I'm kicking around two ideas. One has less..."integrity" and is basically just for the scare factor. The other probably wont be scary but I feel like it's the better story.
Solution: write both!

Nobody's thought about it since it was announced until now. Procrastination FTW. Note though that we later changed the minimum length to 2000 words since "pages" is a bit vague.
So since everyone's really busy, how about you need a 500 word intro before the end of October, and then we get a week grace period afterwards to finish it off?
Not that I'll need it...since I plan on getting it done in time...yeah...
