I decided to basically have the PCs arrive at the mansion at different times... more or less so everyone will get like 3-5 minutes to RP and whatnot without getting in each other's ways. Trying to decide whether to do that by the order people arrive at session, or randomly.

Updated to-do list:
NPCs for marketplace, church, castle gate, and generic brothel
Make sure everyone knows all the people they should know or anything extra they'd know about the characters
Get magic item picks from everyone
Get those last 2 portraits
Music (if there's time)
Plaza (lowest priority, I can't imagine getting this far in 1 session if this is even where the party ends up)
For making sure everyone knows all the people, if you happen to be on Discord the same time as me sometime tomorrow hop on and I can show you.

More settings notes, including a thing I thought I already mentioned but apparently not.
Forgeborn exist, but the process to make them got lost in (I'll figure out which age and why later), so they can't be made anymore. They're able to at least fix up the ones that exist because it's just mechanical parts, but the whole free will and spirit part's kind of a big question mark now.
Like dragons, most demons can learn to use Disguise. Also like dragons, a Disguised demon looks like a tiefling; the more experienced/skilled the demon, the more human the disguise looks.

I decided to start throwing people into the party 1 at a time based on when they show up to session, starting whenever I get on.
I also need to make that map, just in case you somehow end up there.
Because I swear to G I don't know how it'll happen but I already know you guys are going to take a look at the rails, see three diverging paths, and decide to either fly like a bird or MULTILANE DRIFTING ENGAGE
