Laguz can wear armor in human form, yes. My Caderyn does. The armor, like normal clothing, vanishes when the Laguz transforms, but reappears when they shift back into human form. The canon doesn't explain why. Feel free to think of something, so long as it doesn't break any other FE canon.
All Laguz have natural regenerative properties. Other than that, the canon doesn't say much. Healing items like Elixirs work in both forms. Elixirs can restore lost limbs. If a Laguz tries to shift while bound, or in an enclosed space, what happens depends on the type, strength, and size of the Laguz. For example, chains obviously won't hold a Black Dragon, nor would a building. Or, for that matter, a cavern.

When Ranulf was badly injured and limping in cat form, he kept the limp in human form before he healed up... I think.

Elixirs can restore lost limbs. BS. Otherwise Largo would still have his arm in RD.

You're right. Forgot about Largo for a moment. NVM.
The enclosed spaces thing is just common sense. A building isn't going to hold a several ton dragon. Nor are simple steel or iron chains.

Fen-Fen, it's not going to start tonight. I haven't finished the Generals, and I have to go to bed soon.

I decided on the lazy method of doing towns and cities and such. A: Ruins of Solace B: Capital City Lunda C: Tilo Hartmann's base camp, Nezhun Mountains D: Sonja Carrion's holdings E: Heron settlement F: Fort Verrist More'll be added as the need arises. So feel free to request a city/town/duchy or name a lake or forest or something. Once I feel things are sufficiently sufficient, I'll add it to the database thread.

I gave Cairbre another new weapon, this one being a nine-ringed broadsword.
BOW DOWN BEFORE HIM AND HIS UNCONVENTIONAL-BUT-ACTUAL-WEAPONRY!
Also because I wanted him to match my preferred DW8XL set since I main Lu Lingqi.

Does FE know about magnetic ore?

Well my first bird character is named after Redwall. I'm thinking the second could take cues from guardians of ga'hoole.
Where birds were brainwashed through magnetic ore messing with their magnetoreceptive sense of direction.

Not happening, unless all the Taguel start using spears and living in a volcano.

...can I still make the hawk general take more cues from owls than hawks?
