly approaches Pierre and taps his shoulder. "Excuse me... Mr... Um... Pierre?"
"Yes? Vat? Vat is it you need of Pierre? Hn? One of Bell's little vitches? Pierre vas very clear! Pierre does not require you mousey maids assisting in Pierre's kitchen, nor setting Pierre's tables! Pierre trusts only Pierre's staff to 'andle such tasks. Go and tell ze master-"
Alice raises her hands defensively. "No, no, it's nothing... um... this is a personal..."
Pierre raises an eyebrow. "Personal? Vat? Vat is zis you vish to tell to Pierre?"
"Um... Well, I sort of... Might have... Um..." "Speak up! Do not vaste Pierre's precious time vith your meekness!" "I need to thank someone for helping me, and also sort of... apologize for a misunderstanding. And I thought maybe I could... er... give him-" "Ah, vous are ze young Perdis girl! Pierre, 'e understands." "You do?" "Oui! In matters of ze 'eart and ze kitchen, Pierre is second to none!" "So, could you-" "Non! Pierre vill not assist vous. Pierre, 'e shall merely serve as ze guide." "Guide? I don't-"
Pierre begins swaggering excitedly. "Vous will report to Pierre's kitchen ze moment vous are relieved of ze shift. Pierre, 'e vill 'elp vous to release ze passion! "
"P-passion? Pierre, I think you have the wrong idea. I'm not even sure what I-"
Pierre shakes his head vehemently. "Vatever is 'iding in ze 'eart, vaiting to burst out... Pierre, 'e vill make ze 'ands sing vatever vous are so afraid to zay. Ah, le jeune amour~! C'est un merveilleux raison pour cuisiner!"
"That's not quite-"
Pierre holds a finger in front of her mouth. "Vous vere going to ask Pierre to prepare ze gift? Vous are saying to Pierre, 'Pierre, I vish vous to express ze feelings for ze young private?' Non! Pierre, 'e cooks only to express 'is love for ze art. Vous and vous alone must prepare if vous vish to know 'ow vous truly feel. Now, say no more vords to Pierre! Pierre must ensure ze dinner iz perfection absolue. Run, mousey girl, and only later return to Pierre."
Alice tries to thank him, but Pierre shushes her loudly, waving his hand to shoo her off as he readies the buffet. She barely avoids bumping into Horatio as he arrives. Horatio realizes he is the first to arrive, and quietly situates himself in a seat near the corner of the room. Pierre glares at Horatio as if telling him he's watching preparation best left behind-the-scenes. Horatio ignores him and cracks open the book of poetry.

Horatio sits patiently in his corner, reading as the chefs finish setting the serving table up and disappear. He gives the other Outlanders a simple, polite greeting as they trickle in, then immediately returns to his book, making it clear he's not particularly interested in conversation.
June arrives after ensuring Lana delivered Mystic, Sophie, and Ann safely to the throne room. She steps in, trying to decide where to sit. She wants to find an Outlander she's yet to speak to and get to know them a bit better. She sees a new one hiding in the corner and immediately reaches for her hatchet. Horatio places his book down and glares at her.
"You. What are you doing here, traitor?" they ask each other simultaneously, Horatio with a cold irritation, June with an quiet anger. "Why are you-"
"-not dead?" June finishes.
"-so old?" Horatio concludes.
"It's been more than five years since I last saw your despicable face," June answers.
Horatio sneers. "Impossible. You turned your coat three days ago. You and your group of traitors. I don't know how you did it, how you poisoned even Captain Rain's mind, but you'll be brought to justice eventually. All of you, and that dastardly ki-"
June hurls her hatchet at his head. Horatio leans back in his seat and knocks it to the ground, letting it sail over. June runs and jumps across the table, pulling a knife from her sleeve and plunging it into the back of the now-empty chair. Horatio stands back at the entrance, rewarp staff glowing in one hand, Levin sword at the ready in the other. June's hatchet reappears at her side.

After returning to the palace, Nobunaga left his children in their room and strode down to the dining hall. He arrived at the door to the hall just in time to hear June and the other Outlander confront each other. Melting into the shadows, he slips into the hall unnoticed and watches the confrontation between the two with growing interest- and disappointment. Once the confrontation reaches blows however, he steps out of the shadows, his voice booming throughout the hall like thunder.
"Enough!"
Silence descended upon the hall. He looked to June, and then to the Outlander he hadn't met before. "There will be no in-fighting between us. If we cannot put aside our differences and unite, then we will stand no chance against the enemies we face. Leave whatever happened between you where it belongs, back in your homeworld. There is no place for it here. I'm not asking you to forgive each other. But I will not tolerate open hostility. Am I understood?"

Horatio calmly sheathes his blade. "Very well," Horatio says. "I suppose I've no qualms against her in this world."
"...Fine," June spits. She continues to snarl as she shoves her knife forcefully back into her sleeve. "He'll get exactly what he deserves back in our world."

The Mushroom Kingdom Crew
Sophie and Ann hung around the palace til it was diner time and aked if they could come along. Lana overheard the question and assured the two ladies and her friend Mystic they could and if anyone gave them a hard time come see her about it. Ann and Sophie were very thankful as they went to the dining room. Lana went to look for her Mom Queen Glinda.
"I have to tell her this as soon as possible but what Alyassa and Baron said and what its like out there," Lana mumbled to herself. "Yet it has to be said," Lana said as she went in search of Glinda.
Bowser, Mario, and Starlow arrived shortly afterwards as they caught up with Sophie and Ann before they entered the room.
"Ow my head," Bowser said rubbing his head. "Hey Chippy could you make this go away," Bowser asked Chippy.
"I could if I wanted to getting rid of a headache is something a young spirit like me could do," Starlow said. "Yet I don't know, if I want to serves you right for how you treated Mystic," Starlow told Bowser.
"(Come on if you don't he will just whine the entire dinner)" Mario said to Starlow. "(Then all of us will end up with a bad headache,)" Mario said.
"Hmm your right, okay you big oaf hold still," Starlow said as she used the wish to make Bowser's headache better as a source of energy. After a brief charge up period Starlow shot Bowser with a beam of energy nd his head felt much better.
"Hmph you made the right decision, Chippy Gwa ha ha ha," Bowser said as he through open the door to the dining room.
"Umm Your Welcome?" Starlow said very confused and just went into the room.
"Mama Mia," Mario sighed as Sophie and Ann agreed with him.
The three of them went into the dining room and found a seat next to Bowser who easily took up a few spaces himself. Bowser's earily display was quickly replaced with quite as he saw July look very upset and he kept his head down in silence.
"Wow this June person is so awesome, she manged to tame Bowser with one slap," Sophie said as she sat next to Ann.
"Hello everyone it's a me Mmmmmaaarrriooo, woo hoo," Mario said as Starlow just sighed.
Baron and Catie
"Wait you mean your actually allowed to use that?" Baron asked in surprise. "Your sure the person at the shooting range said you could have this sniper rifle thing?" Baron asked very concern. "Umm they know who you are right, umm no offense hun but ummm are you sure your okay using this rifle," Baron asked Catie.
"Yeeessssssss for the millionth time I passed all there tests and everything and the guy there Sgt. Bob Barker said I could use it," Catie said.
"Its true Baron I woudn't have believed it myself if I didn't see it first hand," Sam said.
"See Sam agrees with me," Catie said as she stuck out her tounge. "Come on I am hungry," Catie said as she dragged Baron towards the dining room. Baron went to go take a seat next to Mario and Bowser who was actually really silent with July around.
"Jjjjuuuunnnnneeeee is that you I am so happy to see you again," Catie said as she began charging towards June. Maids and Butlers tried to get out of the way of Caties path but those who couldn't were sent flying as Catie tackled June and hugged her tightly. "I am so glad to see you again, oh are you growling," Catie said as she looked at June. "Sorry about huging your ears and tails away no need to growl at me unless this is a growling match," Catie said as she countinued to hug June.
"So that's your wife?" Sophie asked Baron.
"Yup that's my wife alright, the woman currently hugging June to death that's and who is given clearance to use sniper rifles, that's my wife," Baron sighed.
"I know a friend of ours who would get along great with her," Ann said.
"Come on at least try to out growl," Catie could be heard saying.
Aylssa
Aylassa arrives just as Catie was both hugging and growling at June and Bowser doing his best to not stare at July.
"Looks like I didn't miss much," Aylassa said as she took a seat next to Baron.
"Fine if you don't want to have a growling match then we can have a tickle match," Catie said as she began tickling June with her hands and tails. "I will get you to smile again Ms Junie," Catie said as she began tickling June.

"Dining hall's this way, sir."
"Thanks," said Irving.
Having returned from a window shopping trip through the commercial district of the town, Irving allowed himself to be escorted through the palace to the dining hall, having been notified that dinner was about to begin.
"Right here," said the soldier escorting him.
The door opened halfway to the sight of a personal-space-invading Catie wildly... touching... a clearly unwilling June on the ground.
"...I gotta pee," Irving decided.
The soldier nodded. "Yes sir. Restroom's this way."
The soldier closed the door as Irving was directed toward the middle of the next hall.

June, still furious, whirls around just in time to get blindsided by Catie. She struggles to keep up with the flurry of words rushing out of Catie's mouth - clearly leaving Catie dissatisfied. June's not entirely sure why Catie suddenly starts tickling her. The reason doesn't particularly matter, though - she still breaks into uproarious laughter. "Gyaaaaha...! Ca... Catieeeeheehee, no...! Wha... Nnngaaahaha, nonono...! What are you... Whatareyoudoingstaaahahahaaap!" She flails desperately, painfully aware of the crowd watching the spectacle. June feels her face turning red with embarrassment.
Horatio laughs openly at the sight of his nemesis eliminated so easily.
Between Horatio's arrival, Nobunaga's admonishment, and now the tickling... June wraps her arms around Catie's back, yanking her down. She cocoons her in a vice-like hug to rob her of her leverage. She whispers softly in her ear, trying to mask her rage as she speaks through grit teeth. "Ca... Catie... I need you... to stop. Listen. I promise, later... Somewhere private... I promise, If you want to tickle me, I'll let you tickle me for as long as you want. If you want to hug, we can hug. We can have a... growling contest, chat with your husband, spar... We can do whatever it is you want to do... later. But for right now, I need you to get off of me. Please."

Nobunaga watches the scene in amusement for a while, before deciding to intervene. Carefully- and effortlessly- balancing two trays of food and drink in his hands, he walks over and kneels by Catie's side. "Catie, it's time to let June up. There you go. Good girl."
Rising back to his full height, the trays in his hands as unmoving as if they were fixed in place, he walks towards the door and seemingly vanishes into thin air.
This should prove interesting.

"Okay," Catie said as she let June out of her grip. "At least you seem happier now," Catie said as she skipped towards Baron.
"Umm why was Junie so mad in the first place did she get into a fight with her boyfriend?" Catie asked Baron who just shrugged his shoulders. "Oh well at least I get to tickle her later in private," Catie said. "Hey we got a few new people don't we," Catie asked.
"Oh yeah your were at the shooting range, when these three ladies showed up," Baron said to Catie.
"Nice to meet you my name is Sophie," Sophie said introducing herself.
"Same here, my name is Ann and I am Sophie's wife," Ann said to Catie.
"Nice to meet you both," Catie said. "Hey Baron is that even possible for a girl to be a wife to another girl," Catie asked.
"Umm yeah we can talk about later with them in private," Baron said.
"Okay but I have to ask are you a Lego Sophie?" Catie asked.
Sophie was confused about what a Lego was but eventually kinda of figured she was asking about being a Laguz. "Yes Mrs. Catie I am a bird laguz," Sophie said.
"Wow a different type of laguz and you can turn into a cute little birddie," Catie said.
"More like a cute little birdie surrounded by flames," Sophie said.

June rises to her knees. She tries to ignore the fact that she's blushing furiously. She clears her throat. "While, I... erm, have everyone's attention? I'd like to make an announcement." She adjusts her hair and dusts herself off as she speaks. "Lord Nobunaga has asked me to serve as his vice commander." Horatio looks disinterested, June notices with surprising irritation. "I'd like to ask how everyone feels about this. Please, feel free to voice any objections or concerns."

The Outlanders around Bowser just stared at him expecting him to raise a rockus. After Bowser gave Nobunaga a hard time about taking orders from him they actually expected a huge uproar filled with mass chaos.
"Grumble Grumble why do I have to take orders from July," Bowser thought. "I have my own Army I commanded, I invaded Terran the Mushroom Kingdom numerous times," Bowser was thinking. "Please if anything Lord Minion Mask is just trying to make me look bad by making July in chargs," Bowser thought. "I mean I can order circles around both of them, they got nothing on me," Bowser continued to think. "But she slapped my nose and that hurts, I don't want her to slap my nose again that was the worse pain I ever felt ever," Bowser thought.
Bowser just looked at everyone and grumbled. "What your expecting a show or something," Bowser said. "As long as I get to beat up that fake Bowser on top of the glowing tree thingy, I don't care if July is in charge or not," Bowser huffed.
A collective gasped fell over the group around Bowser. "(What just happened, did Bowser just not give July a hard time,)" Mario said in shock with only Bowser and July being the words anyone could understand.
"Well I am good with whoever is charge," Baron said.
"Me too that means I get to spend more time with June," Catie said very excitedly.
"A chance to work under the great June of legend, I am in," Sophie said as Ann just nodded along.
"Can't wait to see you in action June, I am good," Alyssa said.

"I have no objections," Horatio adds. "Though I do have some concerns. Know I'll be watching you for any signs of betrayal."
June clenches her jaw and refuses to rise to his provocation. It seems like a majority of the Outlanders are in agreement. "Thank you, everyone. I'll do my best to assist Lord Nobunaga. I hope to get to know you all better in the next few days - and please, don't be afraid to come to me if you have any problems. If you'll excuse me, I need to deliver my answer to the commander."
June starts toward the door, then remembers she hasn't eaten anything since breakfast. She grabs a pair of apples and some bread from the table before leaving. She walks out the door and calls after Nobunaga. She asks the guards outside to point her in the right direction.

Lana
Lana looks very worried and nervous before she goes into the throne room. "I can do this right no pressure," Lana said very worridly. "She's my mom and she will understand.....I hope," Lana said with a gulp. "No Baron and Alyssa are right I just have to tell her but then work on something with her," Lana said. "It would have been eaiser to do this if somebody didn't walk into the middle of town during the summoning, ohhh wait that was me nevermind," Lana sighed. "Well here goes nothing gulp," Lana said before she opened the door. "Hi mom umm can we talk if you have the time?" Lana asked Glinda. Fawful and Furymon Location: Villan ConWhile Pixy was staring at the star rod just memorized by what she has in her Pikas. Then she remebered she had to give something to Fawful. "Oh that's right, I was suppose to give this to you Fawful and Chlortles," Pixy said as she took out what looked like two ordinary stones. Fawful had a look of the confusion about why the Pika of Chu would gve him stones and why they were so special. "Waitttt Pixy you ssssure about thisss," Fen Fen ( ) asked Pixy. "Those stonessss are precissous and we can't just give them away like that," Fen Fen told Pixy. "Well Yuffie did tell me these two stone were a gift from the Prophet of Columbia Kirbi," Pixy said. "She said that they will help Fawful on his Pika and that he should have them," Pixy said to Fen Fen. "Besides if anything we need all the PIka we can get," Pixy said. "The stone are of much questions so what are they," Fawful said while just poking the stones. "Pika those are not just ordinary stones," Pixy said sending a tiny jolt towards Fawful. "That is a key Pika...Pika stone.....key stone Pika and a Mega chu...Mega stone," Pixy told Fawful. "With this stone you and Chlortles are able to perform a Mega Evolution," Pixy said as she just nodded her head. "Now come here let me just place the stone right Pika," Pixy said as she placed the keystone inside a necklace she made for Fawful. (awww what a crafty Pikachu) "Chlortles get over here for a second," Pixy called out as Chlortles appered right from Pixy's shadow. "With a couple of Pika's here and there Pppppiiiikkkaaaa," Pixy said as Gengar was wearing a bracelet around his arms. "Umm stones of key, super size evolution," Fawful stammered out. "Oh right you don't know anything about those, you would if you been looking at the detailed notes I gave to Chu," Pika said to Fawful. "Umm but it just said Pika and Chus on it," Fafwful protested. "Well whatever, here a quick demostration," Pixy said. "Just press onto the stone like this," Pixy said as she pressed on an invisible button. "So like this and whoa the light umm what the Fury," Fawful said as a bunch of lights flooded from the keystone. The lights which looked like they were connecting to a bunch of lights that were coming from Chlortel's bracelet. The lights connected one by one until the light turned a pinkish color and surrounded Chlortles. Chlortles began to change as his arms began to morph, his legs disappered, his spikes became even more meancing, finally a third eye formed in the center of his head. The light faded and with a uniquely shaped, multi colored light. "What in the holy name of fury?" Fawful asked in much amazement. "That my Pika is mega evolution," Pixy said while nodding her head. "Fen Fen mind doing the honors," Pixy asked Fen Fen. Fen Fen nodded as she closed her eyes and with an intense physic blast caused Chlortles to revert back into his normal form and he apperead to be normal. "Mega Pika is something to not be taken lightly, and if either you or Chlortles get knocked out the evolution will be cancled," Pixy said. "Plus the strain it can cause will be alot so you can only do it once a Pikachu....encounter," Pixy said. "Wow so who is Yuffie and Kirbi?" Fafwful asked Pixy. "Pika Pika I wonder why I even Pika sometimes," Pixy sighed

Nobunaga nods and allows June to take one of the trays from him. "This Horatio. What can you tell me about him?"
----------
Meanwhile, back at the site of Villaincon...
"That was rather... Anticlimactic," Legretta says.
Jeckel shakes his head furiously, slowly descending to the ground. Legretta follows. "No, no, no my dear... It was fascinating. Utterly fascinating. And now that we've been left to our own devices, I have our first experiment in mind... However, I believe we'll need to find our dear Necromancer first. Three minds are better than one, after all. Utterly fascinating."
Jeckel cocks his head to the side, listening, then abruptly blinks out of existence. At that same precise moment, he reappears directly in front of Fawful and the others. Instead of joining him, Legretta shot up into the sky and sped towards the horizon. In mere seconds, she disappeared from view.
"Mega Evolution, you say?" Jeckel states curiously, studying the Pokemon. Almost absentmindedly, he holds out his hand and beckons to Fawful. "Oh, and Fawful my boy, be a dear and hand me that staff you call the Star Rod. I desire to examine it."
He gave no explanation for why he wished to examine the rod, for there was no reason for him to. He simply wanted to, and for a being of considerable power like the Dark One, that was often enough.

June carefully balances the tray with one hand. "For one, I already killed the dastard once. I still have the scar from the killing blow." She presses her free hand against her shoulder and winces. "Mmph. Definitely still there."

"Of course, dear," Glinda said. "We can talk right now. Do you wish to go somewhere private?"
Irving peered through the door to the dining hall to see if it was safe to enter.
...Nothin' outta the ordinary going on.
He opened the door fully and walked in, eying Catie in the corner of his eye in case she tries hugging him again. He took a random seat and sat down.

June is silent for a moment. "He's... crafty. A schemer. He won't make any overt moves against us, but... no. Right now, he's as lost and confused as the rest of us. We'll need to watch him carefully in the future, but so long as he believes us to be his best chance of getting home..." June mouth twists into a snarl. "I won't say we can trust him, but we can use him." Horatio walks back to his seat, giving Irving a small nod as he passes. He returns to his meal, absentmindedly scooping up soup as he cracks open his book. He flips back to the last poem he'd started before that unpleasant disruption - Ode to the Witch.
