"Here's the catch: If three or more entries are nominated twice or more in one category, then only entries with two or more nominations will move on to voting. Basically, this thins the field. If there are a few entries nominated multiple times, only those advance. But if everyone picks something different, then there's no choice but to let them all in!"
"But if a category receives less than three nominations, then we pull the category out back and shoot it, resulting in no award. A 'wash', I believe it's called."

- Best RP - Craft the next chapter of these awards!
- Best Protagonist - For the main characters!
- Best Antagonist - for those nefarious baddies that stand in the way!
- Best Writing Style - This includes, but is not limited to, how well a certain kind of narration is used. Please nominate a specific writer in a specific story, and if necessary the character or circumstances this style is associated with.
- Most Gripping Moment - Any event or series of events within a story that leaves you reading within the edge of your seat, claims your emotions, drives your mind in a frenzy, etc.
- Best Mailbag Segment - Includes both the intro, and the main segments.
- Best Character Development - Doesn't have to mean the most drastic development, just the one you like best or think was done particularly well.
- Best Minor Character - For those bit-characters only around for a few scenes and don't have notable amounts of screen-time (yet?). They may not even have names!
- Character whose Powers/Skills you'd most like to have - Think of the possibilities!
- Most Badass Character - Who kicks the most ass and who does it better? Doesn't have to be the most powerful guy or gal in existence.
- Best Waifu - Which fictional lady do you fancy the most?
- Best Husbando - Which fictional gentleman do you fancy the most?
- Best Romantic Couple - Which fictional couple gets your heart aflutter just reading about them? (Name the two characters)
- Most Creative Moment - The thing you read that made you think "oh snap, that's mad creative." Could be a post, a set of dialogue, a general concept of something, a clever pun, etc.
- Funniest Moment - The moment in a story that made you laugh the hardest. The best kinds are at the expense of others!"
- Best Mailbag Question - Why? Why not?
