Yeah as Somnis I am legit passed that absentee mom just shows up out of nowhere and says yeah your friends are dangerous don't hang out with them. Please even if she does ground us or whatever not like she's ever home to know what we are doing

As a child of a single mother(who actually does have lots of time for me most of the time), wo sometimes doesn't appreciate that yeah, still A.
Somnis' mom isn't perfect, and maybe she shouldn't throw accusations like this, but she's trying hard to support Somnis and herself, and she's really only doing it cause she's wary of Somnis getting into trouble or getting hurt.
