So, I had a really surreal experience not so long ago. I was driving to the dollar store for a few minor groceries, and I was suddenly overcome by a surge of emotion. Before you think me completely crazy, let me explain. It was a beautiful day today. 70 degrees with a light wind, cerulean skies without a single cloud in sight, and when I was driving, the Sun was just beginning to set. There's a corner in my neighborhood where there are a lot of trees, and when the Sun sets, the Sun dips slightly below the trees. It's a very pretty sight. Anyway, as I was rounding this corner, I suddenly felt very melancholy. The kind of melancholy where you ponder about memories long gone by.
I think it's because it was the kinda day where I would take my family out fishing, if I had one, and it reminded me I don't have one. I've been single for years, and most of my immediate family has passed. The melancholy feeling has passed now, and now I just feel really lonely.

Hey Doug, I've been meaning to ask What gender do you think I am? And I actually don't actively think about it, but I generally imagine people as their profile pics. So... Neo's a dragon in my headcanon, and Golurk's a... Golurk. I'm still trying to figure out how to imagine GX and X. I'd think the noticeable blue Male symbol underneath the profile pic would be more than a hint. |

But just as Neo's still a dragon, you are not a boy, in my headcanon anyway. Unless that's a trap in your profile pic. I don't recognize it, so I consider that a possibility. |
