He's surprised for one round.

So if Coris wants to negotiate with the wolves, can I shoot suppression fire to hold back the wolves, or is that too risky?

Should I still post or wait until yellow is done negotiating.

Your call. He has his work cut out for him. The alpha is nowhere in sight. He needs to be thirty feet from a wolf in order to begin his wild empathy skill, which takes 10 rounds. Survive until then.

Those are some pretty high stats for a first encounter.

Yeah. Yellow added an extra wolf. I'm not going to let you die.

Wait, so my searching for wolves as an early warning measure instead made there be more wolves, making the encounter more dangerous not less.

No, you miscounted when you assumed that when I said you saw a wolf, while your hawk saw two wolves, that you saw different wolves. Before I could correct you, you and cheese went forward with it, assuming that the third was the alpha, so I made a third wolf which is one size category larger than the original two in order to compensate. It is 80 feet west of the party, out of everyone's sight range except the hawk.
You kept two wolves from blindsiding everyone, but now there is a third.
The party order btw is a straight line.
Malcolm, followed by Russell, then Krista, then Anthor, Azrael, Gildis, with Crois at the rear.

So... It's SM's turn, but if anyone else says what they want to do when it's their turn, it will speed things up for when he goes.

O's if I not online by the time my characters turn comes up I want him to use his stance kind of feel really nauice right now. So this might be my last post for today. Maybe if I feel better I will be better. If you need diaoluge_just assume Russell did that stance to protect everyone. Sorry for any inconvenience

Hand or light, move Heavy, full
I'm assuming you are using the ready action (fire if wolves get close)?
