This RP will be lore based, not gameplay based. You do not have to follow the main story if you don't want to, but all of the Elder Scrolls are locked to specific quests and specific locations. These quests will not become available until after a certain event in Skyrim, and even if you find a location beforehand, the Elder Scroll will not spawn unless you have unlocked the required quest. **This is the character's experience in the Schools of Magic. It determines what spells they can use. For example, if your character is an Expert in Destruction, an Apprentice in Restoration, and an Adept in Illusion, then you put that here. Master level spells, like Elder Scrolls, are quest locked. Your character may start out as a Master, but he/she may not have any Master spells.

Like Austur, while this RP is lore based, gameplay will still play into battles and such. If your character is an Apprentice mage wearing simple robes, they likely aren't going to last five seconds against a Daedric Titan. You know, common sense.
There will be a series of quests, or Questlines, for multiple major factions, in most of the provinces. These Questlines can be activated under certain conditions, and will have various consequences, both good and bad. The Questlines that are completed will affect the main plot, the world, and the way characters view you, which, in turn, can have different consequences.
Questlines will be initiated by me in most cases, but if you want something to be part of your character's story, just ask.

Name: Sings-with-Mud Gender: Male (Current life-phase) Race: Saxhleel (Gee-Rusleel) Age: 43 Description: i.imgur.com/PLzwZWf.jpgSpecial Weapons: Thithil, a simple, unassuming Argonian shaman's staff made of Hist wood, passed down by generations of Sap-Speakers and Hist-Rabi, a staff tipped with a Khajiiti iron crescent and a counterweight made of carved moonstone that was given to the Gee-Rusleel tribe by a travelling caravan of Khajiiti. Thithil is a restoration staff, while Hist-Rabi is a destruction staff. Both have no special properties beyond cultural significance. Special Armor: N/A Main Weapon Proficiency: Staff Main Armor Proficiency: Robes Magical Experience: Due to his shamanism training, he does have magical expertise. However, the more organic nature of his magical education means he does not follow the traditional magical schools, but old, Argonian-style training in elemental and restorative magics. If he did follow the school system, it'd be something like this: Restoration (Expert), Destruction (Adept), Illusion (Novice), Alteration (Apprentice), Conjuration (None). Theme: [Placeholder] Family: Sleeps-Above-Trees (Father, Deceased), Speaks-to-Frogs (Mother, Deceased), various siblings (Deceased) Shout: Clear Skies Background: An apprentice Sap-Speaker of the Gee-Rusleel, or Miredancer, tribe, Sings-with-Mud trained with the previous Sap-Speaker in religious rites and magical functions. Due to this, he learned a wide variety of incantations that were very different than the scholarly magic of men and mer. Most of the way through his decades-long training, Sithis' forces reached the Black Marsh, slaughtered most of his tribe, did the same to pretty much every other tribe, destroyed the An-Xileel, and burned down every Hist in the Black Marsh, which had repercussions with every Argonian. Their connection with the sentient trees was almost severed, causing illness, nightmares, and painful visions. However, due to his race's survival, Sings-with-Mud realized that there must be more Hists out there. Thus, he went to Skyrim in search of more.

Name: Varren Aldmer Summerset Gender: Male Race: Altmer(High Elf) Age: 240(Appears to be in his early 30s) Description: Tall and muscular, with an athletic build. Dark amber eyes, long snowy white hair, tan, but unusually fair skin for an Altmer. Usually keeps a small gruff beard, sideburns, and mustache. Special Weapons: Midnight, a masterwork Ebony sword with a powerful frost and banishing enchantment. It was commissioned for him specifically for the battle against the Dread Lord's legions. Special Armor: Armor of the Dead, the ceremonial armor set of the Dead Legions. Main Weapon Proficiency: 1H(Dual Wield) Main Armor Proficiency: Light Magical Experience: Destruction(Adept[Master once memories are regained]), Restoration(Novice[Adept]), Illusion(Apprentice[Expert]) Theme: www.youtube.com/watch?v=VU7qTVkjMWUFamily: High King Anaril Aldmer Summerset(Adopted father, deceased), High Queen Faraine Aldmer Summerset(Adopted mother, deceased), Princess Ayrenn Aldmer Summerset(Adopted sister, whereabouts unknown. Presumed dead), Njada Shadowhand(Ex wife, alive... Unfortunately), Leanne Summerset(Daughter, deceased) Shout: Slow Time Background: The last King of the Aldmeri Dominion, he commanded the Elven forces on Solstheim, in what came to be called "The Battle of the Setting Sun", and "The Battle of the Last Era". He was perhaps the most controversial King in Aldmeri history, having not an ounce of royal blood in him. He was an orphan, a street urchin, who rose to the rank of Crown Prince, and eventually, High King. He gained the Throne of Alinor at an unprecedented young age of 30, making him the second youngest Altmer monarch in the history of Tamriel, second only to Queen Ayrenn of the First Dominion, who rose to power in the Three Banners War, over two thousand years before. He was known as a just and fair ruler, who attempted many controversial reforms, some of which even succeeded. He served as the undisputed(At least publicly) High King for over two centuries, and his reign was cut short not by political rivals or malcontents, but by the End of the World. He began to work on repairing the Aldmeri's relationship with the other provinces early in his reign, relationships that had been destroyed time and time again over the 4th Era, creating new Embassies and trade routes and alliances that ended up serving him well. He himself made annual trips to the other provinces to meet with their governments and leaders, and over the course of his long reign, helped bring Mer and Man closer together. It is said, that when the Battle of the Setting Sun came, and all of Merkind stood united as one colossal force, it was all thanks to the tireless efforts of the "Fool King". The now legendary nickname started early in his reign as an insult, but it eventually became synonymous with all King Varren stood for. When questioned about the origins of the nickname by a foreign dignitary much later in life, he rather famously responded, "Some view it as an insult, born of jealousy and closed mindedness, but I prefer to think of it as a compliment. After all, it is a ruler's greatest joy and duty to make his people laugh, is it not?"

Name: Lorelei Gender: Female Race: Nord Age: 23 Description: A tall woman with dark blonde hair, very pale skin, and grayish blue eyes. Although very strong, she prefers to fight from a distance using a bow. *Special Weapons(If any): Skill of Corruption Main Weapon Proficiency(1H, 2H, Bow, Staff): Bow Main Armor Proficiency(Light, Heavy, Robes, Clothing): Light **Magical Experience(If applicable): Conjuration (Master), Illusion (Expert), Restoration (Adept), Destruction (Adept), Alteration (Apprentice), Mysticism (lol) Theme(Optional): Coming soon! Shout: Bend Will Background: Lorelei left behind another life and another name at the College of Winterhold for reasons unknown. Her memory seems to be patchy at best. Perhaps the most important things she doesn't remember are why she was leaving the College and the danger that lurked for her there, though an old friend, Elena, knows the truth. It was Elena and a small group of other Guild members who found Lorelei wandering away from the College in a daze, because that's what they were hired to do. Elena knew that the plan involved many risks for her friend, and had been told to prepare for the worst case scenario if something happened and her friend ended up missing some of her important memories, but Lorelei was missing far more than predicted. Taking pity on her, Elena offered Lorelei a new life where she could be safe, and to help her start over with a new identity too. With nothing to lose from the deal, Lorelei recieved her new name, and joined the Thieves Guild.

I think I'm gonna have to post a sheet for Elena after all, since she's a little more than a NPC this time around. So here ya go.
Elena Nightcloak Gender: Female Race: Altmer Age: 71(Looks 25) Description: Tall, lithe, and athletic, with light golden skin that appears more like a tan. Shoulder length golden hair and sharp, beautiful emerald green eyes. Special Weapons: Nightingale Bow, Nightingale Sword, Chillrend Special Armor: Nightingale Armor, Guildmaster Armor, Armor of the Old Gods Main Weapon Proficiency: Bow Main Armor Proficiency: Light Magical Experience: Destruction(Adept), Restoration(Adept), Alteration(Expert), Illusion(Master) Theme: TBA Shout: N/A*
Background: She grew up homeless in Markarth, along with her best friend, Senna. She stole for a living, simply to survive, as life under the Nord Jarl Edgar was rough and brutal. Both she and Senna were eventually caught stealing, and sent to the Cidna Mines, at the tender age of twelve. They spent six years in the mines, and during that time, Jarl Edgar perished under questionable circumstances, throwing Markarth into chaos. Edgar had no heir, and the infighting over the throne became so severe that Solitude almost intervened. The mines were forgotten in the process, and the Forsworn staged a rescue of all the prisoners, including Elena and Senna, who joined the ranks of the Forsworn. Senna and Elena were adopted by Gvanthe Nightcloak, the new King in Rags, and together, they started the Shadow War. Eventually, after over a decade of fighting, Elena and Senna came to disagree over the Forsworn's methods, which led to Senna's betrayal; an act that landed Elena in the dungeons of Solitude. She managed to escape, and with nowhere to turn, she took the earliest carriage out of Solitude, which brought her to Winterhold. Needing a place to stay, and not having much money, she ended up joining the College. She studied as an Apprentice there for a time, where she met Odette. However, she soon found the College too restrictive, and simply left one day. She journeyed to Riften, and there, she stumbled into a Nord called Garret, who turned out to be the leader of the Thieves Guild. Noticing her skills, he took her in, and she quickly rose through the ranks. She fell in love with Garret, and the two were lovers for a time. He was gravely injured on a dangerous job, and died from his injuries before he could recover. Elena was named the new Guildmaster, around the same time Jarl Gvanthe died, and Senna was named the new Jarl of Markarth. She's known as "The Fox", which is a reference to the only thief who ever lived that was better than her.
*Elena is not a Shard

Name: Freyr Greymane Mede/ Hrist("The Quaking One")
Gender: Male
Race:Nord/Imperial
Age: 22
Description: Freyr is quite unique for a Nord. His astonishing midnight-colored hair makes him stand out among his fellows. His hair is normally kept tied behind his back, but fails to keep a well-kept look, and can often be seen as wild.
Freyr wears very little heavy armor, as most of it is leather armor. It allows him flexbility that compliments his fighting style. Years of training has given him some form of a build. While not overly short, he is 5'4.
*Special Weapons:Granir, a blade of thunder known to emit loud explosions that can cause loss of hearing. It seems to have small lightning capabilities as well.
*Special Armor:None
Main Weapon Proficiency: 1H
Main Armor Proficiency: Medium Armor
**Magical Experience: N/A
Family(Optional):
Adelaide Mede (Mother, deceased)
Chancellor Maximus Cornelius (Father, deceased)
Siegfried(distant relative on mother's side)
Ysra Greymane(Distant relation, Siegfried's only daughter)
Shout: Frost Breath Background: The son of the Chancellor; the best friend of the late Emperor of the Empire, and one of the Emperor's closely-related cousin, Caelia, who incidentally is related to the Greymanes in her ancestral family tree. The relation is not close, but it is also not distant either.
Freyr was named after a Nordic folk hero due to his mother wishing him to be the tie between both Nords and Imperials at last after a long period of tensions between the two. He grew up with living just like any other royal would, and his childhood was mostly peaceful as well.
But, with the Listener and her recent attack, he was sent into the tunnels with his mother to escape. The journey took them to his mother's Nordic home that she rarely visited. While she grew accustomed to living with them, Freyr did not, and stumbled upon Jorrvaskr, where he signed up with the Companions due to his distant Nordic heritage. On his first day there, he encountered the mysterious Old Man who seemed to know a great deal of things. Freyr hasn't been with them for very long. - Name: Aurelia Prometheus
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Race: Imperial
Description: Auburn hair with a more reddish tone to it. Average-sized grey-colored eyes that occasionally change to a light blue depending on the light. Thin build with great agility and quickness that is fit for speed. Clothing consists of a tattered brown robe over white fur pants and coat to keep warm in the cold. Hair is typically short to avoid being caught, giving her a bit of a tomboyish look. Clothing outside of winter consists of the same attired but without the fur with black stripes instead.
Weapon: Short swords
Main Weapon Proficiency: 2H
Main Armor Proficiency: Light Armor
Magic training: N/A
Family: Prometheus'
Background:Aurelia comes from a noble family in the empire that has served for generations in the Imperial Army. The family is quite secretive, but their loyalty to the crown is firm and unwavering. As a child, she was sent to the highest educating school like most high ranking children of Nile status. She applied dedication to both her studies and training; hoping to live up to her family name. As the years passed her by, she began to let that goal go and focus on her own personal life.
After graduating, she went on to become a merchant for a few years, which used to be her mother's trade. Due to having the necessary diplomatic skills needed, she became a successful merchant that lived in the capitol. She was among the first to fight when the Listener came, but was nearly fatally injured with a blow to the ribs. She was quickly transported through the tunnels along with the Chancellor's family.
She awoke and split from the group as they rested one night, and vanished into the snow when they neared Whiterun. Coming from a traditional family, she has an inherent dislike of Nords. Aurelia is thoughtful and considerate of others and their decisions, but seems to be a little in her own perfect world of nobility.

A couple things, Fen-Fen. You have Short Swords listed as Aurelia's weapon, but Two-Handed listed as her main Weapon Proficiency. Two-Handed(2H) refers to Greatswords, Battleaxes, War Hammers, and other large weapons that take two hands to wield. If you know this and meant that, that's perfectly fine. But if you meant Dual Wielding, that would be 1H(Dual Wield). Also, you only have to list her weapons if she starts out with Enchanted or Unique Weapons. For example, Elena has the Nightingale Sword and Bow, and those are Unique Weapons; I.E, named weapons with a unique appearance and an enchantment that cannot be forged normally.
And there is no 'Medium Armor' category in Skyrim. Armor that could be classified as Medium Armor still falls into the Light Armor category. For example, Studded Imperial Armor is called Medium Armor in the game, but is still classified as Light Armor.
So Freyr's armor proficiency would be Light Armor.
