Oh, should I roll for stats? I'll probably forget them if I don't have a sheet to put them in though...

Lurk, go ahead and reroll them all. They're a little too low. If it comes out to 13 or lower on point buy, reroll. That's the rule for everyone.

I rerolled and my stats took on the opposite trend.
I got a 17, 14, 13, 13, 13, 12.
Bit disappointed in the distribution (would have preferred one of those 13s as a 14 and the other two as 12s) but it's pretty good. It comes out to a 29 on a Point-Buy. Though if I lower the numbers to where they matter in modifiers (odds go down 1 point) then I get a 23.
So, these starts are good now and good for little boosts in power as ability scores increase.

Oh right. Rinea's stats. Um.. It was a 17, 16, 15, 15, 13, and 13, IIRC.

18, 17, 15, 11, 11, 8
Putting these here because I'll forget them.
Also, sexy cat guy.
That sentence is going to help me search for these later.

Jeebus.
Mystic also got some really good rolls. 18, 17, 15, 11, 11, 8.

Okay, so Mystic's Point-Buy comes to 37 and Neo's comes to 43.
And I thought I got lucky.

Or was Neo's after racial mods...?

Though, overall, Mystic probably got the best rolls since he got stat specialization in two stats. Mine are probably the weakest of the three, but still really good. The thing that actually kind of sucks about it is that I'm struggling to figure out how I should allocate my stats, since I could dump two stats but don't need to anymore.

Jeebus.
In all honesty, you could run a super kickass Paladin or Monk (if PF non-Unchained Monks were actually any decent) with those stats. Those are good stats for basically any class, SAD or MAD. Though I wonder what kind of hybrid Oracle you plan on running with those. You could wade in melee like a Cleric or Druid just fine.

She has 19 Charisma total and um... 16 or 17 Dex total IIRC. She has insanely high skill checks for Bluff, Sense Motive, Diplomacy, Knowledge(Religion), and a couple others. As for like combat stats... I know she has 8 HP and 13 AC, without any feats or equipment or other bonuses. Don't know if that's good or not tho.

8 HP is pretty alright for a 1st level character in PF. But how did you pump enough skills to be a skillbot? Oracle only gets like 4 skill points as a base (though most classes do, it's just that Bard gets 6 and Rogue gets 8, and if Mystic puts his 17 into INT, he'd get 11).
For my character, I'll be pumping INT because Occultist, and he'll have high UMD, high Knowledge skills, Spellcraft, and maybe Craft if we get enough downtime to make use of it.

I had 6 skill points total to spend, and I put all 6 of them into different class skills. Which gave them the bonus ranks. Plus a 4 Charisma mod and a 2 Wisdom/Intelligence mod.

Is there a roll20 I'm supposed to roll dice on or can I just do it?

There is one, yes.
Also, Mystic, I just remembered something that you could definitely use if you want more magic. Using the Variant Multiclass rules, you can trade half of your feats for class features, and for the Sorcerer one, you get the bloodline powers (which are not spells per se, but are magical abilities). You probably won't need many feats unless you go for a Bow Rogue instead of a melee Rogue, so that's something to check out.
