Do we need to stop at Ostagar on screen for any reason? Also, do we want/need to go to Anvil? We are taking the Idoun express, so we can skip that town if there's no reason to go by it.

The only reason I can think of to actually do Ostagar on-screen is to touch base with Warin's dad about the Dwarf King, since he has the hand and eye of the Black King.

Right, Neo told me that we're stopping to pick up whatever treasure they've brought from Axis, and anything else we want to do there in Ostagar.

Yup to all of those. Sooo, Ostagar and then onward to Glitterhaegan?

Session is tomorrow, gonna aim for normal time, which is officially 9:00 EST now, not 9:30.
Quest journal has been updated, I suggest looking over it before session.
Quick note about the Hand of Winter I forgot: It's treated as a Unique Magic Item(No chakra slot) with a default bonus of +5 Attack/Damage, and like Seren's Chakrams, the default bonuses count on all Monk abilities, as well as the cold damage.

That, combined with her other stuff, is super OP. Seren, Destroyer of Worlds.

Keep in mind though, the default bonuses of the Hand of Winter and Chakrams don't stack, the same way a character carrying two magic swords doesn't add both default bonuses to their attacks. The Hand of Winter is a bit different, but it's still a magic weapon and the basic principles are the same.
You can't exactly unequip the Hand of Winter, so only the highest bonus(Currently from the Hand of Winter) applies to your Monk abilities and attacks, unless you specifically declare you're making an attack with your Chakrams or another weapon.

But isn't that even with the chakrams?

But isn't that even with the chakrams? The Chakrams have a +3 default bonus, the Hand of Winter has a +5. The Hand of Winter's bonus takes priority. The bonuses don't stack. So, basically, whenever you make a melee attack or use a Monk attack, you use the +5 bonus from the Hand of Winter, not a +8 total. However, if you make a ranged attack or a Chakram specific attack, you'll use the +3.

Summary:
The party returns to Ostagar and gets some fancy treasures from the imperial treasury, courtesy of Cullen. Then Warin tells his dad about needing the hand and eye of the Black King from DK. It's a hard sell and it's only agreed that he'll check for signs of corruption by the Black King, as DK has been acting unusual. Seren plans to host an auction called by the emperor of our rarest goods and attempt to lure out the DK, so that Warin's dad might be able to retrieve the hand and eye. After that's all agreed upon, we head to Glitterhaegen where some murders have been going on. Seren, Karth and Selene go to the casino to unwind, while Warin, Idoun and Aeva investigate. The latter three meet Spike, a paranormal detective working for Maggie, and he gives us some tips on the murderer, some kind of living Shadow. Those four then split up further, and the shadow attacks Warin who signals for help.

Also, as note for myself so I don't forget, they gave Manu's armor to Selene. Uh-oh.

To be fair, if anyone could use Manu's armor and not go bonkers, it would be Selene. Or Marivi. The armor is uber-cursed, btw.

The fact they'd ask her sister to put that on makes it worse, not better.

You're not wrong. And I'm sure it'll be fine. The two phrases that come to mind when I think Nyl are "reasonable" and "emotionally stable," after all.

Honestly I just think "awkward moody teenager." Not really sure who she is or where she belongs, constantly messing with people to hide her true feelings especially since she doesn't even fully understand how she feels.
