Arise does that as well.
Raise is just revival.

Well then Arise is Full Life in the FF1 remakes.
The FF games I've reached or nearly reached endgame in are the first, 4, and 10. The others are still in my backlog, except for 5, 6, 8, and 9, which I do not own yet. And the MMOs, because I don't play those things.

Play 5 now.
It's the best FF game besides Bravely Default.

Off by 1 error, I see.
Clearly, it's 6 (American 3). And I stand by that, as it's the only one I liked enough to finish. Bravely Default doesn't count.

Bravely Default sure as hell does count. It's FF without the FF name, because Square Enix is like "Oh no, FF is for angsty-pretty-boy-desu~"

Bravely Default is on my backlog too, and I bought it at launch. I was too busy playing on the highest difficulty and grinding to level twenty before visiting the first story event, because why not.

Full life? ¿Qué? Do you mean Arise? FF1 is weird, but better than FF2. Say wot m8? FF2 is better than FF1. I couldn't even get into FF1 when I tried it. All over the place and terrible directions. Monster encounters took forever.

Really, Where the Fairy Flies is an FF game? No, I refuse to accept it. Because I refuse to believe the series is going to be run into the ground with transformer mechs and linear-hallway-simulatorness.
...Actually, I hear XIV is really good now, and that Lightning Returns was OK, except you kinda need to play the first one first.
And so this isn't entirely off-topic, I'm just sittin' here waitin' on SMEXy.

FF2 was f***ing s***. Unless you're talking about FF4, which was amazing.
FF2 was horribly broken, had a terrible stat system, and was even worse than FF1 in terms of where to go half the time.

XIII isn't a bad game, but it gets a lot of undeserved hate.

Pretty sure FF13 is regarded in the fanbase as the worst, if not one of the worst. I heard people dislike FFX as well, and maybe it's sequel.
And no, silly Golurk, FF2 locations were easy to find. The NPC's dropped hints or outright told you where you had to go. I never had a problem with it. Not sure what you mean about stats though, some enemies were actually difficult by endgame if you didn't prepare properly.
Charades were nonexistent, but I loved it. But the true best FF games goes to FF3, the remakes with the updates graphics. First played; always love. I loved the cast, and Luneth and Ingus were awesome.

FFX was great, so shut your whore mouth. FFXIII was also great, but for different reasons.
FF2 is regarded as the worst title in the main series by far because of its frustrating and annoying mechanics. FF3 is good, but its cast has no personality. I'd take FFV over that any day.

I dunno much about FF, but I've heard mad s*** being said about whatever game Vaan is from (XII?). Only reason I know about this is that Final Fantasy Tactics A2 has characters from that game and I just happened to get a glimpse of that game's reception as a result.

I didn't say FFX was bad; I said the fanbase regards it as bad. I didn't see anything wrong with it, really. Except for that ending. Major WTF. FF2 was frustrating? Not to me lol. Was pretty easy actually. Guy and Firion always KO'ed s*** with Maria healing. Like, I only faced difficulty in endgame, and that was because I kept encountering a super rare enemy that was WTF worthy. Only died once of Maetus because I didn't use the appropriate items in succession. FF3's characters don't have zero personality. By default a personality are traits that make up a person. I enjoyed all of them,. Your dirty mouth has no claim on them. Airship was amazing as well... Even if they are featured in most FF. I haven't played FFV yet.

FF3's characters have pretty much no personality whatsoever.
FF2's mechanics were awful and frustrating, half the stats didn't do what they were supposed to, there were a bunch of hidden factors the game doesn't tell you about, etc. It's the same thing with Dragon Age: Origins, in that you either get lucky with the good stuff or get horribly screwed by the terrible other 80% unless you know about stuff beforehand.

I won't concede of FF3, but I will on FF2. Some things required you to spend hours on a dungeon. I can't recall one of them, but one had me running in circles for about two hours. Terrible experience.
How does everyone perceive Dissidia? Some people seem to hate it, but it was an amazing game, really.
