So, I guess that's everyone except for SMEX.
We've got a Wood Elf Rogue, a Human Cleric, a Half-Orc Paladin, and a Tiefling Warlock, so now we just wait for our (Half-Elf?) Bard.

Oh, for Backgrounds, you should look at Entertainer.
It gives you Acrobatics and Performance skills. You are proficient in another musical instrument and in Disguise Kits. You also gain a musical instrument, the favor of an admirer (love letter, lock of hair, trinket), a costume, and a belt pouch containing 15 gp.
Feature: You can find places to perform anywhere, usually in a tavern or inn, but sometimes in royal courts and theaters. You always receive free lodging at these places along with food and drink. You are also well-liked in towns that you have performed in.

Yes.
Each Tiefling has different characteristics including a unique set of horns. Some also lack hooves and have tails.

Not really.
This is supposed to be relatively serious, unlike 8-BT. Plus, using a wardrobe as a weapon would heavily cut into your action economy and damaging capabilities.

I'm okay with this, but know that my temptations will exist, and may rear their head on occasion.
And that I'll be using furniture as a weapon first chance I get. Only if I think I can survive though.
