Granted, we're past that and won't be doing anything like that again. I was (and still sort of am) considering deleting this topic and starting a new one, picking up where the old one left off, but that would piss off like half the board.

On a more serious note, how far has this eaten away at your soul GCF? I'm willing to help edit some scenes if it gives you peace of mind. But perhaps you could not be as determined to make things "right" so I still have some leeway.

Woo-hoo!!! I finally figured out how to write the scene that had been stumping me. Can't write Mid's in character response as it wrecks the scenario. Can't write the scenario pleasing response because its not in character. The solution avoid responding entirely by random plot crash. Yay!

I have said it before, and I will say it again: WE ARE ALL MATURE ADULTS. Or am I wrong? You're turning this into a mountain, and frankly, I'm a bit fed up. Enough is enough. We were all happy to ignore it and continue on with the RP before, and we can do so again.
Empire, if you don't want to join, then DON'T JOIN. If you want to stop reading, then STOP. This is all just a bit silly, no?
I like this RP. And I want it to continue.

There's literally no point. If you start a new topic now, I can pretty much guarantee you it will mean the death of this RP. And for what? Because someone else got their feathers ruffled? Because someone else couldn't deal with it? I don't remember you jumping to create a new topic a week ago. You didn't like what happened, but you were fine with simply moving on. Buddy, a certain someone thought a rape scene (which I just read) was a good idea, and I'm suspecting that all the sex (which I finally got through) was some kind of wish fulfillment thing. I prefer my RPs to put telling a story first before that kind of thing, and frankly none of this seems like the kind of thing a mature adult would write. I'm entitled to have an opinion on something, and I'm sharing it. And as much as I'm disliking what I see, it's not like I want it to get erased either. If anything I'm finally getting to the good part and starting to actually look forward to reading the rest of the story again. |
