Some kid with a keyblade could have stabbed him by accident, unleashing the darkness inside his heart and making him take his "true" form, which would be a creature of darkness. Like how Maleficent went Dragon.

Ooh, how about this? He somehow developed the darkness in his own heart into a Heartless through sheer hatred and loathing, which consumed him from the inside out, leaving no Nobody. Now, you play as the Heartless, which is intelligent because of its method of creation. Nice, I like it. Too many pushes, too many shoves, too much listening to emo music or something, and BAM Heartless in the middle of town. Thanks man. You also made the Nobody thing easier. |

No, I think all Keyblades could do that.
However, I think the "I created my own Heartless through sheer force of will and then became that Heartless" fits him more though.

Appearance: 5'10" and with a slightly above average build, he has somewhat rugged features and dark brown hair. He keeps his hair back and ties it into a mid-length ponytail at the end, and has a well-shaven goatee like Luxord's. His eyes are a warm brown, and his eyebrows are defined and fairly long.
Bio: Born in the village of Ischadd, to the clan of Torin, Cyprian grew up as a hunter for Ischadd. Despite the very detached nature of the village, they had access to some fairly advanced technology and weapons. He learned how to defend livestock, hunt wild beasts, track wild beasts, and scout out new hunting grounds. As usual for hunters of his clan, he left on a very long pilgrimage to find something worthy of bringing back to the Torin, and ended up finding a mysterious new friend on his way who traveled with him for years. After a long time, he was left waiting. He continued waiting for what seemed like ages until he just stopped. He gave up his pilgrimage, and in turn gained a new mission, but one that he did not know. He was discouraged continually as he tried to find his path, and was nearly dead until that friend found him again. He once again walked by their side, until the Heartless invaded Gran Pulse. Both he and his friend fought dearly for his home, and both paid the price. He is now one of the Bishops in The Empty House.
Weapon(s): Metzenbaum, a powerful pincer weapon that consists of two long, heavy blades attached to a central connector that allows the blades to act separately from one another. The connector is held near the wrist and is attached to the forearm. Each blade is incredibly sharp and durable, and have powerful oscillators in them which allows them to resonate in incredibly high frequencies, reducing air resistance and increasing cutting power.

Ops I swallowed mah lazer did another thing!
Name: Geraldo (pronounced Hair-all-doe) Gender: Male. Age: 29 Appearance: Short white hair, with a small curl sticking up near the center. Brown eyes. Wears a simple black long-sleeved shirt over simple black pants (not jeans, pants), along with wooden geta. Several blue plates of armor are attached to the upper sleeves of the shirt, torso, back, and hips. He actually keeps a bokuto and a regular katana on his hip, though now he rarely uses them. Has black stubble, which puzzles those around him. His explanation is that "the snow only falls on the top of the dirt!" Home world: Ivalice Weapon: imgur.com/PDQbO5iHis Keyblade looks like this, but with a keychain (of course) that features the kanji for the number four. Weapon affinity: Give up shield, take sword. Keyblade experience: Expert, thought the experience mostly comes from experience with regular blades. Magic affinity: Iaido, an art from his homeworld that focuses on using the soul of his blade. Magic experience: Advanced in Iaido. No experience otherwise. Bio: Hailing from Ivalice, he was raised as the son of an only father, and a soldier to boot. As a result, he was trained with the military, but left seeking more power. He wandered from battlefield, laying waste to entire platoons of men at a time, while sacrificing his own bread to the disabled or poor he found nearby, often helping those who couldn't afford to pay him regardless of what they actually offered. He nearly died fighting a group of Heartless three months ago that randomly invaded, but prevailed thanks to both the magical nature of his Iaido and the Keyblade he was able to summon after getting through most of the fight. Excited by the prospect of creatures that could single-handedly match him, he took off to other worlds, to fight them as often as he could. All he desires is the thrill of battle, and it was both this and his goodwill that earned him his Keyblade. Jolly off the field, and quick to make a bad joke when given the opportunity, He's easy to mistake for a fool, and such an assessment wouldn't be too far off.
I should think it fairly obvious he's gonna be my good guy. Naria's neutral with The Empty House, and Jenka's evil. And no, I'm not stepping on anybody's toes if they want to do FFT, since he's not really involved with the world anymore. Objections? |

X-Blade > Key of Hearts And actually, I think all Keyblades can unlock the darkness within... IIRC, Ansem!Riku was all liek " unlike yours , this keyblade can unlock people's hearts" right before the Dragon Maleficent boss fight in KHI. |

Please restrict posts in there to PROLOGUE material for your character. How they got their keyblade for instance. Things that happened before the RP start, but but need to be written out in full. Once the actual RP starts you can still post in there, but only for backstory purposes. It is not an official RP thread. There should not be too much interaction between people (unless you have a shared backstory). |

The X-blade is kinda like a gathering of hearts, but it's a select few hearts. Not really. The X-Blade is Kingdom Hearts itself. Unlike the Key of Hearts, which could only produce a false KH, the X-Blade existed alongside the true KH, and could summon the true KH, the true heart of all worlds and all people combined. It was so much more than a gathering of hearts. Put simply, the X-Blade is the original and the very first Keyblade, and the source of all light in the universe. |

Keyblades are replicas of the X-blade, hoping to get some of its power. The X-blade was fractured in the keyblade war as so many people fought over it. |

Also how are the FF worlds going to work say in FF 7 one of the MC meets up w/ Cloud can they take Cloud to other worlds w/ them or is Cloud only going to stay in FF 7 world?
