I actually don't even recall making a perfect character or have everyone scream "she so prettyay!" I don't think having other people think someone else is attractive is particularly Sue-worthy. It's when they keep going on about it every other sentence, emphasize "purity", or go into a lot of details about it when not asked is when the alarm bells are rung. |

I meant in general. If you're smiting female MCs then there's invariably going to be less Mary Sues. And the secret is to put them on the pedestal yourself. Then you can take them down, play with them, and put them back when you're done. We're talking about books right? Silly HHD, books aren't for playing with. They're for chucking at people. Sora is trying to take control of the Gummi Ship from Donald Duck, and Donald Duck is crying sexual harassment because presumably the gear control is phallic and Sora's eagerness has triggered poor Donald. So yeah, you should probably stop. It's only downhill from there. |

So yeah, you should probably stop. It's only downhill from there. I found it hilarious in all actuality while reading it. The art could be more refined, but Sora is still as hilarious as he was in the KH Chain of Memories manga. I'll never forget the moment the three made a human/ duck/ dog totem and tried to hit Maruxia, and crashed into the wall. |

So, I tried updating EH... And I realized just how stuck I really am. I wrote myself into the biggest corner of my entire writing career. So I've decided to reboot the CYOA, and start from the beginning. Azura will still be the MC, and the mechanics I introduced will remain. Originally, I wanted Azura's story to take place several months before the real Rebellion, to show you how she became the merciless Rebel Leader, how she became 'The Miracle Worker of Canaan', but this time, I'm going to start the CYOA a bit differently. The reboot will begin after the Rebellion has already begun, and Azura is already the rebel General. However, everything that happened in the original version will still have happened. I.E, Azura will still have met Kryian, broken Doma out of jail, etc. Think of it like this: You got a brief glimpse at her backstory. The original topic was almost like a flashback or memory. You won't know what happened after the Shrine until later.  |
