Question. Would you have a problem with psychic being super effective against poison? Probably... But at this point, I think I'm gonna have to swallow my issues with it. Knowing Golurk, he won't stop until he finds the link I asked for, and it's everyone against one anyway. Since no one else seems to see things my way(About not wanting to turn this into a Pokemon RP), then my opinion doesn't really matter, does it? I must admit, I'm still salty about being lectured by someone half my age and my opinion not meaning squat, but I'll get over it. In the end, this isn't even my RP. So don't worry about it.

I'm actually getting bogged down by how serious everyone is being over this non-canon crossover event. It's supposed to be for fun, not a dick-measuring contest over who has the most OP characters. So I'm playing as an unarmed little girl with zilch for combat experience and that is final.
As for the whole pokemon thing, I've always interpreted pokemon types as its own kind of magical energy. There's this energy arbitrarily called "ground" that has an advantage over another energy arbitrarily called "electric". It's way too arbitrary to be natural, hence the dubbing it "magic". Now I'm thinking it might be better off if things outside the pokemon universe are simply pokemon types that haven't yet been discovered, and we'd treat it as such. Dark and Light magic? Make up a new type balance for it, or just have it neutral on everything.

That actually sounds interesting. I was thiking maybe have the actual moves connected to cards. So some thing like Mario's ultima you only get one but say if you use a Fira spell you get a rather larger number. That way it doesn't turn into a DBZ battle where everyone is just throwing around super powerful attacks like candy. You actually, have to plan around when to use the big guns.
Also empire are you still looking for villians? I could always suggest a couple from the cyoa like Fawful being a mad scientist who can hypnotis people to do his bidding and also building all sorts of crazy contraptions. (Maybe as an underling to Jeckle Neo just a thought). Also I can have King Boo sense he's a master of illusion and if he catches somebody in a dark area be can really start to mess w/ their minds but he's extremely weak to the light.
If would suggest ???? but the thing is that character originally belonged to O's so I don't know if I could just used it here. Basically, ??? is a master manipulator and has been pulling the strings of the goddess Anna. By pretending to be about loving her but really is out for her power.

But I recognize my part in all this, and I apologize. In hindsight, I did sound rather childish. As for the Pokemon thing, that could work. If we don't look at it as weaknesses attributed solely to pokemon, but rather 'magical' weaknesses as a result of Oz, then I wouldn't have any reason to complain, really. After all, nearly every source RP or CYOA has their own set of resistances, so if we change some things around, the weaknesses could blend seamlessly. I still want Golurk to find me that link though.

Another thing. Are Elixirs/Vulneraries a thing? If not, how do we heal our characters?

Well? Is that better? Also, to avoid future problems of "Planet busting attacks being unfair", couldn't we implement a FF like Summon system? Like I've done with Naga. That way, CCs with a certain amount of power(Like Naga and Serlen) can still be used, but only once per battle and in Summon form Looks better to me, and I actually really like the Summons idea. Aside from integrating particularly powerful attacks into cards as a Limit Break of sorts with certain characters, I don't really like suddenly having a resource-management focus when it either never existed before (thus a number of characters not being built with such a thing in mind) or isn't really necessary (shooting a basic fireball isn't powerful enough to warrant being limited, for example). Another thing. Are Elixirs/Vulneraries a thing? If not, how do we heal our characters? It'll ultimately depend on Oz's technology level since we can have stuff like revitalization capsules if it's advanced enough. I think it'll more likely than not end up going the Vulneraries, Elixers, Panaceas, etc. route, but that's just my opinion. Of course, there are always spells and Pokemon moves for healing, but it's better for the characters to have access to a universal healing option.

I'm sorry GX. This wasn't really my intentions. But yeah, Serlen can only be summoned once per battle.
I have a serious question: since all of our characters abilities are far back.... How do we keep track of them?

Okay, now that everyone has cooled off, people have apologized, and we're all getting along, I'm back in. But let's keep things peaceful from now on, alright?

*Shakes head*
You and your gifs, Empire. I mean really. Oh, and GX is just special. I know a few females who are bigger warmongers than Genghis Khan was.

GX is...different actually. Besides blaming me for THINGS!!!!!
Apparently I wasn't blessed with luck with the opposite gender, but that's life.

He's just giving his friend a nice haircut with a flaming razor. I don't see anything wrong with that.
