DAI(Duel Academy Island) is a very large, mostly forested island. The Academy itself is located in the dead center of the island, and is split into several different buildings, all centered around Fortune Square in a semi-clockwise pattern; the Slifer Red Dorms and Slifer Red School in the southwest, the Ra Yellow Dorms and School in the northeast, the Obelisk Blue Dorms and School in the Northwest, and the Staff and Admin building behind that, to the north.
Fortune Square(Which was originally named Fountain Square, but I changed it after the accidental typo in X's last post, because it fits so much better) is basically the center hub of DAI, from which all the buildings are in walking distance. It's a small park, with a large, beautifully crafted fountain of white marble, featuring a marble statue of a Blue-Eyes White Dragon. There are several benches and picnic tables in the square, for students to have lunch and relax.
The sea around the island is a beautiful dark blue. The DAI Ferry is a giant, cruise liner like ship, that carries all the new and returning students from the mainland back to school. Students can choose to live year round in the Dorms, but those who live on the mainland take the ferry. As such, the ferry is very large and has a lot of passengers. 1st year(New) students, 2nd year, 3rd year, and 4th year students all have different quarters with varying degrees of luxury. Naturally, 4th year students have the best quarters. The ferry ride takes about 6 hours, from port to berth. Once docked at DAI, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year students are met on the docks by their teachers, who escort them to their Dorms to get situated. 4th year students have complete freedom, and are allowed to do anything they want until First Bell. They are not required to be met or escorted by their teachers.
Uniforms: Color coded jacket based on school, either short or long(Coat), bearing DAI's symbol in gold. For males, black or brown dress slacks, black, white, or brown button down dress shirt, black or brown loafers for class, white sneakers for PT. For females, color coded jacket, white blouse or shirt, color coded skirt with knee highs, and white or brown dress shoes, no heels. 4th year Obelisk Blue students have much more freedom in what they wear, and are only required to wear their uniform jacket.
For city branch Duel Academies, the uniform is the same, except for the Duel Academy symbol on the jacket, which is bronze instead of gold. Professors are allowed to wear anything they want, except for their color coded jacket or coat, which is white with gold trim.
