Best use of Multimedia is a wash due to lack of nominations.

Due to the very large pools of some of these categories, when it comes time to vote winners, you CANNOT VOTE FOR SOMETHING YOU WROTE EXCLUSIVELY YOURSELF. You CAN vote for things you participated in collaboratively (like a fight scene or character couple), but you cannot vote for your own CYOA, character, setting, power, etc.

I am still taking nominations until the end of September 7, which could still revive those dead categories. If you need more time, I'll give it to you if you ask.

But... If we can't vote for things we created ourselves, wouldn't that cause a massive vote imbalance? Like, a gianormous one? Wouldn't be simpler- and more fair- to use a two vote per person system? Everyone gets a primary and secondary vote. Secondary votes can be used to break ties, etc.

Otherwise, the voting isn't fair to a lot of people. For example, the Best Adapted Setting category. You're saying I can't vote for UB because it's my CYOA. But I haven't participated in, or read, any of the other nominations. So therefore, my vote would automatically default to Nova, just because I know of Nova. Now, add several more people who are stuck in the same position in different categories, and suddenly, the entire voting system just became less valid, less real because people aren't voting for what they want to, or what they think is the best choice.

Giving everyone a primary and a secondary vote should work, don't you think?

I'm too tired to work the numbers right now, out but it should work your way fine.

Looks in disbelief. Wait my characters and scene and cyoa actually got nominated..... Even the fight scene I completely forgot about in Oz involving Bowser and the mage was nominated.

Wow had no idea so many people were paying attention but thank you to everyone who nominated.

These are being hosted right now. There will be a period between nomination and closing when I'll actually archive all of the selected moments/fights so people can judge, so odds are I'll still accept nominations for a bit longer anyways.

Also, I did run some numbers and a two vote system would work better, since the impact on large pool categories would be the same as a one-vote system, and you'd get better results for small pool categories. The thing is, you MUST VOTE FOR TWO now. And I guess because of that, I'll arrange a winner and a runner up.

Well it takes cues from the Devil Survivor series, so it's pretty much adapted, even if it's not a real-world city.

I know nothing about devil survivor and I legit don't know what the city is right now. And I also know its a spoiler so I didn't dig for it to put up here.

No, I mean the next ones. Exodus won't make this one. Hardly anyone has read it beyond CDM and X, and it's a fledgling compared to the others. That's why I was asking.
