So. funny Octopath story.
I was grinding up some of the party memebrs up t take on each traveler's chapter 4. I know I can take some of the easier ones and the EXP from the bosses and enemies will be enough to take down the rest. but I wanted to be safe.
So I went to a level 45 area to grind up EXP and Job points.
if you are feeling lucky you can use a skill that the Dancer Class can learn called Bewildering Grace to speed up time. What it does is every time its used a conpletely Random thing will happen. one of the things that can happen is EXP and Job point multipliers, And it stacks every time tou get one. which can cap at a 500 times multiplier.
So what happened is I was in a fight doing this tactic. I used the skill with a level 2 charge(which triggers the move twice). I kid you not, what happened s It put the entire party at 1 HP and the other event was it damaged the party with a weak magic attack. killing everyone and getting me a Game over. Thank god for Auto Save for keeping at least some of the grinding progress.

One month in, I can play ANiMA on piano at half speed with about 80% accuracy. Which is about what I can pull on it in the actual game, anyways.

My highest is 72% in game, oops. The piano bit is a nice distraction to focus on improving instead of posting in things though. |

Not only did I - for the first time ever - get all of FEH's event banner heroes, I was able to call every single one of them when I started the summoning session. Spooky.
Also whether you pronounce it Meer or Merr you should fyrrh the Myrrh with the fyrrh.

Playing TWEWY Switch by pointing a joycon at the screen isn't completely awful.
Playing TWEWY Switch co-op with yourself is absolutely awful, but also amazing because fully controllable partners.
...so I have a Switch and TWEWY Re:Final Mix/2 Days now.

I still dunno if I'll get it.
I 100% cleared the original, but part of why I liked it was the challenge of controlling 2 characters at once. I guess if you can still do that it's a big plus, but...
Let me know how they changed the boss fights. Especially the ones that relied on two screens. Like the one where Shiki fights on top of an overpass while Neku works the legs.

Got stuck playing Mount and Blade Warband for a time...and sorta am. Decided to go the route of mods and suddenly I’ve invested a lot of time into the Brytenwalda one taking place in the seventh century.
Left England and now I find myself over in Ireland first as a merc, then as a vassal to the High King. Apparently the war with Mumain is a forever one.

So on the fence about TWEWY. Doesn't help that we have it at work. Or that my hours have been awful, so no Switch anytime soon.
Let me know how you feel about it once you've fully adjusted to it, Bunny. I would really like to get an idea if I'd enjoy playing it on Switch.

I'd consider getting Final Remix, but SoulCalibur comes out in less than a week. Also, $49.99. Yep, Friday. Apparently people are getting free SC socks with purchase at work. I have yet to see the things, so... probably just another promo item that will arrive after the promo and make people angry. *shrug* |
