Sophie,  Ann, Jesus, Zack and May arrived back at the fountain where everyone was waiting. 

DK and Rambo, were snoozing underneath a tree just relaxing. Joanna was grooming Yoshiwott and placing her into a komodo she was working on. Yoshi was sunbathing in a nearby hill. Rosalina and Peach were talking with Flan and a young lady they haven't met before. The young lady appeared to be a fortune teller of some type with a full body pink robe, she was wearing a large hat and the only thing that could be seen were her piercing golden eyes. The young lady also had a pet sheep she was cradling in her arms as the sheep just baaa away peacefully. 

"Well looks like you guys finally arrived, " Rosalina said.

"Hey mama Rosalina, " Sophie said. 

"Mama Rosalina lookie here notice anything different," Ann said holding the ring at a noticeable view. 

Rosalina, Peach, and Flan looked at the ring and we're surprised.  "Wait your engaged, awwww come here," Rosalina said hugging Ann. "I am so proud of you, wait your not engaged to Jesus are you," Rosalina asked Ann. Jesus just let out a sigh and drooped his head.

"Nope me and Sophie are engaged to be married," Ann said much to the delight of Rosalina and Flan.

"Ann and Sophie I am so proud you two managed to find love despite everything that happened," Flan said. 

"Hey me and Zack did things to?" May pouted. "We found this nice area in the woods by a lake,". "Then I proceeded to take off my......muffle muffle," May was cut off by Zack whose face was bright red at that point. 

"Oh so you and May were All Allllone in the woods hey," Joanna said making her way while Yoshiwott was studying Floofy. "My my I certainly can't blame you she is certainly gorgeous,". "I can only imagine what she looks like up close and personal if you know what I mean sweetie," Joanna said to Zack whose was beat red at this point.

"Well yeah, Zack did say how goregoes I looked, and how he was so," May said until she was cut off by Flan.

"What about you two?" Joanna asked. 

"Umm they were Anna and bird watching in the woods," Jesus told Joanna. 

"Oh Anna and bird watching," Joanna commented.

"Yup, Anna and bird watching," Jesus said.

"Well regardless as soon as we get back to the observatory we are going to throw a big party for you and Sophie," Rosalina told Ann and Sophie. 

"Mama Rosalina Umm who's this?" Sophie asked.

"This young lady over here is Mystic, she is the granddaughter of a famous fortune teller, and she will be traveling with us at his request," RosaLina said. "Oh and Merlin said this Bow is for you, it's a legendary Bow from an ancient kingdom,". "The kingdom existed long before your current Kingdom came into existence," Rosalina said handing the Fuji Yuma to Sophie.

"Your aquaintience I shall make, with me and Floofy by your side," Mystic said in a very mysterouis voice. 

"Ehh anyways it a pleasure to meet you, and I hope to be of service," Mystic said in a more normal voice.

After some brief exchange amongst one another they were unsure where to go next. Until a particular headline caught everyone's attention. The headline read: "Wario owner and President of WarioWare Inc. Has gone Missing,". "There is one subject in particular but other then that authorities are still looking for any leads,".

"Hey Mama Rosalina who's this Wario person the newspaper mentioned?" Sophie asked.

"Hmm currently he's the owner and leader of his very own video game empire WarioWare Inc.,". "Before that he was a very famous adventurer and treasure hunter,". "Back in the day there was nothing he wouldn't do to take home treasure,". "Whether it was taking on a group of notorious pirates twice, explore any perilous cave, even journeying inside an ancient and haunted pyrmaid,". "Along the way he was also know to help those along the way," Rosalina said.

"So he was alot like Mario right?" Ann asked.

"Umm nothing exactly, if anything Wario is the complete opposite of Mario,". "He dI'd try to take over Mario's castle a long time ago, but after Mario kicked him out he moved onto other ventures,". "Mario did things because he wanted to help,". "Wario often did things to help others as an afterthought or after they agree to give him there treasure,". "Mario is a hero in the truest sense, but Wario is more like a mercenary for hire," Peach said.

"So in other words we are about to dedicate a whole chapter in hope of him knowing what happened to Mario only for him not to know. we have to find him," Sophie said.

(Bad Sophie no breaking the fourth wall. Bad)

"Yeah maybe he knows something about where Mario is?" Peach said.

"So where is this WarioWare place at?" Sophie asked.

"In Diamond Yoshi Yoshi, city I remember we went there for a promotion between the Glitz Pitz and his company". "It was a special one time match between me, and Wario and well despite having no formal training he's a pretty impressive Yoshi," Yoshi said.

"So how do we get to Diamond City?" Sophie asked.

"Diamond City it sounds like my type of place,". "Ohh the money that I can make there, and there's probably diamonds as large as a skyscraper,". "Yoshi you have to tell us where this city of Diamonds is,". "Tell us, tell us, tell us," Ann said while shaking Yoshi. (I wonder why that seems so familiar)

"It's across the .....sea.....," Yoshi choked out.

"Our destination is clear, to the docks," Ann said taking off towards the docks.

"Ann wait up," Sophie chasing after Ann.

"She knows it not an actual city made of Diamonds right," Yoshi said.

"Ehh it's an Ann thing,it's just who she is," Rosalina said. Afterwards everyone started heading towards the docks where they hoped to seek passage to Diamond City

Location: Toad Towns

"Wait are you serouis?" Starlow, Flan, and Prince Luma said to Ann. (So how they all said it in perfect unison)

"Well what do you think then?" Ann huffed. "I guess Sophie can carry us one at a time across the sea," Ann suggested.

"I don't know maybe wait until morning like a normal person," they all told her.

"La sigh fine I have an idea," Sophie said. "Me, Starlow, Prince Luma, and Flan will check out boat and scout the area,". "If it looks safe then we will go ahead and borrow the boat," Sophie said to Ann.

"One question wouldn't you be noticable if you were to go," Rosalina asked Sophie.

"Well not if I use this handy stone right here, I don't think a hawk will stand out that much," Sophie said as she took out her Hawk stone.

"Wait what is that stone and what do you mean a hawk wouldn't be noticable?" Rosalina wondered.

"Oh that's right you never saw Sophie transform," Ann said.

"I could tell you but it would be easier to show you," Sophie said as she said a small prayer to the hawk stone.

Everyone who was lagging behind finally caught up just in time to see Sophie become enveolped in a light. The light was gentle and warm, inside the light Sophie's human form was gradually giving away to a hawk. Finally, with her transformation complete the light faded and instead of Sophie a hawk was there staring at everyone. "So any questions?" Sophie asked.

"Wait you can still talk while your a hawk?" Jesus asked.

"Really that's the thing, yes even though I am a hawk I haven't lost the ability to speak," Sophie sighed. "Starlow, Prince Luma, and Flan are you guys ready?" Sophie asked. The three of them nodded yes that they were ready. "Okay you guys be careful and don't let yourself be seen," Sophie said as she lead the three of them towards the ship.

While Sophie and the others expolred the ship Ann and Rosalina told the others about Ann's idea. Most of them had the same response that she was completly crazy, except DK who didn't mind the idea. Ann then explained to everyone about Sophie being a bird laguz and what that meant. Ann also explained what the stone was and what it meant for Sophie who was now in her bird form.

"Wow that's alot to take in," Rosalina commented.

"I don't know it almost sounds similar to what we do when we use special items, maybe our whole body dosen't change," Peach said. "Well with the exception of a few special items, so I guess it's almost kinda of similar," Peach said.

"Sorta of I guess, but as you noticed even when she is in her human form she still has certain traits,". "Different laguzes, carry different traits, like some might have a cat like tail, some might have whiskers, others might have long floppy ears like a bunny," Ann told them. As Ann was finshing up her explination Sophie and the others returned. Sophie then transformed back into her human form.

"Well guys it seems mostly empty, I think we should be okay," Sophie said.

"Well there was this one person there but they looked like they were in a deep sleep," Flan added.

"Well guys looks like we got a ship, onward to the city of Diamonds," Ann said almost a little to eager. Ann then rushed towards the ship as quick as she could.

"Umm am I the only one who has a bad feeling about this," Sophie said.

"I do I have a really nad feeling about this," Rosalina sighed.

"Well it's not like everytime someone tried the whole lets take over a pirates ship and beat up the pirates on board ever regrete it right," May said.

"No of course everytime had the brilliant idea of invading a seemingly empty pirate ship ceratinly didn't regret it," Sophie repleid sarcasitcally.

"Well okay then let's get going, then onward and upward or whatever, Ann wait up," May said chasing after Ann.

"Umm guys I still think we should......," Sophie was going to suggest wait but May and Ann were already on the boat. "I swear she's going to be the death of me," Sophie sighed.

"There there Sophie I understand your pain," Zack told her.

"Well your the one who proposed to her," Flan reminded Sophie. Sophie wanted to respond but she couldn't because Flan was right and very relunctantly made her way towards the ship.

Everybody else followed after Sophie very relunctantly very unsure about this idea.

Location: Below Deck

"Ow, who's idea was it to try to take a Pirate's ship," Ann moaned. Most of the people there just gave her a dirty look. "What you guys should have tried to stop me, not my fault you followed after me," Ann told everyone.

"Of all the most stupid Fletching things Ann really, taking a Pirate's ship while the captain is on board," Flan told Ann.

"Mama Rosalina, Princess Peach have any of you ever heard of Captain Syrup or the Kitchen land Pirates?" Sophie asked.

"So that's the famed female leader of the Kitchen Land Pirates," Rosalina commented. "I believe the Princess could answer that question better," Rosalina said.

"Well I don't know much but I remember there was this one time she stole a statue of me, Mario was going to dedicate to me,". "Yet it was Wario of all people that found it,". "In truth Wario just wanted the statue for himself,". "Remember how I said that Wario went head to head with pirates twice, well this is the pirate crew he went against," Peach told everyone.

"Ohh so we probably shouldn't mention that we needed the ship to go to Diamond City and see what we could learn about Wario's disapperence," Ann said.

"Yeah, maybe you shouldn't mention that name around here," Sophie replied to Ann.

"Ehh so that's why you wanted my ship?" Captain Syrup said to the group.

"Umm nothing we know nothing about Wario nope don't know anything about Wario at all," Ann said.

"Hey you scully wag bring the lot of them above deck bout time we end this," Captain Syrup said as she went above deck.

"No I am too young to die," Ann said as she tried her best to wiggle out of her ropes.

"Almost got it," May said as she was playing with the knot. "Geez never saw a knot like this before though," May said as she was trying to wrestle the knot loose.

"Psst May before you try anything just remember they have all our weapons," Zack whispered. "Just make sure your ready to go in case we need you though," Zack said to May.

"Gotta," May responded to Zack.

"You landlubber ready, the captain wanna have a word with you," one of the crewmen said.

Sophie and her friends were being lead above deck one by one until Sophie was the last one to be taken above. Above deck the group noticed they were in the middle of the sea.

"Now you scullywags better start talking, otherwise yall be swimming with the boss basses, and Cheep Chomps," Captain Syrup told them.

Sophie began to explain the entire situation to her including what happened with Mario, Wario's strange disapperence, and everything that happened leading up to now.

"So that fat lard of handsomness has vanished without a trait,". "On the one hand that scoundrel stole from me twice and I would love some payback,". "On the other hand he was able to go toe to toe with me twice, and plus stealing that magical bag of coins from him was fun,". "So you need to make it to Diamond City, eh well I will take you there on two conditions,". "The first condition is that lady with the wings has to face me in a one on one duel," Captain Syrup said.

"Why does it have to be me though?" Sophie asked.

"Because as one leader to another leader I want to see if your even worth my time," Captain Syrup said to Sophie.

"Okay but what's your second condition?" Sophie asked.

"We will get there when it comes to it," Captain Syrup told Sophie. "Now I am a fair leader so you Sullywags untie her and you are not to lay a hand on her friends," Captain Syrup commanded her crew. "Next go and fetch her weapons that strange Bow thing and her ax," Captain Syrup commanded as one of her crewmen appeared with Sophie's Bow and Ax.

PBM: A Pirate's Duel



Okay so Duel Battles work a little different from regular battle. Here stats don't really matter because both you and the opponent are eaqul. Now as far as Abilities and skills well you can do anything within reason. (So Sophie launching an arrow and then going in for an Ax strike.. sure. Sophie summoning a huge Meteor to smite her foes, no)

Now you guys are in charge of Sophie and Captain Syrup will be controlled by the RNG and me. So basically this is a PvP type battle. I can (and most likely will) go into more detail but before I go any further. Where do you want to hold these Duel Battles at?

I plan on typing the entire battle here for sure but all the little inputs and everything that's what I am asking about.

I don't know Sophie's abilities. Could I have a summary please?

Here's a brief summary of Sophie's ability Mally. Trying my best since I am on my phone. But as far as Cpt Syrups stats and skills its nothing of note and her stats are basically similar to Sophie.

Class: Fighter

Skills:

Health Increase 1: Slight increase in health

Strength 1: Slight increase in strength

Abilities:

Wings: User has access to flight regardless of class but is weak to bows and wind magic

Weapons:

Fuji Yumi (--) legendary bow from an ancient kingdom. Its real power remains hidden but its power is still formiable

Bronze Ax (65/75)

Banana Hand Ax (--)Modified hand ax stronger but makes her slower

Hawk Stone (--) (allows Sophie to transform into a hawk, as a hawk her attacks
