Well, if we're taking into account all the characters in a CYOA and not just the main characters.... Then the ultimate age gap is Leah and Lazzy from UB. Leah is... 20, in UB Book 2, IIRC? And Lazzy is a few million.

Er... What team was Steven on?
I just realized I assumed the guy who's half-responsible for leveling Corva's hometown was Nova, but Steven A) doesn't seem like he'd join Nova and B) probably wouldn't have been fighting Duncan if he were Nova.

Steven was on Team Mewtwo, but to be fair the town levelling started with Duncan's Hydreigon.

So what I'm getting is that Corva's hatred is actually split 87.5% Nova to 12.5% Mewtwo. That's still quite a bit of hatred.

I had all my characters, even the dead ones, using different naming conventions for their Pokemon. With the exception of Sue; Sue is Sue because Sue. Well there was one character that I noticed a pattern with later. One I didn't consciously plan. Even her dead Pokemon and back when she had Corva's Mismagius because Corva didn't exist. Cassand- oh. Oh, how deep does this accidental rabbit hole go?
Lass Cassandra had Fluffy and Missy and still has Ribbons, Jiggles and Quills.

Would it be possible for Nova to have captured Heatran and be keeping him in the Lilycove base, and the Lieutenant didn't tell his superiors because he was planning to use Heatran to try to make himself the new Admin, after the power vacuum created by Duncan going rogue?

Duncan's still around, mate. Yay, still a chance for 29.24% vengeance! That is quite a lot of vengeance. Assigning the sum total of the admins' responsibility for Nova's existence at half of half (with half responsibility going to the leader and the other quarter continuing to sub-divide similarly while move down the ranks) and 2/3 responsibility for Lavender Town's destruction and then applying those numbers to how relatively much Corva's pissed about Nova in general and Lavender Town specifically. X, if it helps your post, Grace is currently "reluctantly" receiving mandatory snuggles from Ribbons. I'll try to do my next post over lunch. I actually have some work I get to do today! I'm also 95% sure HHD said that Duncan had gone rogue to get his revenge. That's the whole reason I first came up with the idea of Micah becoming a Nova Admin, because there was a power vacuum left by Duncan. And if absolutely none of this is true, whether it was an intentional lie or just memory problems, I need to know because it means I'm going to have to completely scrap and rewrite my last Micah post.
