The Mushroom Kingdom Chronicles.... The Goddess Anna

For some reason it wouldn't show the new post on the new page until it gets a second post.....

Kinda of a weird clitch or something.

Well looks like D3 is locked in. Will begin working on the battle and hopefully have it up sometime this week.

PBM:

"Javier, Javier speak to me," Joanna said running to her brother side. "Somebody please, he can't, he cant just die here," Joanna said clutching her brother.

Anna made her way over to Joanna with what looked like a green mushroom. "Here give this to him, trust me it worked on me when I passed out," Anna said as she gave the mushroom to Joanna. Joanna was very upset now and tears were streaming down her face. Yet Joanna was able to place the mushroom into Javier's mouth. The effects of the mushroom took effect almost immediately as Javier opened his eyes.

"That was such a great nap, I had the most wonderful dream too," Javier mumbled. "It involved Sophie, Ann, Rosalina, May, Peach, and ouch," Javier said as he clutched the back of his head. "What was that for?" Javier said to Joanna.

"You big dummy I am glad to see your... don't ever scare me like that again," Joanna said clutching Javier tight.

"What happened?" Javier said while he had a blank stare on his face.

"We will explain later, but yeah you gave us quite the scare," Ann said.

May grabbed the last remaining 1-up mushroom and gave it to Yoshi. "May thanks for the help, can't believe I let my Yoshi down like that," Yoshi said.

"That's okay Yoshi Kun just glad to see your awake again," May said hugging Yoshi.

"Well what a touching scene hear let me add a little volume too the situation," Crump said as he unleashed the gun again. This time Zack was clutching his head in pain, DK was disoriented, Javier having just been revived had a bad headache, and Yoshi was feeling dizzy.

"That stupid wave, we have to do something but all those minions we can't let him have all those minions," Sophie said. Sophie ordered anyone who could attck to attack the group of minions. The attack managed to defeat all the minions which were present.

Lord Crump seemed unfazed as he summoned twelve more minions. "Okay guys you know what to do," Lord Crump said as the minions encircled Sophie and Yoshi. Lord Crump again started rotating at a fast pace and kicked up a lot of dirt and dust. When the dust settled, Yoshi again fainted and Sophie was breathing heavily.

"Hey guys can you fix me up a bit," Lord Crump said as he went off screen for a few moments. Lord Crump then appered even healthier along with the minions. "Finally you know what time it is again," Lord Crump said as he unleashed another blast. Rosalina was dizzy from the wave, DK was at this point doing everything he can to block out the sound, and Javier wasn't feeling well.

"Shoot we defeat his minions and he just summons more at this point he will be able to wear us down by just throwing an endless wave of minions," Sophie said. While Sophie was trying to think of what to do Ann came across something troubling.

"Umm Sophie, we have an issue," Ann said to her. Sophie just gave Ann a death glare almost like she was telling Ann really. "Hey I am just the person in charge of inventory," Ann said. "Speaking of which we are out of 1 up mushrooms," Ann told Sophie.

"Really what in the Naga," Sophie sighed.

"Well we still have that item left," Ann said. Ann pulled out the moon item she recived from Captain toad. "He said this can bring a person that's fainted back to perfect health," Ann said. "We can use it to revive Yoshi but after we use that's it," Ann said. "Which means anyone faints thats it," Ann told Sophie.

"Well we only have one choice, princess if you don't mind," Sophie said handing the moon to Princess. "We end it right here right now," Sophie said reading her bow.

"How?" Ann asked Sophie. "We get rid of the minions he just summons more," Ann said.

"Thats why we cut them off at the source, we just defeat Crump right here right now," Sophie told Ann.

While Ann and Sophie were talking Peach made her way to the fainted Yoshi. The glow of the moon enveloped Yoshi and as the glow faded the moon disintegrated as Yoshi was revived good as new. "Thanks, princess I cant believe I allowed myself to be knocked out twice by this guy," Yoshi sigh.

"It's fine its apperant there is someone new he's working with," Princess said. "He has weapons and techniques we haven't seen before," Peach told Yoshi. "I just wonder who that person is," Peach said. "Wait a moment what he said when he introduced Yoob," Peach said as she suddenly remembered what Crump said. "He said prepare for our Mustard of Doom, it can't be him, he's dead," Peach said.

"Princess you okay?" Yoshi asked.

"Yeah, but if Lord Crump is working with who I think he is we are really in some trouble," Peach said.

"Who would that be Peach?" Yoshi asked.

"Fawful me and Mario encountered him twice and both times he gave us a lot of trouble to say the least," Peach said.

"Are you guys ready?" Sophie asked as everyone took postion. First Ann unleashed a blast of light to Lord Crump. Next Zack and May teamed up and delivered consecutive blows on Lord Crump who was looking really bad shape. Joanna noticed the minions were rushing to revive minion so she made her way to cut off the minions. Joanna defeated enough of the minion too have them back off.

With his minions unable to revive him Lord Crump began to reach for his remote to activate Yoob. Sophie let loose an arrow which knocked out Crump and caused the remote to go flying. The remote then smashed to the ground breaking into a bunch of tiny pieces.

"We did it," Sophie sighed. "Phew it was tough but we finally did it," Sophie said.

"You did it alright," Lord Crump mumbled. "You doomed us all," Lord Crump said as he fainted.

PBM: 

Okay so unlike previous boss battles stats don't matter. The objective is too knock Yobb either into the ocean or volcano. The defeat conditiojs are if everyone gets turned into eggs or Yoob destroys the village. Don't worry if a couple of people get turned into eggs they will be free after the chapter and there is no consequences.

So first question where are you trying to knock Yoob into?

A.) Volcano (50 ft away but automatic victory when knocked in)
B.) Ocean (10 ft away but intinal knock in is only 10% chance of winning. Chance increases by 10% with each successful attempt could win first attempt. Could take 10 attempts)

Now here is a list of everyone who's available (good thing you had that moon left otherwise Yoshi eould be KO for this encounter):

DK, Yoshi, Peach, Rosalina, Ann, Sophie, Zac,May, Joanna, and Javier

Just because you have access to everyone dosen't mean you have to use everyone. There might be something good that happens if you use less members but well then you have less time to either distract Yoob or gather ammo. Just like a giant battle place the characters name next to the team they will be with.

Distraction Team: (The longer you distract him the better but also lead to a greater chance of being captured. Essentially your determining the "hit point" of the encounter. The intinal distance is 20 ft between Yoob and the village)
(Any participants left will join the gathering team)
Finally choose a number between 1-25 this will determine how long your team stays distracting.
Distraction phase ends when the number of turns is up or everyone is captured.
Min of one participant.
Those with good with speed, and skill are recommended.

Gathering Team: They are in charge of gathering the ammo. There are different types of egg with different strength. Careful they are also doods too.
Green Eggs: Most common type of eggs knock Yoob back 1 ft. (50%)
Red Eggs: Second most common slightly stronger knock Yoob back 3 ft. (30%)
Black Eggs: Back quite a bunch kinda of common knock Yoob back 5 ft. (10%)
Golden Eggs: Pretty rare but they pack quite a punch knocks Yoob back 10 ft. (7%)
Egg Shells: completely useless no effect (3%)
Now you can countinue to gather eggs for 5 turns before the final phase begins.
Those with good strength and good luck are recommended.

Fireing team: Load the eggs onto the catapult and fire when ready. If you have loaders on the firing team less time to reload less time to charge.
Those who are good at long range attcks, high skills are recommended.

Now every enemy turn Yoob advances 2 feet to the village. Yoob dosen't move during the distraction phase. During the gathering phase Yoob advances almost unhindered. Even though your knocking him backwards its knocking him back a little more. Well there you have it if you need any addational info before making a choice just ask. If you feel comfortable making a decision then feel free to lock in a vote. Hopefully you enjoy this unique boss encounter oh and one more thing the all important

PBM:  Yoob Battle (Final Battle SM2 Yoshi Island)

Oh, yeah, fighting a giant Yoob monster is the best time for heartfelt discussion...I feel I may have to disagree on that. It's best we keep awkward discussion for AFTER the fight. Anyway...

Volcano is a good choice. The way I see it, water could possibly defeat Yoob faster, but volcano has a higher chance of being more efficient because numbers.

The distraction team seems good. Yoshi, May, and Zack.

For the firing, I think Ann and Sophie work, but maybe throw Rosalina in too. She uses magic a lot, so she should be good with ranged attacks.

For gathering, everyone else is fine, but I mean...DK. Donkey Kong is going to be super helpful here so I suggest we keep him here no matter what.

Okay, those are my thoughts on what we should do.

Cant believe you guys trust Anna for 25 turns to not RNG screw you. Well just ran the first phase and well someone survived.

Well will run the RNG for the next two phases and will maybe try to post tonight.
