Man. Neo. Bart did his research and investigating, found out about the... extenuating circumstances on her larceny, made sure said problem was resolved, got her prison sentence reduced to a minimum, offered you several chances to surrender even after you tried to kill him, saved you from a sniper, and even worked a deal to make Sabine promise not to kill you for suspected terrorism. ... The new nemesis is not going to be jolly British investigator. .... Okay, now I feel like crap. And Rena will feel even worse when/if she finds out. ... Except you know the whole dragon thing? How the government would kinda most likely want to examine her, experiment on her, kill her, and dissect her? And then send an army to "kill the species that's too dangerous to live" because humans are arrogant, egotistical piles of s*** who naturally believe they're above everything else in existence? She's also kinda sworn to protect the secrets of her people still. Yeah. Rena getting arrested would only lead to her being forced to escape. By force if necessary. Which would only lead to more death and a higher bounty, and then she'd be right back at square one. Surrendering would literally accomplish nothing for her. Nothing good. That only left two options: tell Bart the truth(Which she's sworn not to do) and hope he believes her, or kill him. He was kinda persistent in pursuing her, and didn't really give her much of a choice. She's not a monster; she feels bad about what happened to him. But he had to go.

He was also completely ignorant of any involvement by Probos at the station, and deeply wounded that you'd accuse him of doctoring evidence. And he didn't want to lock up Rena, since he knew she was a decent person doing the wrong thing for good reason. But the law's the law. Even if it's not perfect, you give what mercy you can within its constraints. If you make 1 exception, you have to make 2.

Not as deeply wounded as when he was used as catapult ammo against solid steel multiple times, of course, but pretty deeply. (Sound of violence breeding violence in the distance)

"The law's the law" doesn't matter jack s*** when she's lying dead on a metal table with her body being probed and dissected like an animal because most humans are simply evil. As far as she's concerned, being arrested equals the most horrific and terrifying and grisly death she can possibly imagine. She would kill her own father if the alternative meant that. Bart? Not a difficult choice.
Also, as far as Rena is concerned, the whole "doing what you think is right when it's actually wrong" applies far more to Bart than her. Well, applied. Past tense.

Wait did Bart actually disguise himself as a tiger? Am I prophetic, or what?
You should always be mad at Pankratiy. In fact I'll be disappointed if it's due to something I actually did willingly.

I'm still wondering if VCSEL is going to have a nemesis.
Maybe it's the tiger.
So summary of changes with the 350 character points: VCSEL threw some more points Blade Kitty's way so they're both at 350. VCSEL now has an extra action. Also, Mind Control level 3 with the ability to control two objects at a range of 1 km. Blade Kitty got more armour, 2 levels in acrobatics, another level in jump, 2 additional defensive actions, the combat skill Hardboiled, and a level in Reincarnation since VCSEL has the plans to rebuild Blade Kitty should it get destroyed.
No, I'm not having Blade Kitty fly. That's just silly.

No. Bart repelled down from a ship, got shot at, fell 50m to the ground and took no damage, then proceeded to miss all his attacks, get blasted by a cannon, get mauled by a Tiger and knocked out, and then thrown into the air against the ship's hull several times by Sophia(while he was still unconscious). Needless to say, he died. Tiger C(Whom I have decided to name Nala) came back and decided to be Rena's friend after all. Rena now has a pet tiger on the ship. Also, in case I sound like I'm being ungrateful Crow, thank you very, very much for letting me keep the tiger after all.

Oh, and there were lots of "Volleyball Bart" and "Being resurrected as Cyborg Bart" jokes. Naturally, this lead to things like VolleyBart, BartFreezer/BartFreiza, Mecha Barcooler, King VolleyCold, etc.

I don't see Animal Training on the Character Creation Guide, but I assume it's in the full ruleset and each rank costs 2 points, because I believe that's what Shadow said. So I'm going with that. I'll change it later if necessary.

Decided to forego taking Massive Damage on Rena's human form for now and instead put the points towards Ranged Defense and generally toughing her up.
New stuff for human Rena:
3 ranks in Animal Training 2 ranks in Ranged Defense(Personal) +2 points to Teleport to upgrade versions, she can now teleport blind(same amount of distance as before) +2 ranks in Weapon attribute(Intrinsic: Fists), for a grand total of Weapon Rank 7(Including Brutal) +2 ranks in Tough for 10 more HP, giving her 80 HP total +1 rank in Combat Technique. Picked Hardboiled, giving her a Shock Value of 24
Upgrading dragon form now, will edit in new stuff.
New stuff for dragon Rena:
+2 more ranks in Armor(Intrinsic),for 48 Armor total 2 Ranks in Accurate for Mega Flare +6 Ranks in Penetrating for Mega Flare, for a total of 9 +1 Rank in Massive Damage(4 point version) specifically for Mega Flare attacks.
For the Massive damage, she has 2 ranks for all attacks and a third only for Mega Flare. I'm assuming I'm allowed to switch between point cost versions at will. If I'm not, tell me, and I'll edit accordingly.
Obviously, if there's anything else I need to change about either sheet that I've missed, let me know and I'll edit.
Also, quick question. Mega Flare currently has max weapon rank(12). Does that mean I can't add any other weapons to her sheet, like if I wanted to have Dragon Claws(Intrinsic)? Because if so, then having the 10 point version of Massive Damage is a waste of points, because Rena's only attack in dragon form will be Mega Flare. So, if that's the case, could I retroactively change her Massive Damage to the 4 point version(Specifically for Mega Flare)? That would free me up another 12 points to spend.

Yeah, nevermind, found it, and all i see is you saying you had brutal 3 and he said you should move it down to 2 cuz he didnt notice (just as i predicted it and told you) and that he has more important stuff to do. I dont see you asking for intrinsic, and come on, we talked about this, it doesnt make sense that your fists suddenly ignore armor, shields and forcefields, that variable isnt for physical attacks, Neo, otherwise it would be broken as hell (for measly 2 points)
