Had a feeling she pulled a last minute switch a roo didnt think it was the actual senator. I thought it would have been generic prison guard #2. Then at the last second the guard smiles towards the Senator and then tosses a dagger to his throat before hightailing it out of there and doing a mocking you almost had me been fun lets do this again sometime.

But th- oh... They would've confiscated her knives and outfit and gear and whatnot. So she'd be unarmed right now. She needs to fix that.
But she'd have a senator's stuff... What sort of things does an ancient Greek senator carry?

I have to admit...I'm having more difficulty creating a character than I first thought. Whether it be their occupation or backstory. This is...a first. What are some current happenings that's shaking the world or have affected it since the fall of the lovely ancient civilization?

The senator of Cletia was just executed by someone that was supposed to be executed by him.
Magitech has recently been invented by Reliquum Magitech and is quickly becoming popular with rich people near the city of Newtonia.
The Valley is mostly at peace right now aside from a civil war that just started in Fusan, a farming town.
The Prince of Alibab was almost assassinated recently. Almost. Not quite.
The entire town of Destria was rekt by an earthquake and many people that lived there are seeking refuge in Alibab towns.
A festival just finished up in Okirak Village, sending off the new Great Sage and his Guardian on a test to fully take their places as leaders of the village.

I dunno. Nobody has really done much with them. All we know is that they're very Greek and their newly elected senator was about to have some sort of connection formed between them and Alibab before he got extra crispy.

That's very true, X...but these are different characters this time around. If they cross paths, they won't really know one another. There are also some arcs I want to do, but...well, I'll see where it goes.

Yeah right now Baron and Catie are more focused on doing work for the Midnight Cathedral. This story focuses more on there kids Barry and Kathrine.

Wasn't sure if Irving would be there yet, so I went with an "on the way there" approach and had Crystal murder one of the mercenaries by the nun for fun before threatening to kill the other if he didn't give her the child.
