Umm...I don't really know what just happened, but I'm going to just pretend that I'm making the right choice by agreeing with nobody and giving everybody some of what they want with my plan. Dragon, mercenary princess, and wolf.

That’s right! The three heroes that started it all. The young dragon, Ryner, the warrior princess Elay, and the silent and loyal Kress. Let’s start with Ryner. Prologue - Dragons Awaken www.youtube.com/watch?v=T2nQ3EHrH8sIn the peaceful land of Drakus, the dragons all live happily in their city, nestled warmly in a mountain. In a small indent at the mountaintop, a barrier protects the village in a dome, keeping out the cold snow. This allows the green grass and colorful flowers to grow in the warmth of the Elder Dragon’s magic. It is powerful and has kept out strangers for many years. Many years in which the dragons happily spent their lives in the warm sunlight. In one of the warm, sunlit patches of flowers sleeps a somewhat lazy dragon. The flowers brush lightly against his white and blue tunic. It is traditional clothing of the dragon tribe, said to hold as a reminder of the clothing the first hero wore. He wears blue pants along with white boots. His messy, brown hair has a flower crown decorating it. Someone must have placed it there while he was deeply sleeping. This dragon is Ryner. A calming breeze rustles the nearby plants and the sound of somebody speaking passes through Ryner’s pointed ears. “Ryner...wake up.” His bright, blue eyes open groggily to reveal a blurry image. It’s another dragon. A girl. She wears the same style of tunic, but hers is black and purple colored. She shares Ryner’s characteristics as well. His messy, brown hair and bright, blue eyes. Ryner slowly sits up, wiping the grogginess from his eyes. His sister, Lute, smiles at him. “Ryner, you lazy dragon! You must have slept her for almost two hours. Or at least long enough for me to decorate your head. Look! We match!” His younger sibling shows off the matching flower crown she adorned her head with. “Nice, right?” Ryner let out a small laugh watching his sister. “Very nice.” She tries to act a little more serious, but still keeps the kind smile on her face. “I woke you up because the Elder Dragon wants to see you. He said it was important.” Ryner’s face reveals his curiosity on the subject and he tilts his head slightly. “Important? What’s so important he has to interrupt my nap?” Lute puts her hand to her chin and thinks for a bit. “I dunno. He wouldn’t tell me. He said it was a secret. He would only tell me once I brought you over too.” “Well,” Reyner stood up, sending flower petals floating around him as he did so. “There’s only one way to find out. Let’s get going.” He held out his hand, helping up Lute as well. As the two started on their way, they suddenly heard someone cry out for help. www.youtube.com/watch?v=u80VGvfPXf8“Did you hear that…?” Reyner looks to his sister. “It was someone calling out for help! We gotta do something Reyner! Come on!” Lute grabs his arm and drags him off in the direction of the plea. As they run, they eventually find a man near the edge of the barrier being chased by a group of monsters. Undead skeletons and floating eyes follow after him. His gray armor looks damaged. “Hold on! We’re coming to help you!” “I’ve never seen a dragon wielding a sword before. Monsters are not supposed to be able to breach the barrier. I get the feeling something is very wrong here. Be careful, Lute. This isn’t like our training sessions with the other dragons.” Reyner grips his stone tightly. The white dragon stone glows faintly as he counts his enemies. Three Bonewalkers and three Mogalls. It looks like they’re outnumbered, but hopefully the power of the Truestone is enough to even the odds. Already holding her own stone, Lute looks to Reyner. “What’s the plan, big bro?” A.) Reyner takes the front, focus on Mogalls first B.) Reyner takes the front, focus on Bonewalkers first C.) Lute takes the front, focus on Mogalls first D.) Lute takes the front, focus on Bonewalkers first

www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpflXpqk4CA“Take out the eyes first. They’re using some kind of magic.” Ryner runs toward one of the Mogalls while the Truestone begins to glow. As he approaches, his body shifts forms. Scales form in place of his skin and claws grow on his hands. In no time at all, the unknown mercenary is suddenly standing before a silver dragon, watching as it swipes its powerful claws into the attacking Mogall. Mogall receives 41 damage 0/12 HPReyner shreds the floating eye apart using his claws. The mercenary looks up in surprise. “A...dragon!? How do I get myself into these situations…?” Lute calls out from behind to Reyner. “Wait for me!” She changes forms, growing in size into a beautiful, black dragon. She takes in a deep breath, remembering what she was taught from the elders before releasing a dark beam into one of the enemy Mogalls. Mogall receives 23 damage 0/12 HPThe beam hits its target, obliterating the eye and leaving no trace of it behind. “Whoa! I did it!” Lute is proud of her accomplishment and lets out a cheer. “Look, Reyner, I actually beat it!” “Nice job, but it isn’t over yet. There are more enemies, so watch out.” Reyner notices the incoming Bonewalkers and takes a defensive stance, bracing himself for their attacks. Reyner receives 6 damage 14/20 HP Miss! Reyner receives no damage 14/20 HPReyner receives 6 damage 8/20 HPReyner blocks out as much of the damage as he can from the incoming Bonewalkers, but the swords manage to chip through the scales and damage Reyner decently. Luckily, he stops the third attacking Bonewalker by knocking it over with his tail. “Alright, my turn.” He lunges forward at the bones, retaliating against their attacks. Bonewalker receives 35 damage 0/18 HP

Reyner’s Resistance increases by 1!“That’s what you get for interrupting my nap.” He dusts himself off and looks over to notice his sister confronting a Mogall. The Mogall strikes first and its eye flashes suddenly. Miss! Lute takes no damage 18/18 HPDark energy starts to form around Lute slowly and she calmly waits, watching the magic. Then, just at the right moment she takes to the sky, dodging the dark blast beneath her. “Let’s see how you like it, meanie.” Mogall receives 23 damage 0/12 HPLute unleashes another powerful and dark beam from her mouth, blasting the Mogall into oblivion. “Yeah! Take that!” She performs a quick victory loop in the air. Lute reaches level 2! Lute’s HP, Skill, Speed, and Defense increase by 1!“We got ‘em!” Lute lands down back on the ground and holds her claw happily in the air, celebrating victory. “Yeah, not bad. We took them down pretty quickly.” Despite his wounds, Reyner still smiles at Lute and congratulates her. “We were so awesome, blasting them down and smashing them apart!” She enthusiastically makes motions to act out their battle. The baffled mercenary watches the two. “Dragons...that talk. And they saved me from monsters that I’ve never seen before. And I’m on some secret dragon mountain. Seriously, how does this stuff always happen to me?” Reyner suddenly stops and turns his head quickly to look behind the mercenary. “It looks like the battle’s not over yet…” He growls menacingly at the giant Bonewalker behind the unknown mercenary. “Don’t tell me…” The mercenary looks behind himself, met face to face with the rotting skeleton’s glowing, red eyes. “AHH!” He leaps back, reaching for his sword as it releases an unearthly moan. All that can be heard from it is pain and rage. “I’ll help this time!” The mercenary holds out his sword towards the giant Bonewalker and nods to the dragons behind him. “So...what exactly is the plan? Do I actually have to get close to that thing…?” Terrance has joined Reyner!Terrance - Lv2 Mercenary HP: 19 Strength: 9 Magic: 1 Skill: 10 Speed: 9 Luck: 3 Defense: 4 Resistance: 4 Current Status Ryner 8/22 HP Lute 18/19 HP Terrance 19/19 HP A.) www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPP9pYSnZV4"Oh, of course not." Terrance lets out a sigh of relief after hearing Reyner's response. "You just have to let IT get close to YOU." "What!? That's crazy! Why would I let it attack me first!?" "You're doing great already." "What is that supposed to-" Terrance stops his sentence and turns his head to see the Giant Bonewalker right next to him. Terrance receives 12 damage 7/19 HP"GAH!" He lets out a short yell as the Giant Bonewalker lands a powerful blow on him, knocking him backward. "He hits hard..." Terrance gets back up on his feet, however, and prepares to retaliate, charging forward with his sword at the ready. Giant Bonewalker receives 5 damage 35/40 HPTerrance swings his sword into the skeleton, causing a few bones to chip before swinging his blade back around for a second hit, only to be blocked by the Bonewalker's shield. "I barely put a dent in that thing..." "It looks like using the same attack twice in a row won't work. We'll only be able to hit it once at a time." Aware of the Giant Bonewalker's Wary Fighter skill, Terrance steps back and prepares to use a breath attack from a distance. Giant Bonewalker receives 24 damage 11/40 HPRyner unleashes a ball of light from his mouth, launching it into the skeleton's body. Upon making contact, the light ball intensifies in glow and blasts outward powerfully, creating an explosion of light. The Bonewalker stumbles backward and some of its ribs are broken off, flying in random directions. "Time for the finisher!" Lute comes flying in with her beam breath at the ready. Giant Bonewalker receives 18 damage 0/40 HPLute blasts a dark beam directly into the Giant Bonewalker's skull, creating multiple cracks in it. The monster slowly falls backwards, into the ground, before shattering apart into a pile of bones. Lute reached level 3! Lute's HP, Strength, and Speed increase by 1!"I did it!" She cheers and happily flaps her wings. (Preparations in a little bit)

www.youtube.com/watch?v=A07Q7zCGOhU"I can't believe I made it out of there alive. Those monsters came out of nowhere." Terrance stands out of breath, holding his wound. "You're lucky we were around. Drakus is a little ways from here down by the mountain's spring." "Thank you for saving me." He starts to move, but flinches a little from his wounds. "How can you stay so calm when you have wounds like these as well...?" "Hm? These? I barely feel them." Ryner looks to the cuts from the deceased Bonewalkers. Lute stands by Terrance and leans down for him to hop on her back. "If it hurts, you can ride on my back. You don't seem like you'd be that heavy." "...Thank you." Terrance climbs onto Lute's back, riding along as she walks toward Drakus. Reyner asks a question he finds very serious as they walk. "Can you carry me on your back too? My nap was interrupted." "No way! You're way bigger than me! Use your own two feet." And so the adventure had finally begun and was set in place. Mysterious monsters started appearing and the dragons' barrier would soon fall. But how would these dragons affect the other world? Would it be for better or worse...?Later, Reyner and his allies appear in the city state of Drakus...www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIivj3di8qcThe beautiful city of dragons is always full of Manaketes running around this way and that way. They live a happy and carefree lifestyle and everyone in town knows each other. There's significantly less of them here than in the other large cities, but that may be one of the charms to it. The streets are never too crowded. The city is built nearby a natural spring that is produced by the mountain and not only are there healthy flowers growing around throughout the city, but beautiful trees grow with blossoms on them. As Reyner and Lute approach, they are watched by some of the curious Manaketes out in the streets. They seem interested in the man riding on Lute's back. Most of them had never seen anything like it before. They eventually bring him to their home and Lute places him on a bed, tending to his wounds with a Vulnerary. He seems to heal rather quickly and she makes sure to heal up Ryner as well. "Darn, I think that was our last one. We have to go shopping for some more I guess, huh, Reyner?" "Alright, I guess we can go shopping before I get back to sleeping." "Don't you have to go see the elder too?" Reyner sighs. "I'll never get back to my nap at this rate..." Lute invites Terrance to come along as well. "Fine, take your time. Just get there at least tonight. Do you want to come, Terrance?" "I guess I should. You helped me out, so helping you with your shopping is the least I could do." He gets up of the bed and goes along with the two outside. What should they buy? (Choose 2. You can choose multiples of items.) A) Bronze Sword B) Iron Sword C) Bronze Axe D) Bronze Lance E) Bronze Bow F) Thunder G) Fire H) Wind I) Dragonstone J) Vulnerary K) Strength Tonic L) Skill Tonic Choose 2 supports 1) Ryner Lute C 2) Ryner Terrance C 3) Lute Terrance C Weapon Training (Choose 2) I) Ryner's Stone D II) Lute's Stone D III) Terrance's Sword D

Ryner, Lute, and Terrance head over to a local weaponry and browse the available weapons. They definitely have quite the variety, but quality isn't exactly the word used to describe them. Most of the actual weapons are fairly weak. It seems like the people here haven't had use for them in quite some time. They mostly focus on selling Dragonstones. Still, as Ryner and Lute look through the many different stones, a certain sword catches Terrance's eye. Holding it for a moment, he tests the sword out a little. It feels like it swings rather well. It's definitely stronger than his current sword as well. With a smile, he goes to look for his money, but finds its missing. "No way. I lost my gold while I was running from those monsters..." "Hey, it's no problem!" Lute walks up to him and places a small sack of gold coins in his hand. "You can use our money." He looks at it sort of cautiously, but she urges him to take it. "Go on ahead. We don't mind. Honestly." He gives her smile and thanks her before buying a shiny, new sword. Ryner places a new stone he got away in a bag, attaching it to his belt. "Alright, I guess I'll head on over to get the groceries then. You two meet me back at the house, okay? I'll be there soon." Ryner yawns and heads off toward the marketplace while Lute and Terrance walk off together toward the house. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_S0JgMArAzITerrance looks around at the city in fascination. "I never thought the legends of the dragon people would ever be real. I mean...it all seems pretty crazy, don't you think?" "Maybe to you. I think it's crazy that you guys don't turn into dragons. It's so fun! Why wouldn't you use your dragon forms?" Terrance tilts his head slightly, both confused and a little surprised. "You must know about as much as we do about you. We don't HAVE dragon forms." "What!?" Lute steps back and looks at him in shock. "That's just crazy! You gotta be messing with me." "Nope! No dragon form. Watch." He holds his hand out and Lute places a Dragonstone in it. There's no glow in the stone and he doesn't change forms at all. "See? I told you." He hands the stone back and she looks at him, fascinated. "Wow, it wasn't a joke. Here I thought you were just a weirdo." "A weirdo...!? What's that supposed to mean? I'm not weird." "Well, I mean, why else would you play with those big monsters?" Terrance sighs. "Well, I wasn't really playing with them. More like running for my life. In terror. I just always seem to be in the wrong place at the wrong time..." "Hm..." Lute pats Terrance on the back, trying to cheer him up a little. "It's not so bad. Maybe don't think of it like everything goes wrong, but...everything is just unexpected. Besides, it's not all bad! If you didn't run into those weird monsters, you wouldn't have met me. Or Ryner." She gives him a big smile. "...Yeah, I guess you're right." He gives her back a small smile. "And I'm sure everything will turn out okay. You're both really nice. Thank you, Lute." "No problem!" She gives him a thumbs up. "Oh, we should probably hurry up back to the house. I want to beat Ryner there!" She runs off without him. "Wait up!" She soon disappears from sight. "She runs fast. So much energy. Haha, maybe hanging out with these two could be fun." He continues to walk and comes across a fork in the road. "Er...wait. It was left right? Or wait...is it right? Or left? ...GAH! I'm lost." Lute and Terrance have achieved Support Rank C!Back at the house...Lute excitedly runs up to the house and charges through the door. "I MADE IT! HA!" In the middle of her celebratory dragon dance, however, she notices Ryner sleeping nearby on the couch. "Aww...darn. I was so close. He didn't even put the groceries away." She crosses her arms and walks up to Reyner before noticing that on his head wears a slightly disheveled flower crown. "Hm...?" She pokes Ryner while he's sleeping and his eyes open before blinking a few times. "Big bro, you're still wearing those flowers on your head." "...? Oh, yeah. The ones you got for me. Why wouldn't I be wearing them?" "Were you wearing them the entire fight too?" "Yeah. You made this for me, so I thought I'd keep it. You have one too, right? They match?" "Oh..." Lute looks at the ground, slightly disappointed. "Sorry, mine kinda got destroyed in that fight. Um..." "It's alright." He puts his hand on her shoulder. "It was just a bunch of flowers. We've got plenty of those. And we can always make more if you want." "Yeah, but it was special to you right?" "Don't worry about it. Making sure you're okay is more important to me." She looks back up at him, smiling. "Really? Okay! I'm glad I didn't let you down then!" "Let me down? Please. You're my little sister. How could you ever let me down?" He messes up her hair with his hand. "Hey!" She uses both hands to play with his hair as well and mess it up. "Take that!" "Oh, it's on now! You better get ready for my ultimate technique!" "I'm not afraid of you, I'm a big and scary dragon! Rawr!" The two continue to play together and the groceries laying on the floor were never really put away. Ryner and Lute achieved Support Rank C!Once Terrance finally found Ryner and Lute's home after searching through a few streets and a field of sheep, he and Lute spent the rest of the afternoon training together while Ryner slept. For now, the dragons could get their rest and relax. Since that night, everything would change for them... Lute achieved Stone Weapon Level D!
Terrance achieved Sword Weapon Level D!

Chapter 1 - The Dark Princesswww.youtube.com/watch?v=xpWe23w3_isEntering a large throne room, a princess swiftly makes her way across the floor. One step at a time, her black boots click on the floor and her matching dress flows calmly behind. The royal symbol of Umbra decorates the dress in a silver color. Wearing elegant, white gloves, the princess grips a sword with a golden hilt. The handle contains a design with golden wind, carved into it. The blade itself looks somewhat worn, but still glows with a slight, silver light. The princess stops in front of the throne, adjusting her tiara slightly and making sure her silver hair is kept out of her face. "Alright, father. I am ready for today's training." A powerful man sitting on the throne wearing the same color scheme as his daughter responds. "As I thought you would be! If this session goes well, I hope to send you off on your first mission." "Of course. I expect things will run smoothly. So, we are doing the usual I presume?" The king lets out a strong laugh that carries through the room. "Not quite, Elay. You won't be facing me and you won't be facing Gerand. You will, however, be facing one of two powerful opponents." A butler escorts in a dark mage wearing royal robes. His long, black hair slightly covers his red eyes. "The royal mage's son, Darik." "You're exactly as I thought you would be princess..." "What is that supposed to mean?" Elay steps forward slightly. The king laughs yet again. "Easy now, you aren't fighting yet. And I didn't even get to introduce your other choice." A girl wearing dark and slightly ragged clothes walks in. A brown scarf covers her mouth and her red hair is tied back to be kept from getting in the way. "A guest from Daravia, Shizuka." "...Nice to meet you." She nods to the princess. Her voice is slightly muffled from the scarf. "Now then. Which opponent would you choose to battle? Keep in mind each has a unique fighting style." "Hmm..." Elay considers her options carefully, looking between the two that stand before her. Shizuka stands there quietly, watching with a serious expression. Darik seems slightly more relaxed and grins at her in a creepy sort of way. A.) Battle Darik, the Dark Mage B.) Battle Shizuka, the Thief

Also, I am officially shipping Ryner and the princess.
