Yup. Just make sure you keep them Expert and under. And if you want to create an Expert Spell, you'll need to create a prerequisite sidequest for it. Thieves don't kill right in the guild, and it is located in Skyrim, yes? Also, is there a page here where I can find a list of shouts? I'm planning a more sneaky, and cunning character for this. Thanks in advance.

No, thieves in the Skyrim guild don't kill. They have a strict policy against it. Just be warned, the Thieves Guild questline has already begun, and the entire guild, save Varren, has disappeared off the face of nirn. The guild is literally empty right now, but it is still located in Riften. Also be aware Varren will flip if he returns to Riften and finds someone in his home. So... Yeah. www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:ShoutsCall Dragon, Summon Durnehviir, and Dragonrend do not exist in the RP. Bend Will, Become Ethereal, Throw Voice, Clear Skies, Frost Breath, and Aura Whisper are already taken.

You want to speak with GX then. She's the boss lady for the College of Winterhold, and is in charge of everything for it.

Speaking of that, is storm call taken?
If not, I'd like to take that.

So, if I use a basic Resto Staff as a weapon like in ESO, is that okay?

So, if I use a basic Resto Staff as a weapon like in ESO, is that okay? Sure. I've already implemented some ESO stuff anyway, such as Deadric Titans, among others. I don't see a problem with it.

Speaking of that, is storm call taken? If not, I'd like to take that. See above list. No, it's not taken. Just be aware, that Shout does major collateral damage. Any of your followers will get hit as well, and if you accidentally use that near a city or town, then you'll become Skyrim's most wanted man in a few seconds. Also, that Shout can only be used outside, and the Shout Clear Skies automatically negates it.

Would you be fine with Clear Skies negating Storm or weather spells like Blizzard or Storm Atronach?

Speaks-With-Air is now up in the sign-ups.
I'd like to outline his abilities and define them first though.
He's based heavily on the Restoring Light and Dawn's Wrath Skill Trees in ESO.
However, instead of being light or fire like it is normally, it's poison, fog, water, or vegetation. Ex: All of his healing abilities use water or vines of some sort. Instead of spells like Sunfire or Solar Flare being light/fire, they are more of a fog. Instead of using Flames, he'd use Poison Gas. Instead of Ash Shell, he'd coat the enemy in a thick layer of Algae and mud. He sees magic as life, and not as different schools.

Would you be fine with Clear Skies negating Storm or weather spells like Blizzard or Storm Atronach? Only actual weather. When casting Blizzard, it conjures a blizzard around the target, without using the actual weather. When you play Skyrim and use Blizzard, if you look up, you'll see the sky itself doesn't change. And a Storm Atronach is a summoned Daedra, which harnesses its own energy to cast spells. It does not use the weather at all. So no.

What about fog? It clears that IIRC.

So, does anyone have anything to say about Speaks-With-Air?

So, any other thoughts?
No?

So, any other thoughts? No? Don't think so... But I have been thinking of adding Blackmarsh to the RP. As of now, the only provinces we'll visit as part of the main story are Skyrim, Cyrodiil, the Summerset Isles, Morrowind, and Hammerfell. But I'm seriously considering adding a Blackmarsh arc, maybe as DLC or something after Sithis is defeated. If I decide to do so, I'll probably PM you, cause your character would be very important to that arc. Maybe. Probably.

So that means I have to default back to you, right? In case I do, I'll send you a PM. Not really a high ranking member, but just one of those normal mercenaries if you can call it that. I'm still trying to see what I'll do with her. I'm thinking... Nord or something, but I don't want to have all my PC's Nords, so I'll look into something else.
