I was considering making a CYOA of my own but I was not sure which category to make it under. The planned CYOA is not based on any one pre-existing work of fiction (book, comic, television, movie, or game). It would be formatted vaguely like an RPG but I'm not sure if that qualifies it for the game based CYOA category or not. I apologize if this question seems trivial but I have a hang up with this sort of thing. Any way I appreciate any clarification on this matter.

CYOA: Other doesn't necessarily require it to be based on a preexisting work of fiction, so go ahead and post in there. Good luck!

Okay this should work. [ spoiler ]insert spoilers here [ /spoiler ] should work. Just remove the spaces in between the brackets. if you can't see this at first, then I am correct The [ spoiler ] begins the spoiler. [ /spoiler ] ends the spoiler so that you can continue typing normally. ----- Spoiler lesson 2: a second test just to be safe. however, if you simply put [ spoiler ] before a block of text, everything after it should be hidden by a spoiler tag. you also should be able to put a spoiler within the spoiler by inserting [ spoiler ] within the spoiler text. |

I didn't know where else to post this question but how does one become a member is as simple as registering on the home page or do you have to receive an invitation from one of the mods or neo

OK thanks for the help. I guess when u go to register it just asks you a couple questions. I amusing my tablet right now so hopefully don't run into any problems. I guess when I register I can chose my quote Sig and avatar picture

That would be the short story board. A novella is simply a book or story that is under a certain word count, while a novel is a book or story above that word count. Creating a novella board would be a little repetitive. Also you're not going to get in trouble for posting a novel in the short stories section or anything. We're not sitting there counting words and all that. Can't mods move threads anyway? |
