Or I could use the lion to have a glorious golden steed to ride into battle. Sounds like a waste of perfectly good lion.

Meh. Who would have thought making a shopping list of normal items would be so difficult.

Oh, yeah. Aeva'll buy anything that the party doesn't have accounted for. So that we have... (Parenthesis being what Aeva already has or asking if The Construct needs one)
5x 3 days rations (4x?) 5x flasks (-1) 4x horses (I can't imagine The Construct could ride one) 3x tents 5x bedrolls (4x?) 3x torches (-1) 2x flint-and-tinder
And probably use what she has left on health potions.

(Aeva does not care much about money. And if someone mentions it in-character, you'll get a sermon.)

Okay, I'm taking notes.
Don't flirt with, talk to, or look at Aeva

The camping set would be enough for the party? (Now I see why the good reward was so good. Inflation's a *****.) Yes, the Camping Set would be enough for the party. It comes with three large tents, two medium sized tents, and one small tent, along with a set of blankets, 5 Bedrolls, a Flint&Rock, 2 Lanterns(Oil sold separately), and a 1st Edition copy of Jack the Ranger's Guide to Wilderness Survival. All for the low, low price of 70 Gold! Seriously, it's a good deal. It's totally not because there are monsters and vicious animals abound these days and most sane people know better than to camp anymore. And yes, I wasn't exaggerating when I said that reward was really good.

For stuff I'd taken as "begin with stuff that makes sense" type of gear (cloak, flask, etc) and the torch do I need to redo that at those prices? And should I retcon that blanket/clothing commission for the prison on the grounds Aeva simply couldn't afford it at these prices?

Can we haggle? Sure, but you'll have to wait until next session and do it in-character.

Can I just buy everything I need at full price because gold is merely a necessary evil?
(Of course the dragonspawn would think differently, though)

And should I retcon that blanket/clothing commission for the prison on the grounds Aeva simply couldn't afford it at these prices?I didn't have the actual prices until now, and prices vary between cities. For example, magic stuff is much cheaper in Horizon while military and travel related stuff is much cheaper in Axis. I'm not going to make anyone retcon anything on the account of me not being prepared.

Can I just buy everything I need at full price because gold is merely a necessary evil? (Of course the dragonspawn would think differently, though) If you want to buy everything at full price, you don't need to wait until next session. You can just tell me what you're buying, how much it costs, how much you have leftover, and I'll make a note of it. Also, the Dragonspawn was raised to know the value of money and treasure.

Can I just buy everything I need at full price because gold is merely a necessary evil? (Of course the dragonspawn would think differently, though) The dragonspawn doesn't actually have a hoard, Crow. Said dragonspawn actually lives a very simple existence on the edge of the Queen's Wood.

(Of course the dragonspawn would think differently, though) The dragonspawn doesn't actually have a hoard, Crow. Well, then. We'll need to fix that. No paladin could ignore the plight of a poor, deprived dragonspawn. Let's go raid some helpless villages.

Can I wake up covered in gold because ny character's unconscious body was haplessly shoved in a mimic chest...? >____> Everyone already took the gold from the Mimics. Cheese, your character has 650 Gold, just like everyone else(Besides Crow). 500 from the reward, 100 from the Mimic, and 50 strange, ancient coins from the Dragon's hoard.

Also, here's an example with Fridge Brilliance as to why Forgeborn would hate Dragons in general.
Dragons collect gold. Forgeborn are made of gold. Forgeborn don't want to be kidnapped.
