Every night. EVERY NIGHT THIS WEEK. About 2 minutes after I turn off the overheard light. Loud bump in the attic. Moving closer or maybe just louder. I STG if I turn up mysteriously dead with all the blood sucked out of me or some s*** you tell them to get up there with some silver weapons and holy water and avenge my ass.

Y'know how sometimes you step somewhere but it makes a spot attached to it creak instead? Like stepping on one end of a plank and the other side bangs or something.
Yeah, that just happened while I was walking past the door that has the attic entrance inside and I maybe jumped back and started swinging.
I think there might actually be something up there. Like a raccoon. Or SCP-173, either one.
Oh, great. Now there's a rhythmic tappibg coming from up there. In sync with my ceiling fan, so it's surely being caused by that and not a demon. I am much more concerned about the fan tearing loose and dropping on me in the middle of the night.

I found some pieces of plaster knocked off the ceiling by the attic hatch this morning. I know it was done last night because I counted howmany were knocked off yesterday morning.

I won't spoil any more Smash characters, unless I forget not to.
Also, Bunny, not gonna scrap Bant Walls but turning it into some sort of Group Hug/Chaos with a bunch of the C18 cards.

I finally saved up enough to get a Switch. I was going to go sometime next week, but after a 13 hour shift screw it, even if Wal-Mart's the only place I can get it at this hour.
It's so surreal shopping there now.
"Hey, could you open a case for me?"
"...Sure, but you're on the wrong side of the counter... Wait, aren't you our repair guy?"
"One of them."
"Do you know anything about the time-"
"Time clock? Someone knocked it over during renovations. Too damaged for field repair. I ordered the replacement almost two weeks ago. Bloody things are on back order. Again."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah. And you've also got... Jeez, 3 SCOs down? Oh, and I was the one assigned to fix them. Great."
"So... Are you going to... do that?"

Not doing Stax. That would be miserable.
I'm doing a sort of pillowfort beatdown. Though maybe I should have tossed in Approach just because I have so much card draw.

Planeswalkers work well with a pillowfort strat.
Also for (expensive) cheese, there's a dumb combo in Enchanted Evening, Opalescence, and Aura Thief.

Norn's Annex, Sphere of Safety, Archangel of Tithes, Silent Arbiter, and Crawlspace, off the top of my head do work with them though. Isperia is also pseudo-pillowfort. I've decided to convert Ruric Thar into Zacama Primal Surge Enchantress. Permanents only! Ramp using land auras. Win through Kiki-Jiki combos or Impact Tremors/Purphoros/Goblin bombardment burn. Or beating face with a giant three-headed dinosaur I've also decided to rebuild Zegana/Kydele/Thrasios into Arixmethes. Basically, I've gotten enough good cards to just do Simic goodstuff aiming for an infinite combo, and I really want to run the giant island kraken. It also has a silly voltron back-up with Pemmin's Aura. |
