I believe so, but I've found a lot of sources using Caster Level and Class Level near-synonymously. Wait, do I get Familiar benefits from the caster level (assuming I have a familiar). That's because every time you gain a level I a spellcasting class, you're caster level for that class goes up as well. So when you're a 20 sorcerer, your caster level is 20.

That's what I thought. Another question: Say I decided to take a level in Cleric before becoming a Loremaster. The Loremaster has a special ability in that when I rank it up, I gain spells known and spell levels as if I ranked up a caster level. It also increases my effective caster level in those classes. So, if I had levels in both Sorcerer and Cleric, I would gain spells and such for both, correct? Link for details: www.d20srd.org/srd/prestigeClasses/loremaster.htm

Ninjas.
So if I had a class level in Cleric and ten class levels in Sorcerer, would my caster level be 11, or would ech class have a separate caster level?

I was asking these because is was thinking about multiclassing to cleric then I realized that I have too low of a Wisdom score.

Ckerics don't cast arcane magic. They don't count toward your caster level. Loremasters need to choose which spell levels they are advancing, not all of their spell classes.

Okay.
Well, I abandoned the Cleric idea due to having low Wisdom score.

Well, secrets are based on your intelligence modifier, so how are you going to do that?

I have a +2 intelligence modifier, and the secrets that I can get are based off of Loremaster level + Intelligence modifier, so I'm fine.

So, we are well watablished upon my wandering. Where do I start? You will be staying in the north eastern forests for the most part, but most of the early game will be spent there, and you will be able to leave after a certain level of interaction with the party.

Oh man, I just got the best idea. Will your characters hunt for food?

Probably not. There are spells for that. And money buys rations.

Hrm...how about I always take your money pouches and hide them around town? Lots of interactions there.

Yeah, Yellow will be our main supply of good along with rations. I can't find a page on how food and hunger works in D&D.
