Controlling water, probably through electrical signals.

However, it probably won't be very plausible. Although, you could use specially adapted electrical signals to control atmospheric conditions, influencing weather. It won't make huge storms very quickly, but wind, condensation, and especially lightning will be plausible.

Ask HHD though.

Idk just want a Pikachu unless its that big of a deal? Can always go with a monkey companion for this one (no not a reference to any Pokemon or anything else, just a normal monkey that can talk).

Anyway I will wait for HHD for his thoughts on weather manipulation and or/ just elemental powers (water, fire, wind, electricity).

Wait could that work using the elements as a form of weapons? Not that they can conjure it but they could manipulate it to there whim.

I just like having someone around to talk and that the character can interact with until I meet with the main group. This way I can bounce dialogue off of someone and it doesn't seem like the character is having conversations with themselves.

If the Pikachu is a big deal then I just feel like having something/ someone around. Again its not like a pet dragon or some companion to destroy the world on a whim. Just somebody who's around to facilitate dialogue and I can have around for company. Not really different then having a second person around just I always preferred animals. Again is it really that big of a deal? Fenris has people of royal blood, Neo has dragons involved in one way or another, I like have talking animal companions its not a big deal at all.

Not a rant just more of an explanation.

Honestly, it'd be easier to have an animal-like droid instead of another animal given sentience if you'd be willing to consider that.

Concept ideas for anti-matter and weather powers.

Obviously there are ways to manipulate and control antimatter in this universe. The tricky thing is coming up with an excuse so I propose the following: A 100% efficient antimatter anihilation engine. Instead of trying to prevent the antimatter from touching anything you do the opposite, have it continuously annihilate and use the energy to make more antimatter. Instant energy, just add matter. The only time energy leaves the system is to fuel something like weapons. This kind of engine was only perfected in the LOTUS experiment and nothing else has ever come close. It flies in the face of entropy, poetically defeating what is slowly destroying the universe with endless destruction.

The LOTUS itself would just be an advanced machine with very powerful weapons, but its key ability is to consume ANY kind of matter into its antimatter engine to fuel itself. The more it absorbs the more powerful it becomes. It's major issue would be running out of matter-fuel since it would consume it very fast, and the fact that even the slightest defect in the engine would cause him to annihilate himself.

Also, the Draxans being "reptillian silicon-based life" can literally translate to "alien crystal dragons". It's not out of the question that the final LOTUS could have physiology based on the race that actually made it...

Now for the weather. This one is a bit easier. How does lightning happen? Static discharge from the build up within clouds. The LOTUS takes in water and creates clouds within itself, which it charges with static electricity. The LOTUS can then release the clouds and create a thunderstorm, or fog cover, or discharge the static its built up as lightning, or just do things with the water. It could even run on a hydrogen cell so its power supply is water. It would be capable of flight naturally, and possibly have enough finesse to control the direction of its clouds with wind from its jets.

In the case that the engine stops or it's forced to run on reserve power, yeah it would be in some EM stasis. The idea is though that it doesn't protect itself from the antimatter. It is continuously annihilating, and using the energy to create antimatter and matter to annihilate. There isn't a stable state. It's literally an endless explosion. It's like a lit trail of gunpowder that refreshes itself in a circle. A snake eating its tail. Made of explosions.

We're going to be breaking conservation of energy a lot in this RP so might as well tolerate a bit of it.
