That depends on what they look like. As long as nobody else could tell it's a vibroknife, you should be fine. I'd probably just go for a Magitek sword for most of those worlds though. Probably just as effective with some special effects.

So ummm what would happen if you disobey the rules of the world your in.
Like the world prohibits you using weapons but your like up yours here's my mega machine gun of death.
Or if you go to Anima the pokemon Theme world and Two people decide well you know what I am going to not use monsters or go one on one but I am going to double team you or I am going to use this ray gun I ha e and just do that.
Are there severe consequences? Besides the well locals wouldn't be happy?

Both as a fellow GM and as a player, I strongly recommend against making a world that has such OP enemies, you either avoid getting caught or die. That's not fun. That's "Screw this, I'm dropping out of the campaign". I don't want to actually lose Shira because I tried to do stealthy stuff, but rolled low and got caught and OHKO'd by a 1000 MD attack from a super OP enemy. That would definitely make me rage quit.
There's nothing wrong with making strong enemies be a deterrent. But you need to make sure they're balanced. It's the same principle as MD weapons and ambushes; if your players don't get at least a fair chance to save their characters from death, it's not fun for anyone.
At the very least, I STRONGLY encourage us not to go to that world until we're level 6+. At least level 6+. Because if Shira and Slimex can't use any of their supernatural abilities AT ALL, they're essentially useless in a fight unless they have really good equipment. Literally all of Shira's abilities are obviously supernatural. If she can't use those, she can't fight.

Mmmm... Yeah, what Neo said makes sense we kinda have to wait at least until Shira can maintain her form around the clock. So I'm in favor of EXTREMITAS or Anima. And against Reversal World or Semideum (yet). The others are... fine. Celica's strong enough she doesn't actually need Sechs to fight.
Oh... Actually... Her only Weapon Proficiencies are Energy Weapons, Heavy Weapons (like railguns), and Knives. So she's even weaker than I realized... But still a solid melee character.

I always love environments where things are weird, like where coin flips always land on their edge (I'm pretty sure that was one of the places in Discworld).

I'm not saying that the enemies are incredibly OP and will one shot you and you'll die with no chance at all to live. I'm just saying don't get caught. Because getting caught is bad. It shouldn't be hard to hide from humans anyways. They're easily deceived and if you have a Totem around, you won't have to worry about hiding all that much because aura usually does that automatically. Still, everyone should be careful in that world. If you're noticed by a totem or a demigod, you won't have to worry about being attacked as long as you're in a large crowd. No totem/demigod is stupid enough to fight in a crowded place where they will get caught. Most of the OP enemies you have to worry about have the same limitations as you do.
X, It's part of the SENTINEL rules. You can't be a SENTINEL if you can't follow the rules.

We have to use equipment that's temporally appropriate, but... does the rule say we have to fight by their rules, too? Couldn't Celica be all "Go, Shirasaur!" then sneak around to the other trainer and shank him in the spleen?

Of course she could. As long as she isn't caught doing it. And somehow found a weapon instead of bringing one. You can always break the rules/laws of the worlds if you aren't caught. Just remember that breaking them is dangerous when you ARE caught.

Reverse World would be so fun though. I love non-sensical physics, and it'd probably be even better in a tabletop since it can be even more imaginative.

You'll get to go to all of them eventually, Golurk. :P
But Crow and Neo have a good point. You shouldn't go to worlds you aren't prepared for yet. But if you ever find yourself in a dangerous situation, you have the option to run away and return to SENTINELS HQ. Never underestimate the option of fleeing. I'll even be selling Teleport Crystals in some shops. You might want to look into buying a few of those.

Mystic, I'm going to need you to tell me why "getting caught is bad". If it's spoilers, you can just PM me. But "getting caught is bad" makes me really, really worried.
Shira can currently only maintain her human form for 4 hours. Even when she's high enough level to maintain it for 24 hours straight, she still has to be in dragon form some time. The only exception is when she becomes an Adult Dragon. Adult Royal Frilled Dragons and Adult Great Horned Dragons can maintain metamorphosis indefinitely.
But without her magic and psionics, she can only do melee attacks, and even then she obviously has supernatural strength. So she literally wouldn't be able to fight without a powerful weapon that would serve as an excuse for why she does so much damage.
Oh... Oh. Oh. Wait. If Shira can't use any psionic abilities whatsoever, until we find a Totem or Demigod to conceal us, that means Shira can't use Mask ISP or MASK PPE. Which means she would be a blazing beacon for anyone who can sense magic/psychics. That won't ever change. She is a creature of magic. Shira would literally have to stay behind at Sentinels HQ until the party found a safe haven. I... Really don't like that.

I'm pretty sure the Masking abilities are fine, since they themselves are not detected. The whole point of it is to not be detected.

Mystic, I'm going to need you to tell me why "getting caught is bad." Big fight, big jailbreak, or retreat to HQ levels of bad, probably... Despite what my interest in Lovecraft implies, I'm actually not a fan of nonsense physics worlds. Though they still beat ice stages. And teleporter mazes.

Shira getting sent to jail by Nazis who hate inhumans would have to be handled very, very, very delicately. Otherwise there's a very real possibility that it could trigger me. I don't do torture.

There wouldn't be any torture. More like the party would have to save Shira from an execution, have a fight with a big bad dood, or simply run away while they can. I highly suggest running in those situations. Humans are too afraid of Totems and Demigods to torture them.

Why couldn't Shira just save herself? How are humans going to chain up a dragon that can fly, teleport miles away, and effortlessly break through titanium? She's also immune to all forms of paralysis and highly resistant to poison, and fire and cold barely faze her. The only thing she's weak to is a bolt of pure magic, like a bolt from a Ley Line Storm.

Also, my official vote is for Dracomundi. Let's save the crazy worlds for later.

Dracomundi's probably a good place to start, actually, since Shira's transform timer's irrelevant there.
If I gave Sechs some ugly paint, jury-rigger a few useless pipes that spew steam on his back, and added a fake moustache... Could he pass for OK?

I was having a hard time deciding, but you had me once you said mustache. Yeah, he'd pass as steampunk tech if he had steam puffing out from useless pipes.
