But like Crow said, no burning cards. There would definitely be a failsafe to prevent that.

If hologram projectors are strong enough to cause concussive blasts that throw people backwards...it's definitely strong enough to ignite something if focused. That, or there'd have to be something a lot more sinister about duel disks than you'd think.

The concussive blasts aren't normally part of duels. Those only occur with Dark Signers, Psychics (like Divine or Aki), and that sort of thing.

Hence "that sort of thing".
Do we put Champion status if they will be one but aren't starting as one? And can you PM me on how Championhood is achieved?

So, is there anything else people need to know before the RP can start?

Reddit might help. But what are you looking for in a deck? Honestly Golurk I am so green when it comes to building a deck I have no idea what I want. I have no clue how to even begin thinking about what type of deck I want

I have no clue how to even begin thinking about what type of deck I want This will sound strange, but start by telling me what color MtG deck you'd want. Red: Uses the power of fire to damage life totals, creatures, and destroy lands/artifacts. Has trouble dealing with enchantments, flying, and tricky spells. Black: Uses the power of death and evil to profit from other misery with powerful removal, creatures, discard spells, and detrimental enchantments. Has trouble dealing with enchantments, vulnerable to removal, and has slightly weaker creatures. Blue: Uses the power of the mind to manipulate the field of battle by drawing cards, countering spells, messing with opponents' plans in general, and playing flying creatures. Has the weakest creatures in the game, even though it has many of the best flying creatures. Green: Uses the power of nature to grow and expand until its massive creatures are too much for opponents to handle. Good at dealing with artifacts/enchantments, and has strongest creatures in the game, but also has worst flying creatures and very little removal. White: Uses the power of life and justice to play powerful creatures, life-gain spells, sweeper spells, small creatures, and good defenses. Second best in flying and creatures overall, all-around decent type with no real weaknesses or strengths.

So, is there anything else people need to know before the RP can start? How do Fortune Ladies work? Serious question, you said you changed the starting Extra Deck size, but I don't remember seeing it and don't know how I'd search it. How big is it?

Serious question, you said you changed the starting Extra Deck size, but I don't remember seeing it and don't know how I'd search it. How big is it? Starting Extra Deck size is limited to three normal cards(XYZ or Fusion), a Signer Card if your character is a Signer, a Champion Card if your character starts as a Champion, and 1 copy of a normal XYZ/Fusion card already in your Extra Deck. So that's 6 possible cards total.

While I was throwing my deck together, I realized something. Champion cards are supposed to start as Synchros, and Magi Magi Star is not. So I changed it to Tempest Magician.

An adaptive deck that can do a bit of everything... My first two thoughts are Ice Barrier or Melodious. There's probably a few good Dragon archetypes that would work, but that's not my speciality.

You could look into the D.D archetype. That archetype is designed to be able to do everything; Synchro, XYZ, Fusion, AND Pendulum.

D/D (/ D/D/D / Dark Contract) might be a bit too advanced to start with.
Though, did he choose White for playstyle or for theme?

And by designed, I mean specifically designed. It's one of the only archetypes out there where you can reliably have a "do all" deck with minimal effort. So long as you know what you're doing, of course. Some of the effects can be rather.... Tricky.

Do a bit of everything?
Odd-eyes deck.
I have an idea. X, if you could use a deck based on anything at all, what would it be? Like aesthetically or conceptually. That's why I picked Fluffals. Odds are there's an archetype that can compare to what you want.
