See if Mr. Fish can go down, grab the thing, and teleport it back into the arwing. If that doesn't work, try freezing the water under if with Blizzard?
I guess the last option would be to jump in and try to fish it out, selkies can probably swim? But that would sacrifice the arwing and Rena's likely get eaten by a tentacruel... Yeah, don't do that. If the other plans don't work... well, tough. The riolu's dead.
Flurrie... Just... sit there. No, come back to the main island with the others for now. We need to regroup, heal up, and restock. What happened to our money from working the hotel gig?
Nogeko... recall your pokemon, use haste on yourself and just run for the arwing.
Ugh... What? Why does Captain Toad and Nogeko both have Bob? Why do we have two Bobs? I don't think we can outrun a Fearow... Throw the mini-mushroom at it, then have Tuto's squeakers and new pidgey give it a tutorial on getting ganged up on. Maybe try to catch it.

(I got you music to fit all the situations.) www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcJ-wm0sZRsLa Rena opens the arwing cockpit and throws Mr. Fish out of it. Mr. Fish falls down into the water, expressionless. Mr. Fish then holds onto the Riolu and teleports inside of La Rena's Arwing. The Riolu begins to panic and run around, not sure what exactly is happening. It begins to smash random things with punches and karate chops. La Rena notices a red screen flashing up a warning that the arwing is getting damaged from Riolu's panic.
Flurrie decides that speaking with these Ninetails is pointless and walks away, returning to the other side of the mountain, where Captain Toad and Tuto are. She watches as Captain Toad stops running in circles and screaming and instead pulls out a mini mushroom, throwing it at the Fearow and making it Minirow. It's about the size of a butterfly now. Tuto throws a wild Pidgey at it, knocking it out of the air. Squeakers then skitters over and eats the Minirow. Crunchy. Feathery, actually. He coughs a few feathers up.
Nogeko calls Scruff into his ball and casts Haste on himself. He then darts out of the Pokemart, screaming the entire way about he's too perverted to die. He then runs over to his arwing and hops in, hiding inside of it. The Officer Jenny seems to be looking around for him outside of the arwing. He sinks down beneath his seat and tries his best to avoid being seen. |

You did not find anything to fight Marion with, but you did learn that you can break the seal on Waite by finding the sages and restoring the light arrows. Waite is healed and now contains fairy fountain water with healing powers. Dave was healed when you visited Seiberg's father. I don't remember whether he made a potion or if he taught Seiberg a powerful healing spell, bit he's fine now. He just needed some rest in the elevator. |

La Rena, do a barrel roll. And stay upside down after so it's stuck on the ceiling. Tell it if it doesn't calm down, it's going back in the ocean. Or dropping it over land from as low as possible, I guess... Head back to town. The one with the idiot cat.
Flurrie and Toad and new friend and new-friend-but-not-by-choice, figure out how to fly back to town. Make multiple trips if you need to.
Nogeko, just... don't anything. Stay hidden.

La Rena flips upside down, causing the Riolu to be stuck on the ceiling. She then continues to fly on toward the town. She lands the arwing down by the beach with the others, noticing Officer Jenny wandering around the arwings in search of Nogeko. Flurrie, Captain Toad, Tuto, and Hostage Link walk over to the arwings and it seems the group is finally all together again!

Oh since we have old man Tout and Flurry have La Rena ask for a Pokeball so we can catch Rioul.

La Rena asks Tuto for a Pokeball and then immediately chucks it at Riolu. Riolu smacks the Pokeball away, breaking it apart as it hits the ground. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GrlTigR3y8Riolu begins to bark wildly at La Rena and runs up and karate chops her. She seems to be actually getting pretty badly hurt from these constant attacks. Old Man Tuto looks over at the Riolu and in the same way as they would in an anime, overexplains literally everything. "Ah, yes. That Riolu is not any normal Riolu. It seems to have been trained and knows the way of aura." He nods as the Riolu's eyes glow blue and a blue aura surrounds it. "My my, it is quite powerful for such a small thing. Maybe making it relax would help. Do you need to learn how to soothe Pokemon? I can teach you!" He then picks up Squeakers, using him as an example. "There, there." He snuggles it and Squeakers seems more than confused. Officer Jenny then jumps out from behind an arwing. "What exactly is going on here? Why is that rare and endangered Pokemon attacking you? Are you trying to fight it? That's illegal!" |

Rena makes a mental note to kick Nogeko for coughing when he's supposed to be hiding. Then cuddles the Riolu the way Tuto instructed.
Explain that we aren't trying to fight it, it got scared by some horrible cat-thing that ran off that-a-way, if you hurry you can probably catch him.
