...I might have jumped the gun on a poor conclusion saying that was the case then. Oops.
I think it's the trajectory at least. I thought that the last Duncan appearance was a rogue revenge rampage.

I don't recall telling you a damn thing about any of that besides "Jay's dead".
Duncan was going on a rampage against rebels until he took a Hugh laser to the chest and was caught in an airship crash, after which he has not made any public appearances since (i.e. the general public doesn't know his fate), but he is still very much in Nova and even when he was rampaging, he was still acting within Nova's interests.

Unnecessarily harsh? Maybe. Do I honestly care right now? No. I'm exhausted, grumpy, and I absolutely despise being forced to rewrite posts. It usually ends up with me getting WB. On top of that, I'm the one who has to pay the price for getting misinformation. I have to rework and rethink a whole lot of crap right now.
.... F*** me. I'm going to have to go back and physically reread absolutely everything in Nova, because now I don't know what's true and who remembers what correctly.

Deleted the post. I'll rewrite it once I've made sure I know for a fact what's true and rethink everything. May have to edit a few earlier posts as well. At the very least, don't expect another post until tonight. More likely, it will be tomorrow night, or even this weekend, before I post again.

If I may recommend an alternative to grumpy-dragon-time? If the last Micah saw of Duncan he was rampaging and apparently turned rogue and he's since been hiding from the public, then is there absolutely nothing wrong in-character with his assumptions, statements, or behaviors.

Y'know what's weird? Glaceon's Pokedex entry says it can fire its frozen fur-needles. But it can't learn Pin Needle.
