Potentially. Especially since you can just better optimise builds if your backstory has some loophole in there for it. But more importantly it lets you create more character sheets.

Aeva didn't have anything in particular to talk to Val about, other than stories of all the cool stuff she's seen and ranting about Solara. Mostly ranting about Solara. A bit about BK and Arlan. And a bit about the neat trees and the fish pond and not getting to try the warm while they were there (and with how busy she is, honestly, when will she have time for a vacation up there). And a bit about teaming up with the PoS. But like 99% Solara.
The way you phrased that one thing you said about Nyl... Well. When she goes to casually mage hand a glass of water and barely knocks it over or something, she's certainly going to freak out. 'Might need to restrain her' levels of freak out. On the plus side she'll find that thing Mark mentioned about powerful non-Icons/HoT/gods facing some karmic backlash hilarious.

Summary!
-SST masters give us some ancient magic-y prayer beads and a statue before leaving. Seem pretty special.
-Dreggins all flee to Overworld as a new icon (Solara) is made.
-Party bickers a bit over where to go, hits up Ostagar to get abreast of the situation. Shit's all fucked.
-War were declared. Empire surrounded on all sides. Crusader packed up the embassy and is amassing an army.
-We go see Nyl when she wakes up in Shadowport and send a brief letter to the Emperor filling him in a bit.
-Nyl learns she lost most of her magic, party catches her up on the Solara stuff.
-Red drops that Solara is his daughter. RIP Odin. Explains why she's dreggin.
-Also heavily implies a connection to the fall of Babylon and GIRUGAMESH.
-[Family tree intensifies]
-Nyl gets to sort out some stuff with Rai and Iddy.

Alright, so apparently Idoun's going to catch Nyl up on everything that happened, including the stuff she heard second-hand. That's fine. So these are all the things Nyl wanted to point out to the party. Having it be with just Idoun's fine, as long as she's getting it out. I fully imagine Nyl snuggled up to Idoun, wrapped an arm and wing around her, and proceeded to play footsie with her while she went over everything she missed. The ship that will never sail. "Ryner, huh. I might've seen it coming. Does Snowlake know yet?"
"Penth thinks she's about as strong as the Blessed Emperor, but... Well, after I saw them, I have some idea of how much Arlan was holding back back then."

Not knowing what's going to happen next?" I'm also going to let Nyl and Aeva have another short, private talk on R20. When it happens story-wise isn't particularly important. Before they leave, in Axis, on the way. But I'll probably do that either later tonight or sometime this week, definitely not right now. |

Idol of Divine Luck: Reveals secret areas in the world as long as one Party member is carrying it on their person. Raises the percentage of rare item drops by 5%.

Loot stuff I forgot to do before.
Shangri-La waterbed loot(From Amatsu's mountain):
Potion of Resist Cold(Iconic)- Grants Resist Cold 20+ for one battle or for 1 hour outside of battle.
Potion of the Deep(Iconic)- can only be used outside of battle. Lasts for 1d4 hours. You grow gills and fins and your skin hardens. While the potion lasts, you can breathe underwater, you gain a +10 bonus to swimming checks and can swim at double your normal movement speed, you can see underwater clearly and gain Dark Vision(60 ft), and you can survive ocean pressure even in the deepest depths.
Scroll of Poseidon- Until the next full heal-up, you gain at-will free control of water currents and water phenomena. You can speed up the water currents or strengthen them or calm them, and do things such as clearing whirlpools or water spouts. Attempting harder or more complex things will require deeper focus and may still require a skill check and/or several hours to accomplish.
Potions you got from Raikou for kicking his ass:
Potion of Healing(Iconic) x3
Potion of Resist Storms(Iconic)- Gain Resist Lightning, Thunder, and Cold 16+ for one battle or for 1 hour.
Potion of Ultimate Strength- Your next strength based skill check after imbibing this potion is an automatic Nat 20. Afterwards, you gain a +5 bonus to any other strength based skill checks for 1 hour.

So Neo and I realized there was a really obvious solution we were both not seeing. Rai just... didn't propose. He just went through the whole 'hey I've never actually told you I love you, have I?' thing. And gave her that key. Nyl's very happy with that outcome.
Also she would've held Idoun to their bet. Idoun-teddy-bear-snuggle/storytime. Also making it harder for Idoun to tell when she was crying.

Zhang Fei's Wineskin(Wondrous Item): This ornate leather wineskin can hold seemingly infinite amount of liquid, whether it's booze or healing potion or anything else. You can fill the wineskin with any one type of liquid, and can change the current type of liquid at each full heal up. You only need to pour liquid in it once, and it will contain an endless amount of that liquid until you change it. For example, if you pour an Adventurer Tier Healing Potion into the wineskin, drinking from the wineskin will have the same effect as drinking the aforementioned potion. The potion is used up in the process, but the wineskin effectively becomes an Adv Tier Healing Potion that never runs out until you pour some other liquid in it. Drinking from the wineskin in battle takes the same action as drinking a potion would for you. Quirk: Always searching for the best possible liquid to fill the wineskin with.
