Only reason I can think of that Siegemund would be going to solitude would be because of family reasons
Hint. Hint.
Anyway what is sithis's army composed of?
Demons? Dragons? And are they roaming tamriel? Need to know this for questing.

I'm just assuming lesser Daedra, Dark Brotherhood members, other things, and siege machines that consume everything. Sithis embodies the Void, and would likely just be like a giant black hole.

Alright then.
Dark brotherhood in fifth era is now the ruling world power correct?

Not really. They are Sithis' assassins, but they don't lead the people. The High King should be the ruling power in Skyrim, and the current head of House Redoran should be the leader of Solstheim if there's anything left.

Oh, and I kinda like the idea of a character being the halfblood child of a human and a Daedric Prince... Hint, hint. Wink, wink. Oh, I get it...not. I can't seem to figure out who that last comment is directed at, which is most likely because of the fact that I only got about four hours of sleep.

Why so little sleep? You know it's not good for the complexion.

So... Siegemund should encounter assassins... And demons? C'mon Golur, give me ideas.

While also Sithis' assassins, The Dark Brotherhood is the ruling power in most places. The Listener is now the new Empress, though most races obviously don't bend their knee. The High King is still the ruling power in Skyrim, as are the Jarls. The Citadel(where the remaining Summerset Elves are in hiding) is now ruled by High Regent Dathian, in place of High King Varren(who is widely believed dead). Solstheim is now completely abandoned, and Raven Rock is in ruins. Only monsters remain; House Redoran joined the Dominion's army in the failed battle against Sithis.
The Dread Lord's army, like Golurk said, is largely built of lesser Daedra, Monsters, Dark Brotherhood members, and some of the races who turned, such as House Dres and House Telvani of Morrowind. If the other provinces come into play, I will address the matter then.

Alright I can work with that.

What would the Listener be the empress of, exactly? Most of Tamriel should be destroyed or otherwise barren, and later returned to the Void.
Also, not mah Telvanni bros! What about Hlaalu?

The Listener is basically the Empress of everything left. Most of Tamriel is still intact, only the major cities in each Province have been obliterated. Basically anything Sithis deems a potential threat. He could care less about Tamriel's natural beauty. Oh, and Sithis has promised to give the Dark Brotherhood their own personal paradise in return for their loyalty and worship, kinda like Mehunres Dagon and the Mythic Dawn. House Hlaalu was mostly eradicated, like nearly all of Morrowind's great houses, but some still live in hiding.

So, Sithis isn't destroying everything?
Weird.
What's he after? He could just sink the continent at this point.

Indeed he could. In fact, Sithis has just about regained his full power at this point. He could probably blink Skyrim out of existence with a mere thought, barrier and all. Which begs the question... Why hasn't he? What is he waiting for? You'll find out in time.

Spoiler Alert: It's not Sithis. It's Mai'q the Liar in disguise.

I'd like to hit on this listener, who apparently is an empress.
If you know what I mean.

Probably something like this.
You touch me, you're dead. You upset me, you're dead. You look at me, you're dead. You look at my mother, you're dead.

OK so there still time. In terms of starting off are the characters able to take on most things or do we need " to grind in ceartin areas" to become powerful enough? Also I figured out who the mysterious figure I want to be (it's going to be the dadric prince or divine he's supposed to meet) now just to figure out which one to the bat cave.
