I was going to contrive a way to bring up Cairbre when Leilah could hear it, but if that doesn't happen then it's still alright.

When I first read that (GX's post), I had no idea what you meant. And I just now figured out what you were trying to say. I'm not really sure what Leilah would do, in-character, overhearing something like that, or if she even could hear it. Which is my fault, since she went and started saying goodbye to Rena. And since Caed didn't even introduce them, I'm thinking she would kind of not go out in the first place, for a few minutes, at least. Especially since she doesn't want to get the heron village involved... She definitely wouldn't go charging over to the village after hearing a militiaman was there. Probably the opposite direction.
I mean, I do hate giving up them getting a not-middle-of-battle first meeting, and I do appreciate the offer to help make it happen, really, but I'm just not feeling it.

Right! Replying to Cheese! I've... been meaning to do that. Kind of stuck what to do. Should Wrenn notice Three Tears? Is there anything else Cheese or Doug really wants to happen, or should I wrap the scene up in a nice little bow?
GNG, can you give me a super-basic timeline of what's going on in Heron-land? Because my next post for Leilah's probably going to be bridging to the Verrist fight (1.5 day jump) if there's nothing you want to do in the interim. Also I want to know how much longer the current scene's going to last, and who all's heading which way and when.
...Managing several time-lines at once is hard, I can't wait until people start coming together more. A few will link up at Verrist Part 1, some more at Verrist Part 2 when McPhearsome and... the other one (I'm tired, and names)... arrive 5 days after that.

Verrist is that place 2 days from the village that the rebels are capturing in 2 days, then two of the 4 Great Generals will be arriving 6 days after that to fix that problem.
