Actually have all 3 tactics game.
I actually started having a lot of fun writing for Brook. I am defentialy going to do a character like that here. Maybe a teacher from a local college whos extremely flirtatious. No it's not going to be an Alto clone more like Brook but is just a playful tease. I could never dream of reaching such Smexy levels.

Maybe, probably not though.
Okay, as for the group of Nobodies, we could go the Organization XIII route and have it be more sinister, with someone important at the front who would be a major character used by HHD since he seems to be the leader of this, we could have some sort of refuge camp for Nobodies, or we could have something else.
Organization XIII rip-off would be sort of cool, since it provides a basis for the characters actually doing stuff, along with providing a wider plot and a sort of physical team with oriented types and abilities. A refuge camp would be more unique, but it doesn't seem like the sort of thing a Nobody would do. Nobodies are like Contractors, except that Nobodies want emotions, fake them to fool themselves, and act less out of reason and more out of want.

Golurk, your suggestion sounds good since it creates more villains that are plausible (the Heartless thing got iffy, and we need more OC villains instead of just Sephiroth and others), but I'm still against ripping off Org XIII's name or style.
If I see a single person in a black longcoat, I will lose my s***.

I'd be down for an organization, but not a rip off name or the "ranking" motif. Maybe they could be collecting/"rescuing" Nobodies and sheltering them somewhere. We need a more concrete MO. Twilight Town mansion/clock tower for base maybe? Ice cream erry day! |

Hrm. Guardian of the Dawn could be their name.
Also, I did indeed plan on using a Longcoat for Mark, but having It be sleeveless, white, and vastly different from the organizations cloaks. No hood either.
