Hmm... I have to actually figure out how to take a picture of my character now. Is there a screenshot button on a general keyboard layout? I can't find one.

I apologize for the terrible image quality. I had to take the screenshot with my phone. If I can figure out how to take screenshots with my PC(Without video equipment), I'll redo the pictures. But without further ado, I give you the last King of the Aldmeri Dominion. Varren Summerset(Without hood) imgur.com/AMLnHe5(With hood) imgur.com/s3xaq9i

Hmm... I could try Print Source. That could work. Also, yay! Varren's new character sheet is finally up. I've put a hella lot more thought and background into him than I did the first time, and I can't wait to write for him. Ironically enough, I now have two characters, in completely different RPs, who are the dreaded Lich King. Although, the title is much more fitting for Varren, IMO. And it was also an accident, since I only just realized Varren could be considered a Lich, since he was resurrected from the dead. If you've played WoW:WotLK, you may understand why it's fitting for both characters, but especially for Varren. Heck, Varren even had a similar personality to Vincent at first(Name too obviously), but I blame Austur being so prevalent in my mind when I first created RoS for that. Though, that's understandable, considering Austur inspired Sithis in the first place. But now, I've changed Varren's personality(And even his character as a whole) quite a bit. Yes, I know I'm rambling. I'm tired. G'night.

You never told me if short swords were allowed... It won't be my fault. I'll hopefully have him up this afternoon but I doubt it. Ony planned the basics for now.

Actually, Golurk, I checked the UESP, and it confirms Imperial names are inspired from the real Roman Empire, so... I'm tempted to go with that.
I have a question for you Neo. Concerning the original, I recalled we had Sig's father be a distant cousin of the current(deceased now) emperor. I just wanted to confirm it before I started writing.
I'm still looking up imperial names, and I'm swapping back to one of them for one character. I just need to find an Imperial name for his father, craft a backstory, and I should be set.
I'm also wondering if he could start of as a member of the Companions since I've rehauled his backstory(still crafting it)?
I think that is all for now besides memorizing the customs and roles of Nords and Imperials.

Not 4E Imperial names.
Fen-Fen, I know more about ES lore than I know about actual history.

Not 4E Imperial names. Fen-Fen, I know more about ES lore than I know about actual history. Ah. You're not the only one. I plan on taking extensive history classes on the Roman, Norse, etc. anything I can find that interests me. History these days seem to focus on stuff we won't need in the future. I'd rather learn more about those times, but there must be some use of it, I suppose. Anyway, despite that, I've downloaded the entire pages of Nords and Imperials for a reference guide. Just finishing up a weapon. Anyway, isn't it possible that at least a few people would wish to name their children in a traditional way, breaking the 4E custom? Some people like that exist in our world, so I thought it might be possible.

Yes, Fen-Fen, Sig's father can still be a distant relative of the late Emperor. I may start the RP soon. I believe I've finished planning everything that needs to be finished now...

All right, so. Does anyone need any help or anything lore wise? A region map or anything like that?
I'm going to wait to start the RP until GX's internet is back, so now is the time to get everything fleshed out and ready. I'll give you a brief rundown of some of the changes in the provinces heavily affected by Sithis.
Cyrodiil- the heart of the former Empire was hit the hardest. Most of the people were slaughtered, and those who weren't were taken as slaves. Skingrad, Anvil, and the Imperial City were destroyed and rebuilt in the Dread Lord's image, but the other cities are still mostly intact. Each city is ruled by a high ranking member of the Brotherhood, with an Archdemon serving as their Lieutenant. The land itself has been reduced to an apocalyptic landscape. Cyrodiil's once lush greenery has been reduced to ash and withered trees, and the sky is eternally dark.
Summerset Isle- The heart of Auri'el was hit nearly as badly as Cyrodiil; the once crystal clear waters are murky and disgusting, the plant life is nonexistent, and all the important places of Aldmeri history and lore have been razed to the ground.
Morrowind- The Dread Lord's return ruptured the veil of Aetherius, destroying the balance of nature on Tamriel and causing the Red Mountain to erupt with incredible fury. Morrowind, as a province, no longer exists. What remains is an inhospitable land of fire and ash. The Island of Solstheim miraculously survived the blast unscathed, though no one knows why.
While only Skyrim remains completely intact, High Rock, Hammerfell, and Black Marsh haven't been affected as much as Cyrodiil and the others, and are still home to pockets of civilization and resistance. The fate of Elsweyr and Valenwood are unknown.

Yay, I have better pics now! Big thanks to Golurk for teaching the dumb dragon what the F12 key is used for. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a really close up pic like Golurk did. I'll have to play around with animcam and the CC for a bit later. But for now, here. Varren(without hood) Varren(with hood) Also, while heading back to Solitude after clearing out Wolfskull Cave, I ran into a very unique sight: two dead sabercats, who died inches away from each other in the middle of the road, with their paws intertwined. After playing Skyrim for over three thousand hours total, I can safely say I have never seen this before. It is both heartwarming and heartbreaking, and so elaborate I'm having a hard time believing my own eyes. You have to see this.

Varren looks cool. I always pictured him as tall and skinny with muscles and a deep tan. Huh.
Also, that is kinda heartbreaking. Poor things. Did you find what killed them? Gotta get retribution!

Oh, and I forgot to mention this earlier, but the MM3D messenger bag from CN arrived this week. It's quite nice and it will help me lug around my books for school, so thank you very much to everyone who donated coins. And now I need to post this in TEWiaD, because I didn't realize that this is the RoS thread when I posted.
